Vi bor på dette hotellet opptil flere ganger i året. Er like fornøyd hver gang. Rene Johari som er sjef for restauranten - med sitt TEAM- sørger for den aller beste maten vi har smakt. This is an excellent hotel, location is ideal to visit multiple tourist sites in Dubai. It is close to many business locations and definitely a preferred location for individuals visiting Dubai for business. Include the breakfast since it is definitely worth it. There are also many restaurants close to this hotel that are resonable. The hotel is very clean and you can ask for quiet rooms. The rooms are large and offer a lot of storage. We used the pool and the gym, there is enough equipment in the gym and the pool is clean. Loved it that they had dates and coffee in the lobby area.

A bit disappointing with check-in as I was kept waiting in the lobby 2 hours after the official check in for my room to get ready despite having rooms available in higher floors. However, the hotel is very clean with good breakfast and dinner options and the staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Location is good with few shops close by but swimming pool smaller than I expected.

The staff did not care, we went out for dinner and my 3yr old was sleeping because of jetlag, i took the food only for my kid back to the hotel.. restaurant staff and lobby staff refused to warm the pasta a small pizza both inside a container , they also dont have a microwave so i could not do it. it was 10pm, i walked to a nearby hotel and they warmed my pasta knowing that i was not staying there. 3 out of 6 nights i had to call for towels because they would simple forget that we registered 4 people They would bring them quick but still annoying

Tres bon emplacement. Gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner et dîner a thème excellents. Piscine correcte mais pas très grande quand il y a du monde. Pour autant le personnel trouve des transats et aménage l'espace. La chambre est extra! Spacieuse et salle de bain également. Tres bon séjour.

This was a business trip. I did eat in hotel occasionally and used gym twice, pool once - reason for saying this - I can only judge as someone who was hardly there. But, amazing room, great cleanliness. For me gym basic but fine for short stay. For a city hotel the pool and beds had great sun all day, to 4pm anyway. Food quality good. Holidays I do on the Palm so not to that level of choice and service - but great for this type of stay. Odd things I chased for, but very responsive overall.

My stay was incredible. My room was gorgeous, the facilities were amazing and the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. On top if that, the food was superb and everywhere was so clean. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, not just with my room but with all the facilites at the hotel. I will definitely be staying here during my next trip to Dubai.

Überzeugender Service. Aufgrund dass wir sehr früh im Hotel waren, hat man uns ein Zimmer bereitstellen können. Leider war es nicht wie gebucht ein King-Bett sonder zwei Queen- Betten. Trotz allem war ich sehr zufrieden. Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Zimmer sehr spät geputzt wurden.

Service and the condition of the rooms is very excellent. My usual concern with most of the hotels in Dubai is Air conditioner not giving enough cold air however this hotel has excellent AC system to the extent I have to reduce or switch off AC some time.. They have all the amenities and dining options, I am very happy and satisfied with his hotel

Really enjoyed our stay.Clean quality rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were of good quality and variety. Location was great in Business Bay as close to amenities and the main mall. Only improvement I would suggest is it would be nice if there were more premium TV channels available for such a stature of hotel to satisfy kids and adults while resting and relaxing in rooms.

The shower wasn’t good, the hot water is pretty random, all of a sudden it would go into cold, or you’d have to turn the knob towards the cold all the way to reduce the heat. The toilet has some water drops dripping throughout the entire stay. I had to close the doors so I don’t hear it all night. After you use the towels, not sure what laundry detergent they use, but they didn’t smell nice and fresh. It’s weird to drive into the lobby, I’ve had people go in circles trying to find the entrance.

The staff was very professional and helpful. Communication via WhatsApp made it very easy to get in touch with reception, and we received immediate assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel is not very close to the metro station, but Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa can be reached with a 30–40 minute walk.

The hotel clean and quiet front desk was friendly the only thing nervous me they extended my stay until 14:00 because my flight at 19:00. They called me and tells me I have to check out at 13.30 to clean the room for a family coming I told them ok at 13:26 they sent someone to take our luggage and we didn’t ask for it. It seems like they throw us out.

All the staff were very friendly, especially the Naem, Mohammed and Novi and all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They always greeted us especially our 9 month old baby who was always so happy to see everyone at breakfast and dinner. If we called for more water or towels to our room it would arrive within a few minutes. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the Dubai mall but also restaurants nearby. it is a good location as things are not too far by taxi. Overall great experience

Check in was inconvenient! Request for late check out was not handled well. No consideration for client comfort in the heat of Dubai. Hilton is a well known brand. This kind of attitude is not good for the image of hotel. Not coming back again nor recommending to anyone.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we are in Dubai. Over time, this beautiful hotel has become our second home. Because of the staff, we have chosen to return to Dubai—and to this hotel—four to five times a year, simply because we enjoy it so much. After every stay, we leave completely satisfied and always recommend it to friends and people we know. This time I brought a friend with me, and once again, we had a fantastic stay. Everything works exactly as it should. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff and the unique culture they create. We travel a lot, yet we have never experienced such a consistently warm and friendly atmosphere anywhere else. I would especially like to mention a few from the reception and concierge team: Narendra, George, Joel, Neha, Vishnu, and Norgers. I could mention many more, but I have highlighted them in earlier reviews as well. We have come to know Narendra and George quite well, and they are consistently helpful and genuinely interested in us. Neha at the front desk is elegantly professional and very knowledgeable. I would also like to mention Kristoff, who is responsible for the spa, gym, and pool area. He is truly exceptional and seems to be a leader with a capital L. His team is wonderful as well, which speaks to his leadership style. I truly hope many others choose this hotel, because it is a “one of a kind” experience. Thank you for yet another wonderful stay — we will be back on March 27. Only a few weeks to go —

This is a very clean property, a little far from burj khalifeh area but ok to walk. The worst part was breakfast and it’s area! Very unorganised, not even good bread! After one day we decided to go out for breakfast.

Adoramos nossa estadia. O hotel tem excelente localização, íamos a pé até Dubai Mall e aproveitamos o centro comercial ao lado para refeições. O quarto era ótimo e a limpeza nota 10. I been booking this hotel for the past 3 years But i don’t think i will book again Because the staff in breakfast area specially the manager and the staff in the front I had 11 nights ago and every time I go to have a breakfast, they owe me a trouble and one time I found hair in my eggs and I called the manager and he did not take any action And they have seated me twice and when I go back to my table, I see people on my table. It’s just such a mess.
