Wonderful experience & stay at O&O Royal mirage. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade because of the noise from the construction which was such a pleasant surprise. The facilities and grounds are beyond beautiful. Wish our trip didn’t end! Thank you to our host John for helping us with reservations and the staff at Rotisserie and Olives for accommodating my son’s food allergies and the ladies at the kids club who took care of our kids so much that they didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing family vacation! Only remark was the service at Drift beach club was lacking compared to the rest of the resort but I’m mindful that it is a separate group.

Fantastic hotel all in all. Most certainly a 5 star, retaining it's Arabian charm in a modern city. Staff were exceptional as was the food and facilities on offer. The only thing you'll need to note is that this is a beach hotel in a city. Consistent noise from building all around on the marina off the beach you get regular boats playing loud music between 4-8pm. If this isn't an issue for you, it's a 10/10 hotel without a doubt.

A luxorious hotel, with a lot of green spaces (flowers, trees etc). All staff members really lovely and took good care of us. Pools were ok, alot of people occupying the sun beds, but were still easily able to find free ones. The beach might be one of the best in Dubai. The sunbeds are in pairs and seperated by several meters to the next pair, this gave you alot of privacy. Only a few other people were visiting the beach, most of the time there were only a cuople people on the beach at the same time. The hotels restaurants are ok, the food is good, but a little bit on the expensive side. The price tag went easily up to over 200eur per person for dinner. If you want to get a normal taxi, that may be a challenge sometimes, but usually you were able to get a taxi within 15minutes.

Bit disappointed in it as a One & Only. Decor is a bit dated, hangers all scratched, the only loungers by the adult pool which were in the shade need to be reserved and paid for so you are left at the noisy large pool while the adult pool is empty... We were at The Palace.plus side is gardens are lovely and Indian restaurant Tresind excellent. The Arabian Court, further down is as some reviewers have said surrounded by noisy construction which looks like it has some time to go. This affects their pool. Shocking that they still give out plastic water bottles by the pool, our hotel in Abu Dhabi had branded cardboard boxes of water they gave out. In summer the waterpark access is awful, it is far too hot our kids love waterparks but refused to go back after the first day. It is not helped by being made to park in open air parking, queuing for a bus, queues without AC to get tickets and then to crown it all waiting in the heat while 3 shuttle busses sat running their engines with the drivers asleep at the back- had to finally get a security guard to bang on the window!

Exceptional property, staff and service. Although breakfast was really good, there is lack of huge variety to choose from. Unfortunately pool not available after 7pm, which is a shame as nice to be able to have a swim in evenings when it is cooler.

Vakreste hotellområdet jeg har vært på lenge. Vi ville helst bare være på resorten. Anbefaler å ta halvpensjon. Fantastisk service på hotellet og rundt bassenget med palmene. Hver dag gikk betjeningen rundt med gratis is og solbrillepussing. Ved håndkleutleveringen var det solkrem inkludert. Servicen ved frokosten var superb og maten helt nydelig. Vi kommer tilbake.

The property is beautiful, but everything else is pretty underwhelming. There is an awful smell in the hallways, some combination of sewage and intense cologne. The check-in experience was very slow (about 25 min with no one else even in line). the service workers are all friendly but they seem new and nervous. Granted, they are working really long hours. The restaurants other than the breakfast buffet were always empty and kind of sad. I’d prefer to stay at Al Qasr hotel up the street next time.

The hotel and grounds are fantastic, absolutely faultless and in an incredible location. Staff are all very friendly and either we were very unlucky or the service levels could be improved though, with a few lacking small touches: - poor intro / day 1 experience - poor clarity on areas, the lobby bar appeared to be for the ‘manzil’ club members only due to signage - missing items from the menu’s - average breakfast / poor breakfast experience with no ‘day 1’ recognition - poor explanation of the grounds e.g adults only pool wasn’t clear regarding bookings - room not cleaned until around 7pm day 1 (when we were trying to get ready to go out) - turn down service missed on the last night - 4am check out last day and no offer of breakfast takeaway, something I’d expect for a 5 start hotel Very disappointed in the Expedia benefits scheme. - VIP room upgrade. The hotel didn’t know anything about this/denied knowledge. Upgrades were available online for this duration but not offered or provided. - it took 4 visits to receive the appropriate food & beverage discount advertised on Expedia. Staff tried to say this was only for food and soft drinks. Very disappointed in needing to argue this point. If the discount was on food and soft drinks and that was explained it would be no issue but this is not what was stated.

I've already stayed in several hotels in this category, such as j Hotel in Shanghai Tower, MBS in Singapore, etc. I have never paid so much for so little service. With 5 travelers, the room cards were partially defective several times. The hotel is relatively old, which is basically is not a problem, but to charge 900$ for one night in a cheap room for the service in a cheap room is not ok. Don’t want to mention everything here but I can’t recommend the Hotel unless you get a pretty good deal. Maximum 300-400$ per night worse it.

Arabian rooms are nice but you can not open the windows - building under constructions just near the rooms! Breakfast is great but don t be upset - they will never bring you the cafe and are too busy to clean the table 3 times asking to get lugging - at 10 pm luggage’s still not in the room - it is not a 5 stars hotel . Unfortunately They are every sorry but nothing changes

If there was a butting better than excellent I would have selected it. An incredible hotel, with fantastic staff and simply beautiful rooms. Without doubt one of the best hotels in the world.

The hotel is beautiful! You want to take pictures of everything inside and outside. The room was gorgeous and very big, and the bathroom really nice . The staff was extremely helpful and nice. If I could give a “11” out of 10 I would . Outstanding.

This is the only hotel I stay at whilst visiting Dubai, I have stayed here numerous times and it never fails! I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and generous, I walked into my room and was gifted a beautiful bunch of flowers - wish I could bring them back with me to London. We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only Royal Mirage (Arabian Court) for just under a week, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Nice Hotel and generally good service. Large and very green property. Hotel is a bit older but kept well. Very nice employess. Issues with the bill as a discount was not taken off the bill even after several discussions. Food at the Grill by the beach was ok - but not more. We got a good rate at the Hotel and a very nice upgrade. But if you need to pay their normal rate, you would overpay.

The hotel and grounds are fantastic, absolutely faultless and in an incredible location. Staff are all very friendly and either we were very unlucky or the service levels could be improved though, with a few lacking small touches: - poor intro / day 1 experience - poor clarity on areas, the lobby bar appeared to be for the ‘manzil’ club members only due to signage - missing items from the menu’s - average breakfast / poor breakfast experience with no ‘day 1’ recognition - poor explanation of the grounds e.g adults only pool wasn’t clear regarding bookings - room not cleaned until around 7pm day 1 (when we were trying to get ready to go out) - turn down service missed on the last night - 4am check out last day and no offer of breakfast takeaway, something I’d expect for a 5 start hotel Very disappointed in the Expedia benefits scheme. - VIP room upgrade. The hotel didn’t know anything about this/denied knowledge. Upgrades were available online for this duration but not offered or provided. - it took 4 visits to receive the appropriate food & beverage discount advertised on Expedia. Staff tried to say this was only for food and soft drinks. Very disappointed in needing to argue this point. If the discount was on food and soft drinks and that was explained it would be no issue but this is not what was stated.

Resort and property were perfect. Them asking me to cancel on the app and book again with them on site, then later realizing I was paying for the room twice for the same night was disappointing to say the least. As impressive as it was, I’d never stay there again because of that, I don’t like being scammed.

Fantastic hotel all in all. Most certainly a 5 star, retaining it's Arabian charm in a modern city. Staff were exceptional as was the food and facilities on offer. The only thing you'll need to note is that this is a beach hotel in a city. Consistent noise from building all around on the marina off the beach you get regular boats playing loud music between 4-8pm. If this isn't an issue for you, it's a 10/10 hotel without a doubt.

We spent a wonderful 4 days at The One & Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. I cannot say enough about the friendly customer service from every staff member we encountered, from the front entrance to the restaurants and pool and everywhere in between. The hotel itself is perfectly situated in a quieter area near Media City and conveniently located near the Tram for easy access to the Marina or downtown Dubai. Beautiful and refreshing pools and gorgeous beach access. The buffet breakfast and meals we ate at the hotel restaurants, Olives and Trésind, were delicious! We would definitely recommend booking here and would stay at this One & Only location if we were to return to Dubai.

A luxorious hotel, with a lot of green spaces (flowers, trees etc). All staff members really lovely and took good care of us. Pools were ok, alot of people occupying the sun beds, but were still easily able to find free ones. The beach might be one of the best in Dubai. The sunbeds are in pairs and seperated by several meters to the next pair, this gave you alot of privacy. Only a few other people were visiting the beach, most of the time there were only a cuople people on the beach at the same time. The hotels restaurants are ok, the food is good, but a little bit on the expensive side. The price tag went easily up to over 200eur per person for dinner. If you want to get a normal taxi, that may be a challenge sometimes, but usually you were able to get a taxi within 15minutes.

We enjoyed our stay and the service was top notch. My only negatives are the pool closings too early and the meal prices. I have never before paid $20 for a single beer anywhere in the world. Also, the hotel does not have a convince store which to me is odd. If you want snacks you are stuck with the mini bar but most people will not want to pay $25 for a small bag of chips or $100 for a small bottle of liquor.
