Our stay here went well we had a concert downtown so this was a very convenient place to stay overall the property is five star very clean very well kept The only two negative things that I will say are parking. Your vehicle is not very convenient and expensive also even with being on the 12th floor the noise at night from downtown traffic came through our windows. Luckily I had a white noise machine to cancel it out. I would still recommend staying here just plan on budgeting an extra $60-$70 a day for parking

Incredible Hotel. You get access to one of the nicest rooftop bars in Denver. Great area for going out in Denver. The gym was also incredible for a hotel level gym - Amazing free weights and tons of machines. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Denver.

The AC Hotel was excellent, room was very clean with friendly staff and great downtown location. Walking distance to restaurants and stadium. The only parking that was offered due to remodeling of their parking building was valet for $65 per day, but we found a public self parking next door for $20.35 per day. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

This is a solid hotel, as it is clean. The room is very weird in that the toilet, shower and sink are in three separate spaces, not together in a single bathroom. No dresser for clothes, and another garbage would have been convenient. If room logistics don't bother you, the room is clean. Parking is a nightmare if you self park and come after their valet is done for the day. Self parking in general is as inconvenient as any hotel I have stayed at, especially for 50/day. Morning coffee in lobby is a plus, but another weird thing, no tea set up with coffee.

The bathrooms weren't thoroughly cleaned . some hair & dirt in the shower/tub & the rooms I paid for were already took so me & my lady received a backup room which we weren’t to fond of .

My wife and I stayed here on our Colorado trip. This is a great hotel with lots of great ambiance and amenities. Very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is great! As is the service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My first night I had to move TWICE due to both rooms having broken thermostats which made for a miserable night’s rest. The saving grace for this property was the rooftop bar, Fifty Four 30! Amazing!

The staff and building are all nice but when we went to sleep at night, the “AC” was on the coldest setting but the room stayed at 75 degrees all night. We had a great Christmas trip at BlackHawk and Denver until we had to sleep. Unfortunately my family and I were roasting even with the blanket off and the ending of December we couldn’t sleep much.

If you’re looking for privacy, this isn’t the hotel for you. Shower and toilet room are only separate with a sliding glass door. You can hear/see everything. Make sure you’re comfortable with who you’re staying with.

I get that design styles change but the essence of a hotel room should remain. This room does not have any drawers to put your clothes in. There is a bench that you can put one suitcase on, but the other bags have to be stored in the open closet. (Next to the ironing board that is just leaning up against the wall since it doesn't fit in the closet) The design is an attempt at a modern sleek style but planning for storage would have added to the look The restroom has a floating vanity with a small side rolling chrome-like cart that barely fit two towels and tissue. The sliding frosted door to the restroom instead of a traditional door is not an upgrade and can be an inconvenience. For the price we paid we thought the room would be more upscale, not top-of-the line, but still, nicer. Bottom line, it was a poor attempt to update an aging hotel for the least amount of money. But these are the times, paying more for getting less.

Hotel is nice and the location is great. All three bars on the property are wonderful . I would say if you are traveling with anyone aside from a significant other the layout of the room would be very awkward, there is very little to no bathroom privacy. It wasn’t an issue with me but could see that it could be for others.

This was the best hotel view from this road trip. We were given a corner room on the 15th floor and we loved it. Beautiful view. The room was smaller than the other one we stayed, not and issue if you don’t have a ton of luggage’s. We managed to have everything tight up in the beautiful room.

From the initial phone call when I had a few questions, to checking in and valet parking, to getting to our room, everything was absolutely outstanding! I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and rooms and quietness and staff and this was Perfection all the way around! I don't know if we just had really good luck but we didn't hear any noise whatsoever the entire stay and slept like babies. The coffee in the morning was super hot and strong in the lobby just the way we like it! You can walk all over to restaurants and bars and theaters. Yes downtown Denver has a few undesirable things but overall it was fantastic. The staff was so friendly, both at check-in and check out. They even held our bags for us after checkout so we could walk around downtown the next day. We went to the Rooftop Bar for a beer after a show and that was just as cool as the pictures! It was pretty crowded but definitely worth a stop ! The bartender was also super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Beyond my hopes and dreams! Booked for an overnight getaway for my birthday. Kimberly at the desk was a true delight and kind and so thoughtful! Had a bottle of Prosecco and macaroons sent to me as a surprise. I was filled with gratitude to have be celebrated in this way! The hotel has wonderful amenities and the bars and food were delicious! I wish I could give this 10 stars and I hope you all know what a true gift Kimberly is! She is the reason we will be back!

We booked two nights here for over $1,300 and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After flying in from NC, taking a 45-minute train, and walking from Union Station, the hotel called us (manager Alison) while we were en route — but said nothing about any issue with our reservation. We arrived at 11:30 PM, exhausted, only to be told there were no rooms available. They sent us to a different hotel over 25 minutes away, completely ruining our plans to stay downtown. The next day, Luckas, the front desk manager, offered a $25 credit and drink vouchers, which we never used. The Uber cost more than the credit, and we don’t even drink — so the offer felt completely tone-deaf and dismissive. No genuine apology. No urgency. No accountability. They even refused a late checkout. Both managers handled the situation poorly. Alison avoided us completely and passed the message off to another employee. It was an awful way to be treated after spending that much money and traveling so far. If you expect your reservation to be honored, do not trust this hotel.

They overcharge on incidentals and expect you to just deal with it, was overcharged for items I never bought. And I bought two items from lobby fridge and even though I paid once with cash they charged my account for both. Don’t recommend staying here I didn’t trust leaving my room.

The hotel is one of the best AC hotels I've stayed in for its facilities, what I was extremely disappointed is although I had prepaid on Expedia, on check-in I was told there is a mantory $25/day facilities charge.When I told them that was not detailed on Expedia, the receptionist did nothing. I had to call Expedia who then called the hotel to have to charge removed. A daily mandatory fee is deceptive. I'm a guest are your hotel and you hit me with that?? And I have to call the agent to get it resolved. What kind of operation is this?? Some localities around the country have explicitly outlawed this tactic, but why are they engaging in this crap? The hotel was very clean, the room was appointed in a better than average manner. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I purposely used no extra services in the hotel in retaliation. I hope the hotel understands the $25 you were trying to lift out of my pocket was not worth reviews like this.

The stay was great. The hotel is located in a great spot and you can walk to almost any event or Union Station. Good restaurants are all around so finding a breakfast or dinner place is pretty easy. unfortunately for us the weather did not allow us to enjoy the roof top bar. But we will stay here again

Beautiful property, very walkable area. There's shops and restaurants 1 block away, plus a free bus that makes it easy to get around. Not the safest location, but I got the feeling that had more to do with the city as a whole and less with the area. The rooms are tiny, but very well laid out. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. At night (all night) I could hear the light rail, cars, motorcycles...it was hard to sleep.

Nice room, and friendly staff, but downtown Denver is noisy at night (even on a weeknight), and parking is very expensive (cost us an extra 50 bucks, and that wasn't even for valet). We'll choose the suburbs next time!

Nice upscale hotel, well located in the downtown area. (Interconnected to Le Meridien hotel which is in the same building - rooms are near identical) Noisy at all hours, rooms could do with secondary glazing for noise reduction. Some nice eco touches, but the bottled water for conferences was shipped in from Italy! Crazy. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss with service really lacking. They need a printed menu instead of just the blackboard.

We were visiting from East Tennessee. Only here a few days to explore. We fell in love with Denver immediately. We met one of the nicest managers and bartender while there. We were greeted by a female manager who helped us with info about valet parking. She was the absolute nicest employee we’ve encountered at a hotel. We loved the hotel style and vibe so much. Everything was clean. All employees were polite and made check in a breeze. We loved the views and atmosphere in the 54thirty rooftop bar. It was a littlw busy so we went downstairs to the bar closest to Corrine. The female bartender working was so nice and gave us great recommendations for local dinner spots. We actually chose to eat on property at the restaurant and it was delicious! One of the best ribeye’s I’ve ever had. Loved loved loved the food. When we checked out this morning we said this would be the only place we will ever stay when we come to Denver. Close to everything you’d want to do in the city, clean, over the top friendly staff, great drinks, great food, very affordable.

My stay was great! Comfortable bed, great view, clean hotel with excellent service. The bars are great and Corinne is delicious. I wish the room service didn't have such a high service charge (22% + $5) and my bathroom had water under the floor tiles.

Beautiful property! The only complaint is that the website said free continental breakfast with stay & when we arrived for breakfast they said it was $21 per person charged to the room.
