Loved the stay, nice spacious room, clean. Comfortable bed, nice pillows. The only thing I had an issue with was car chargers. There are 2 on the property but both are down for maintenance for over 2 weeks. These chargers are now a necessity.

My family and I had a good experience in this hotel. it was it was clean easy familia friendly a lot to choose from the continental breakfast . Definitely i recommend it I will be back . Beautiful back yard, with pool and jacob fire 🔥

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Buellton/Santa Ynez Valley! The hotel is both child, and pet-friendly, which made it a perfect fit for our family. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The location is ideal; just a short drive from charming Solvang and right near the OstrichLand farm, which was a unique and fun experience. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, and the large fire pit was a cozy spot to unwind in the evening. It added a nice touch to our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus, with a decent selection to suit different tastes. Overall, this Hampton Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conviently close to both Highway 101 entrances. The room is spacious & clean. Kids enjoyed making waffles during breakfast. They have a mini waffle maker and a regular waffle maker. Breakfast until 10am a big plus. There are EV charging stations, but when I arrived, there were vehicles parked in spots and weren't charging. I hope the hotel staff can monitor this in the future. I had to charge my vechile in Solvang.

We were blown away by the large size of our room! It made it so comfortable for us because we had one child sleeping in a bed, one child sleeping on the sofa bed, and one child sprawled out on a pad on the floor. With all the children separated, we were able to get excellent sleep every night. The blackout curtains made it truly dark, with no gaps letting in light like we've experienced in some other hotels. The continental breakfast was excellent! Options changed from day to day and everything was good, although we wish they wouldn't have spiced the potatoes with lemon pepper. On the busiest day (Sunday), it was hard for the staff to keep up restocking all the devoured food, but they kept on it and did an awesome job. The bathroom needs a fan installed. There was mold/mildew beginning to grow on the ceiling in the shower room and it made the entire room smell a little dank. However, housekeeping worked hard and I don't blame them because it is a facility issue, not a cleaning issue. The pool was heated, but still a little too cold to properly enjoy. Maybe management could turn up the heat? Also, this is a pet friendly hotel so you might not want to book it if you are sensitive to smells or if finding an occasional dog hair is going to ruin your stay. Anyway, it wasn't a perfect hotel, but we honestly really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we come back to the area. The spaciousness of the room was clutch for us!

We booked a room at Hampton Inn at Buellton for one night from 2024-12-23 to 2024-12-24. First, the room had some hair on the carpet and our baby was grabbing them and putting them in his mouth. We requested room service for a round of vacuum to clean the carpet. Second, we forgot to grab our jacket on the way out. Within an hour after we left (11am), we tried to call the guest service line and got no answer. We finally talked to a person at around 4:30pm and asked for help to find the jacket. He claimed that housekeeping could not find it. Essentially, our jacket was stolen in the hotel room. Room was spacious. Overall, very poor experience.

The property is convenient for my needs. Firestone Brewery was a short walk and has amazing food. But noone should ever have room 225. It is directly above the mechanical room and the noises and vibrations are continual 24/7. Several times a night there would be a loud boom from the mechanical room which shock the room. First time I have ever had a bad stay a Hilton facility.

The room was excellent, 2 queen size beds as requested but we had a “broken” shower. We had to use the ice bucket to shower unfortunately. Mattress could eventually be replaced as it is getting pretty soft. Breakfast could use improvement as far as selection (pretty minimal). I will recommend this hotel.

This hotel has always been our family vacation destination. We take this vacation twice a year. We could not sleep because there was stomping from the upstairs room. I notified the front office 3 times and they only responded once to say they will take care of it. Once I checked out they didn’t mention anything about it. I still love to have this as our family vacation destination despite what happened but I am very disappointed they didn’t do something to fix the problem or compensate our stay from it.

Tessa was the absolute worst …. I heard how she helped the person in front of me and I was dreading talking to her … her manner of speaking is not reflective of the Hilton standard… she is rude and condescending when speaking to people and I honestly felt bad for the person in front of me … she literally said that I was not prioritized and that they value their members more so they prioritize them first … and NEWSFLASH I am a member of Hilton honors but she couldn’t see that because I booked through Expedia where I got a better deal … after I mentioned it she didn’t know what to say but how rude to say to any guest that I was not important enough to be helped promptly… worst service I’ve ever received

We had planned a month in advance to visit this property over Labor Day weekend. We had troubles with flights on the first day of our plan arrival and ended up stuck in the airport for the first night that we were supposed to be at the hotel after being delayed several times. We ended up showing up to the hotel the next morning, only to find out that they had booked our reservation to somebody else, told us that they were at capacity and could not accommodate us and are now refusing to release the funds to us even though they booked with somebody else and got somebody else. After spending over $900 it is very unfortunate that a property with the name as big as this one is unwilling to make it right. Not only was my family put out after traveling for 24 hours to spend time with family , but we had to pay another huge fee to another hotel outside of the city has no other hotel rooms where available in that area. The front desk agent and manager were incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-understanding of our situation and now they are committing highway robbery. I would highly recommend avoiding this property, this chain entirely as they could care less about their customers, and customer service! Never again!

This is a great hotel especially if you have a student at UCSB or any Santa Barbara college . Hotel choices can be a little slim closer to campus and the quality of this hotel is great . I love that Firestone Brewery is next door . They have great food and my favorite beer 805 . I highly recommend this property

Perfect location, close to Solvang and surrounding areas. We love Hampton Inns! The breakfast area was the nicest and well stocked we have seen in a while. Good work to the young lady. There’s always a great selection of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

My family of 5 had a great stay during a busy weekend. Friendly and efficient staff. The beds are the most comfortable and rooms are spacious. We were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast that was offered which had great variety and filling options.
