Rooms were great, well cared for and clean. Towels were disappointing for a Holiday Inn. Elevator was broke so had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs! It worked coming down, so that was weird!

Great place! Interior as you walk is awesome. The staff went out of his way to ensure we had a room on first floor so we could keep an eye on our rental truck which literally has all of our house furnishings inside. Amenities are very nice. Recommend for all.

Our family of five stayed in Troy for a nearby wedding. The room was very comfortable. The couch floated out into a bed which worked for one of our kids. The breakfast was great both days. The only problem we had was that there was not enough carts for our luggage at checkout. There was a great Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins store nearby.

Staff was pleasant, but quality of hotel has degraded since I last stayed here 6 years ago. Upon check-in, we were told the stove was broken so there would be no hot breakfast the first morning, but it would be fixed for the remaining two days of our stay. Unfortunately, they never got it fixed during our stay. The room was clean except for the shower floor which needed a good scrubbing with Clorox. Also, the walls/ceilings could use more insulation. The guest above us was pacing all night and the guest next door was snoring. We could hear it all.

Room was filthy. Hair on the bathroom floor. Long hairs on the bed lampshades. Torn lampshades. Bed skirting was ripped. Dust on the sitting chair. Dust & dirt in the corners where the wall meets the floor. Sticky substance on the desk in the room.

We stayed 2 weekends in a row. The first the beds looked like a 5 year old made the beds. I’m The room had a foul odor and the cleanliness was questionable. The 2nd time the room smelled fresh as did the sheets. A totally different experience. We really liked the free breakfast. A very nice selection of hot and cold foods as well as fresh fruit and beverages.

The hotel was great. This is the second time we stayed there. Good complimentary breakfast options. The only complaint is the drain smelled awful in the shower. They sent someone up to dump something in the drain, which did help. Other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent!

This will be our new go-to stop on our drive from Texas to Wisconsin. All the staff was super professional and friendly. The water pressure was amazing! The hotel was really clean and kept up. The breakfast had the most choices weve seen for a Holiday Inn and hot. Everything was great for our family of 5. (The bonus was scoring some deals in the Cracker Barrel store right across the parking lot in their Christmas Sale.) We'll be back.

I really enjoyed our stay. We are driving from Oklahoma to CT and made a stop in Troy. The young man at the front desk when we arrived that evening was a breath of fresh air to my spouse and me, as we just had a death in our family. We hadn't had much joy the last couple of days so the staff being so friendly, kind and with a great attitude was very nice for our journey. We will definitely be back likely every year. Thank you for bringing some joy to our trip.

Good place to stay right off the highway, breakfast included but the omelet days were terrible. Scrambled egg days much better. Used the laundry facility, inconviently located on the 2nd floor. Dryer banged and rattled like it was going to take off for my 2 loads. Big trucks take up alot of the parking spots by parking across several, if u come back late it is hard to find a place.
