Stayed 2 nights

I’ve debated writing this review bc I hate making a scene but I wish I would have made a bigger one at the time of my stay. I booked this hotel for two nights. First night of my stay I wake up early in the morning, around 3am, and notice that the pillow I currently have my face on has huge blood stains…not my blood. A strangers blood. We call the front desk and they say they’ll alert the manager. Two new pillows are sent up sometime later, not immediately. In the morning we talk to the manager, send her a pic of the pillow and we’re offered a 50 dollar voucher for use in their restaurant or bar. We were also told we can valet park for our remaining night. Oh and an apology note and marriot points to that I’ll never use. Ok cool, it was a nice gesture. But really I feel like it wasn’t enough. It was a bodily fluid risk right next to my face and I wish I would have made my discomfort and disappointment more known. Instead I didn’t want to make a scene, I tried to make their job easier. Anyways, I do not recommend.

Stayed 3 nights

The room was clean and comfortable. The first night I was bothered by excessive ambient noise that I thought was coming from the air conditioning system but when I turned it off the noise persisted. The next day I noticed the noise was from the small fridge and when that was turned off it was fine. The amenities as far as the lobby is quite small so I give it an overall 3.5 star experience instead of a full 4 star. But the main thing was the room was comfortable.
