Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond

Loved the hotel. It was new, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room we had very little natural light but otherwise we had no concerns. Also, they have EV chargers for your car which was super convenient.

Awesome stay! Easy check-in, rooms clean and comfortable. Free breakfast always a plus! Pool was clean and great for the kids.

Moderately priced hotel, clean, with spacious rooms and essentials. Very important EV chargers - approx 5 - though one charged me and the other didn't. Nice indoor pool and spa that was great at the end of a long work day. Decent breakfast in the morning.

The pool was warm and hot tub was perfect. Comfy beds and pillows. Good breakfast but ran out of food. Overall well worth it!

Pool was closed, hot tub was closed, fitness room was only open for 6 hours in the morning. No restaurant near by, no bar near by. No netflix, prime tv or any option besides 60 bad channels. We left and forfeited our money 30 mins after getting there.

The pool and hot tub were out of service. And that was my main reason for coming. And I found someone's dirty sock under the curtain from the last stay before me...

Stay was great. Quiet and friendly staff. The only negative was ice machines on 2 and 3 were out of Oder. The signs indicated it was a long term problem so the only working ice machine was a long walk to get to.

Room is very clean

Soiled linens and towels… Once our family settled into our room we realized that the bath towels and the bed linens had not been cleaned, they were simply folded up and put back on the shelves and bed. We notified the front desk who informed us that because of a large wedding party that came in and had taken all of the rollaway beds as well as all of the comforters, towels, and spare linens that they could not replace them. It was too late to book a room somewhere else so my family, including three young children, were forced to sleep in soiled linens and use soiled towels. The hotel was at capacity and had one (1) person working overnight. We will never be staying at this chain again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was mostly cleaned, but putting towels on a shelf 6-feet off the ground in an "accessible" room wasn't ideal. Room also had mold growing in spots on the shower and shower head. Shower water temperature never got above "warm". Lots of kids running around the halls yelling at 11pm. This place is not worth the Redmond price.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable space. Lobby and breakfast area is aesthetically clean, bright, nice.

A few issues with cleanliness, upon arrival a couple of towels with make up stains. Spots on bed sheets, hair on bed sheets. Reported to front desk and they were responsive an apologetic.

Walls are thin. Pillows are poor. Heater-AC unit very noisy. Shower head uncomfortable. Not super clean bathroom.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were at the very end of the hall and and it was very quiet. Surprised how long it took for hot water to come on.

Excellent hotel!!! I would highly recommend. The rooms were generously sized, as was the bathroom and shower. Well lit, lots of plugins, easy to access, eat and Target is in the same parking lot so sitting I forgot I was able to very easily obtain.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. May have been recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to be dealing well with a large group of teens in town for a soccer tournament. The only negative was that the room internet was down (but available in the lobby).

Room is noisy. Despite turning off the AC and the fridge, there is a background hum that persists throughout the night.

The bed was uncomfortable and we kept being woken up by this loud whizzing sound. It was almost as if the elevator was going up and down. I texted the staff and they said it wasn't the elevator and would investigate the 3rd floor. I never heard back.

No safe in room. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Tv control was not functioning properly. Took a long time for water in shower to get hot.

It is a no-frill inn. It is OK for one night stay overall in terms of cleanliness and facilities. However, the inn is clearly understaffed. When I checked in, I clearly mentioned that I would check out very early at 5AM. And they said there would be a person in the counter. But, when checking out, I couldn't find anyone there. Someone inside the office behind the counter seemed to talk over a phone. I said "Hello" again, and the person seemd to shout over a phone. It turned out that she was actually shouting at me that "leave the key on the counter and I will check you out later." In this hosptality business, I would expect at least face-to-face conversation. I would not visit this place again.

The assistant manager was extremely kind and helpful!

When we checked in we had to wait over 20 minutes for a person to get back to the desk. They had a sign up they were away and be back shortly. Got in to our room and we had no ice bucket and went to get one from front desk and the gentleman was very rude about it saying he didn’t believe we didn’t have one. Room was very clean and comfortable but service wasn’t the best.

Really great service. The staff working the afternoon/evening shift on June 17 should all be applauded. They were friendly, funny, and talkative! It was great to connect with people in this way, instead of it only being a transaction. I will recommend this hotel for sure.

A massive weather event left 650k people in the area without power the week before Thanksgiving. After four days without power and no ETA for return, my family booked a room for 3 nights to find warmth for the first time since losing power. I even remember saying I’ve never had a negative experience at a Hampton Inn. When checking in, the AM acknowledged that they were sheltering many families that had been displaced, understood we were in similar circumstances, and wished us luck with our power. The next morning, we were lucky to have power restored. We went to give the good news and cancel the reservation. On the way, we found dog excrement in the hallway and told the front desk (30 minutes later it was still there). We said our power was back, we’re checking out, and assumed a refund for the unused days. They informed us that we’d have to go through Expedia. Once home, Expedia said they would happily refund with the hotel’s permission. Unfortunately, Hampton refused. Even the general manager, who acknowledged the community impact and extenuating circumstances, refused any compensation. Hampton Inn‘s slogan is “Making you happy, makes us happy.” While businesses are not required to show empathy or basic human decency, the willingness to take advantage of people impacted by a natural disaster certainly doesn’t make us happy and demonstrates the true values of Hampton Inn.

Rude staff. Gave my room to someone else under my name and had no more room in hotel. Accommodated me to another hotel after 2 hrs where i have to drive myself. Wasn’t aware my stay was 3 nights. Communicated with me that i can stay in this hotel for whole stay and asked me to pay there for my stay and didn’t refund my money. Called here to discuss and staff was extremely rude. Told me manager will call me tomorrow as manager was off but never received a call.

I really like this property. I've stayed here many times. I was very disappointed the last stay. My flight was cancelled and I was going to be a day late for my reservation, so I immediately called to cancel. Expedia tried to get me a refund, but the manager wouldn't allow it, so I was out $260. When I was on the property, the manager told me I was refunded for that night and Expedia was passing the buck. I asked for a print out of the refund, but he said he couldn't do it. They never refunded me. I'm in Redmond frequently and almost always use this hotel. I was disappointed that they couldn't refund me for a lost night that was lost beyond my control. Nice place though.

We loved the location of this hotel to 60 acres soccer tournament. We definitely recommend. Target is walking distance and restaurants a quick drive around the corner.

Easy to get to, good parking. Stores next door. Downtown close by.

It was located walking distance to Target and grocery store. It was quiet. The room was very clean, modern and they had a really good continental breakfast. It was close to downtown Seattle.

It’s a nice hotel, close to the park where we plan to see Cirque du Soleil. Limited food options in walking distance. I price checked a second night on a app and found a significant cost savings (so if I were to do it again, I wouldn’t book in advance and pay the higher rate)

Great location to stay for concerts at Marymoor!

Glad I went with the reviews on this one. Great location. Close enough to the city, but just far enough away to avoid the congestion of Seattle and Bellevue. There’s a Target and a Kohl’s right behind it. Right off the highway, but not TOO close. Amazing staff, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good also. Will stay here again if I come back to Seattle

It was nice but not a good spot for restaurants or ease of getting around. The roads in the area a little confusing for us.

Great location, safe and clean!

We stayed here before and were back in town for another soccer game. Decided to come back because we had a good experience the first time. This time was just as good. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and we love the location! Who wouldn’t want to be right next to Target?!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton. The Continental breakfast was great, 4 out of our 5 day stay. On one of our morning they ran very low on food, out of a variety of items including bowls and napkins. The rooms were dated and the air conditioner sounded like a blender each time it started. It was comfortable for the amount of time we spent in there.

This hotel was pretty great for our weekend trip in Redmond. Chris was very helpful and nice to chat with while checking in. He gave us a list of restaurants near by to walk to or order in from. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. You can make your own fresh waffles! Lots of options for food. I was impressed! The only con I have is that the curtains in the rooms don’t close all the way. There’s a set of sheer curtains that cover the window, and then there are a heavier set of curtains in-front of them. Those aren’t meant to close so you don’t get a dark room to sleep in.

Awesome hotel! Great location to Redmond, great breakfast, cookies every night at 6, fun free dinner nights on tuesdays with free beer. Great hotel and would def recommend to a friend.

Terry at the front desk was friendly and professional. Room was clean, AC was okay, did not stay on. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic. There were no eggs at 8:30am. Made waffles and black coffee. I was hoping they would offer milk alternatives. Bananas were green.

Breakfast was lousy.. powdery eggs, uncooked bacon…
