Wow!! We had an amazing time at the AC Marriott in downtown Nashville. It was very clean and welcoming. The gentleman that checked us in Thursday July 17th was a rockstar!!! The pool and bar staff were very friendly and efficient. We had the best time hanging out at the pool :)

There is a deposit of $100.0/nt even if you select pay at the property. They will run your card the night before and cancel your room if it isn’t collected. There are no dressers in the room. Thr rooftop bar is phenomenal and so is the pool. But the pool was way too busy to find a seat (it’s shared with the SpringHill and another one that I don’t remember the name of). We had a newborn and there were no cabanas available to rent and nowhere to sit, so we ended up having to forgo most of our pool plans. Our oldest was pretty disappointed. Overall, nice property, but thr pool exclusive so it doesn’t even make sense to pay that much more to stay at AC vs. the others unless you just want access to the rooftop.

Downtown Nashville AC was a great stay with a few bumps. Overall the property was clean and nice! There was a small delay with check-in but they comped us 2 appetizers for the inconvenience. The pool area on weekends is extremely crowded (3 hotels share this pool) so if you want a relaxing experience probably not going to happen. In addition, the valet parking is a little chaotic but in the end we got our car with a little bit of a wait. Good location for Broadway, Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone Arena.

Very pleased with my stay at AC. The location was perfect. Very walkable to Broadway and great restaurants but just far enough away from the noise. The pool view was great. Check in staff was so friendly and they had no problem bring extra coffee to my room the two mornings I asked. The hotel and room were immaculate. Very comfortable bed in a spacious room and bathroom.

It was cool. valet parking is $60 a day. Also the bed sheets and pillows weren’t changed and it caused my face and legs to break out (this was in the 2017 suite on the 21st floor) when I called and said something about it they tried to deny it and then when I became persistent they said they would check the room and do an investigation and get back with my (that was last week and they still haven’t gotten back) I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

My view was a wall 6 feet from the window. beds were partly made. They didn’t even bother putting the pillowcases on because they were still wet. Bathroom glass was not clean. Bed was comfortable, but the room has no character of any kind and no comfortable place to sit. I expected more for the money.

The property was nice but I paid for a suit because I was having company come by. I arrived and the internet would not connect. I messaged the front desk and they responded promptly. The IT tech responded late in the night and then wanted to run a cable from the bedroom to the front room. He even said himself it was quite ghetto. The TV however connected in the room but I didn't want guests in my room. This ruined the whole night for us. This was whole point for paying for a suite.

The front desk staff were a bit abrupt and rude when I checked in for the 3rd time after the check in time. After a bit of attitude the stuck me in the room that was identified with a noise symbol outside the door and I was able to listen to a large AC unit outside my window on a small building for 5 days.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. Although it started off a little rocky ( something on my end) the staff was wonderful. Hotel is amazing and close to every place I visit. The staff even got me a birthday card and signed it. I can’t wait to plan another trip. Everything was amazing.

was told we’d likely be able to check in early and they could put us on the same floor. Neither of those things happened. Was told if we wanted to be on the same floor we’d have to wait till after 4 possibly 5 to check in. We ended up taking 2 rooms, one on the 9th floor and one on the 16. We paid to have a room on higher levels which would be above 18 I was Told…. That didn’t happen. The man in charge of hospitality and food saw our frustration in sitting around all day and being continuously locked out of the pool because the front desk wouldn’t give us a key to use the pool while we waited for check in and he gave us breakfast the next day which was extremely nice. He was helpful and kind. The front desk staff didn’t care about us at all….. and we didn’t get what we paid for. Last, we brought back food for dinner and sat in the lobby to eat it, since our rooms were not even on the same floor and we were asked to leave because the bar was open so we couldn’t sit in the lobby to eat. They told us to go eat in the other hotels lobby because their bar was closed for the day. Never got room service and was not told we needed to request it so I’m not sure what happened there. Overall …. Great location, clean rooms, but definitely did not feel welcomed.

Would not stay here ever again even if they paid me. Had many issues that they would not try to solve so we checked out at 10pm and asked for a full refund which they did honour however it took 6 weeks of phone calls to get it.

Elevators are quite slow and there are only two. You’ll be thinking of taking the stairs quite often. Had a few rooms issue with reservations, so multiple trips down the elevators to the front desk is arduous. Staff was friendly but understaffed

Beautiful hotel, location great. Has 3 restaurants but no room service so you have to walk either out of hotel or down to the pool bar for food if your looking to grab lunch. Pool bar under staffed the 2 bartenders and food support staff were running around like crazy, trying to keep things going. The kitchen ran out of paper so some people never received food. The ones that ordered after the issue fixed took a hour sitting waiting on to go food. Didnt want to buy a drink, took us 35 min to pay our tab the day before in 95 degree weather, standing in line and the drinks are outrageously priced for a cup smaller than a red solo cup.

Loved the RTB, even though the bartenders were a bit detached. Great view! Hal's was awesome! Didn't like the panhandlers right outside the front door, kept us from going out much. It might have just been a timing thing, but my companion is quite a bit on edge these days with random attacks in busy areas.

Property and rooms are beautiful. The reasoning for my review is related to small issues that make a big impact. For starters, Coffee....It is impossible to get a cup of coffee on prem after breakfast is finished in the morning. I was told to go across the street to get coffee. That was just kind of weird and I spent my last day there checking out at 11 with a 6pm flight and no way to get coffee at any cost. The pool area: I assume there may be good reason for this but the pool area is guarded like a bank. Being in town for a conference and getting a little R&R on Friday, I visited the pool. The pool area itself was great! The issue is, if I had to take a call I had to go inside where it was quiet (no complaints about the music or anything outside). In order to get back into the pool area after my call I had to walk all the way around to the guarded entrance to get allowed back in. If I brought my drink with me outside of the pool area when I made my call, I was not allowed to bring it back in and had to purchase another drink. This was quite frustrating and devalued the experience. Needless to say, I drank water the remainder of the day so I didn't keep wasting expensive drinks. These small issues remove the comfort effect as a guest. On a brighter note, the RTB was great and had a great view and the hotel was very updated and modern.

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint was no real option for lunch or coffee outside of breakfast hours. I had to walk to margaritaville to Starbucks so not a lot of conveniences while my husband was in his mtgs and I was working from the room

The breakfast room is quite cramped - a 'long bench' like in a beer tent is unfortunately a bit unfavorable, especially if you want to have breakfast as a group. In addition, if you are taller than 180 cm, it is almost impossible to sit here as you hit your knees on the lower edge of the table and get trapped. Unfortunately, there are very few tables with chairs here. The breakfast itself is good.

Great service clean rooms excellent amenities. Short walk to Bridgestone arena. Could use better seats for 6th floor bar/restaurant. We wanted to eat there but there were no real tables and the bartender was beyond slow. But other than that it was great!

I really liked this hotel. This is our second time staying, both time have been great. Check in was a breeze, they had our room ready. We ate in the bar, the food was great. Room was clean and very roomy. Ate breakfast which was good, but I think an American buffet would be better. Was a great time and really enjoyed it.
