I had a very enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium JBR, the room was very comfortable and house keeping was absolutely superb. I had a half board booking which was a little disappointing that this only covered the Turquoise restaurant buffet for breakfast and evening meal - in other hotels I have stayed in each restaurant would have a half board menu which allowed much more choice. I found myself eating out most evenings just to have a bit of variety with so many restaurants along JBR, so next time I would probably book just bed and breakfast. The Azure pool and beach club was absolutely fantastic with the beach, two pools and plenty of loungers, the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The location at JBR is fantastic and is lively.

Leider sind wir negativ überrascht. Die Strandanlage wurde während unseres Urlaubes erweitert. Dadurch konnten wir ab dem 3. Urlaubstag den privatstrand nicht mehr nutzen. Dieser wurde gesperrt und war nicht mehr zugänglich. Das war vor und während der Anreise nicht bekannt. Hierzu haben jegliche Informationen gefehlt. Sauberkeit ist top, das Housekeeping sind super nett und behilflich. Fragen mehrmals am Tag ob was benötigt wird. Das Essen war okay. Für die Leute die der türkischen Küche mächtig sind, waren türkische Speisen teilweise sonderbar gewürzt. Neben der türkischen Küche gab es auch die asiatische Küche (Thailand/ japanisch). Der Service im Essen Bereich war sehr langsam, eigenständig Getränke holen war nicht möglich, deshalb entstanden lange Wartezeiten bis man seine Getränke bekommen hat. Normalerweise kennen wir das so, das Getränke inkl. softgetränke im Preis enthalten sind. Softgetränke mussten grundsätzlich immer bezahlt werden, Wasser wurde zu Frühstück und Abendessen angeboten, sowie kleine Flaschen die im Hotelzimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Am Strand und Pool musste sogar Wasser bezahlt werden, hierzu muss man sagen das die Preise teuer sind. Diese Informationen sind ausgeblieben. Leider gab es eine Mitarbeiterin am Pool die trotz türkischer Sprache 2 versprochene Liegen für 15 Minuten nicht reservieren konnte und dann noch super frech wurde.

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel am JBR. Fußläufig Shops und Restaurants erreichbar. Tolle Aussicht, sehr nette Angestellte. Uns hat nur die sehr laute Musik am Adults-Pool gestört. Am Morgen war es noch okay, aber es wurde leider im Laufe des Tages immer lauter. Die Liegen am Strand stehen zu dicht beieinander.

We chose this hotel because of it’s beach location. Unfortunately we were not able to use pool and beach because of loud music that makes us run as fare as possible from hotel beach. It is ruined our vacation!!!

Great service. Good food. Beach was closed and pool was wildly crowded. 3 days in a row couldn’t get a seat by pool. Given the beach in front of the hotel was closed, this really impacted my stay.

Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm - unmittelbar nach dem Check-In roch es im Hotelzimmer nach Schweiss. Wir haben es sofort gemeldet, und das Personal hat gemeint, es läge an der Lüftung. Sie haben dann die Lüftung am gleichen Tag „reapriert“ - es war dann für einige Zeit besser. Am nächsten Tag hat es allerdings wieder nach Schweiss gerochen.

This hotel was huge and felt a little lonely as a solo traveller. I didn’t feel the exceptional customer service on checking in as I have at other hotels. The food was excellent. Buffett again huge and service was slow due to volume of dinners at peak time. Cleaning of my room was extremely good. The gym was amazing!!

Over all we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. Buffet restaurant was not up to much. Poor selection of food and the same every night. We were half board which in hindsight I think bed and breakfast would have been better. You could only use the buffet restaurant within your half board package as the other restaurants on the resort were not included or even offered to with some discount. Nor were fizzy drinks (not even one) with your meal at the buffet on half board basis were included which is quite rare Bathroom in room is starting to need some tlc as silicon is starting to mould and the fittings were loose Couple of the reception members were not as friendly as some more so one in particular. I do not appreciate my child being looked at as though she does not belong there when we are just as good as paying guests as the rest. Kids club was lacking in enthusiasm with early closures and no entertainment for kids on an evening. Restaurants/bars were limited on evenings if you have children which is a shame and a loss to the hotel really especially when there is no evening entertainment for families. Pool sun loungers were increasingly hard to find as the week went on. I would suggest more beds or if there is an adults only pool, which there was, you then a rule is brought in for adults only to be in that area rather taking up spaces in the family pool. The pool closed fairly early too which a lot of people were disappointed about. Shame really

Hotel muito bom, mas está precisando de renovações pontuais. A vista do quarto é magnífica, para a Ain Dubai. Café da manhã espetacular, nunca vi um mais completo. Excelente localização, no coração de JBR. Os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos, fizeram uma surpresa para o meu filho de 6 anos que fazia aniversário. Recomendo o hotel a todos que pretendem se hospedar em JBR.

Over all we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. Buffet restaurant was not up to much. Poor selection of food and the same every night. We were half board which in hindsight I think bed and breakfast would have been better. You could only use the buffet restaurant within your half board package as the other restaurants on the resort were not included or even offered to with some discount. Nor were fizzy drinks (not even one) with your meal at the buffet on half board basis were included which is quite rare Bathroom in room is starting to need some tlc as silicon is starting to mould and the fittings were loose Couple of the reception members were not as friendly as some more so one in particular. I do not appreciate my child being looked at as though she does not belong there when we are just as good as paying guests as the rest. Kids club was lacking in enthusiasm with early closures and no entertainment for kids on an evening. Restaurants/bars were limited on evenings if you have children which is a shame and a loss to the hotel really especially when there is no evening entertainment for families. Pool sun loungers were increasingly hard to find as the week went on. I would suggest more beds or if there is an adults only pool, which there was, you then a rule is brought in for adults only to be in that area rather taking up spaces in the family pool. The pool closed fairly early too which a lot of people were disappointed about. Shame really

Very Nice hotel in an excellent location. Only negative was the music that sometimes felt too loud by the pool. During weekend there party music on the groundthat you could hear in the 24th floor until 3am, not idea if you want to sleep. Breakfast was crowded at times, but good eventhough not superb.

Our stay at the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR was fantastic. Spacious and comfy modern rooms with a fantastic view towards the sea. The selection of food offered for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and the taste is just the same! The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. We especially chose this hotel to its direct access to the beach, which we appreciate a lot, as it is easily reachable by foot. We will gladly come back sometime in the futre!

The service at Rixos was appealing. Made me and my family wait 5 hours even though I had prior. Landed in the morning at Dubai at 5 am. Got to the hotel at 6am. The front desk attendants were flap rude and in helpful. We had to wait 5 hours for our rooms to be available. In prior investigations the rooms were available but had to be released by housekeeping. Terrible avoid this hotel.

Pros - nice pool area, good food at buffet, excellent housekeeping staff, good access to restaurants and shops on JBR strip. Cons - cold service checking in at reception, AC in rooms not strong enough, no personal touches to your stay if that's what you're used to at other hotels. Note that the hotel takes a deposit at the beginning of ur stay, we left 11 days ago and are still yet to receive the remainder of the deposit.

Even though there are many restaurants outside at JBR , the hotel offers such a great breakfast that you would not even want o leave the property . The Naturelife spa is amazing and offers variety of treatments . We love Govida cafe at the reception. Everyone at the reception is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Yvan, the housekeeping personal is very attentive as well . Also, we love to express our appreciation for Natasha at the concierge service , who helped us with booking of the show " La Perle " .

The hotel, the location, food, friendly staff, especially our concierge Tarik and our roomkeeper Hossain made our vacation an unforgettable experience for us. The location was immaculate and very family friendly. Anytime we wanted some variation in our vacation we were able to just step outside and walk around the marina and a long road with lots of shops and restaurants like Raising Canes. The food in the hotel is freshly prepared every evening and morning and the man that makes the customized omelettes always remembered what my family and I wanted and prepared it beforehand. Everyone is very kind and helpful, the people that give out the towels even helped us find a free spot to sit.

The Rixos is a stunning hotel. would give it 10/10 for room luxury and staff service. The buffet restaurant for breakfast is excellent with all the variety one would want. We dined there two evenings and found quality and variety second to none. The 'payable' pool area would recommend as it is more exclusive and quieter. Thoroughly recommend and one of the best hotels we have stayed in. There wasn't anything we did not like but a few things to be aware of 1) Like many of the hotels on Jumeirah, the pool and beach area face north hence with the high rise buildings (inc. the hotel itself) it can be quite dark outside until @ mid -day. 2) Smoking is widespread in Dubai and we found some in the bar and pool area to be annoying 3) Jumeirah area is far from many of the attractions in the city (@45 mins taxi) so need to plan days.

Wirklich tolles Hotel, praktisch nah gelegen am The Beach JBR, wirklich toll für abends auch mal zu Fuß rauszugehen. Essen top, riesen Auswahl. Toiletten waren immer frisch geputzt, jedes Mal war das Toilettenpapier wieder gefaltet, echt klasse. Nur abends zu Stoßzeiten ist der Verkehr wirklich extrem schlimm, aber das liegt nicht am Hotel. Ist halt die Gegend, sollte man bedenken.

I had a half board booking which was a little disappointing that this only covered the Turquoise restaurant buffet for breakfast and evening meal - in other hotels I have stayed in each restaurant would have a half board menu which allowed much more choice. I found myself eating out most evenings just to have a bit of variety with so many restaurants along JBR, so next time I would probably book just bed and breakfast. The Azure pool and beach club was absolutely fantastic with the beach, two pools and plenty of loungers, the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Hotel muito bom, mas está precisando de renovações pontuais. A vista do quarto é magnífica, para a Ain Dubai. Café da manhã espetacular, nunca vi um mais completo. Excelente localização, no coração de JBR. Os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos, fizeram uma surpresa para o meu filho de 6 anos que fazia aniversário. Recomendo o hotel a todos que pretendem se hospedar em JBR.

Leider sind wir negativ überrascht. Die Strandanlage wurde während unseres Urlaubes erweitert. Dadurch konnten wir ab dem 3. Urlaubstag den privatstrand nicht mehr nutzen. Dieser wurde gesperrt und war nicht mehr zugänglich. Das war vor und während der Anreise nicht bekannt. Hierzu haben jegliche Informationen gefehlt. Sauberkeit ist top, das Housekeeping sind super nett und behilflich. Fragen mehrmals am Tag ob was benötigt wird. Das Essen war okay. Für die Leute die der türkischen Küche mächtig sind, waren türkische Speisen teilweise sonderbar gewürzt. Neben der türkischen Küche gab es auch die asiatische Küche (Thailand/ japanisch). Der Service im Essen Bereich war sehr langsam, eigenständig Getränke holen war nicht möglich, deshalb entstanden lange Wartezeiten bis man seine Getränke bekommen hat. Am Strand und Pool musste sogar Wasser bezahlt werden, hierzu muss man sagen das die Preise teuer sind. Diese Informationen sind ausgeblieben. Leider gab es eine Mitarbeiterin am Pool die trotz türkischer Sprache 2 versprochene Liegen für 15 Minuten nicht reservieren konnte und dann noch super frech wurde.
Leider sind wir negativ überrascht. Die Strandanlage wurde während unseres Urlaubes erweitert. Dadurch konnten wir ab dem 3. Urlaubstag den privatstrand nicht mehr nutzen. Dieser wurde gesperrt und war nicht mehr zugänglich. Das war vor und während der Anreise nicht bekannt. Hierzu haben jegliche Informationen gefehlt. Sauberkeit ist top, das Housekeeping sind super nett und behilflich. Fragen mehrmals am Tag ob was benötigt wird. Das Essen war okay. Für die Leute die der türkischen Küche mächtig sind, waren türkische Speisen teilweise sonderbar gewürzt. Neben der türkischen Küche gab es auch die asiatische Küche (Thailand/ japanisch). Der Service im Essen Bereich war sehr langsam, eigenständig Getränke holen war nicht möglich, deshalb entstanden lange Wartezeiten bis man seine Getränke bekommen hat. Over all we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. Buffet restaurant was not up to much. Poor selection of food and the same every night. We were half board which in hindsight I think bed and breakfast would have been better. You could only use the buffet restaurant within your half board package as the other restaurants on the resort were not included or even offered to with some discount. Nor were fizzy drinks (not even one) with your meal at the buffet on half board basis were included which is quite rare Bathroom in room is starting to need some tlc as silicon is starting to mould and the fittings were loose Couple of the reception members were not as friendly as some more so one in particular. I do not appreciate my child being looked at as though she does not belong there when we are just as good as paying guests as the rest. Kids club was lacking in enthusiasm with early closures and no entertainment for kids on an evening. Restaurants/bars were limited on evenings if you have children which is a shame and a loss to the hotel really especially when there is no evening entertainment for families. Pool sun loungers were increasingly hard to find as the week went on. I would suggest more beds or if there is an adults only pool, which there was, you then a rule is brought in for adults only to be in that area rather taking up spaces in the family pool. The pool closed fairly early too which a lot of people were disappointed about. Shame really

Our stay at the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR was fantastic. Spacious and comfy modern rooms with a fantastic view towards the sea. The selection of food offered for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and the taste is just the same! The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. We especially chose this hotel to its direct access to the beach, which we appreciate a lot, as it is easily reachable by foot. We will gladly come back sometime in the futre!

Exc lent ultra modern hotel on great location on the walk. We stayed 3 nights here on b&b rate, we had deluxe room on 33rd floor great views. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, We spent a few hour by the pool the pool guys were such good fun and always found us a bed, god dj and saxophonist playing. Good selection of restaurants in the hotel we ate in Luigia and Ammo’s both highly recommend All the staff are lovely and accommodating a special mention to Maria on reception who really looked after us on checkin what a lovely friendly girl

Almost absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect Staff were polite Room was clean & regularly maintained The valet team were impeccable The only downside we had is the food. We paid an extra £300 for the breakfast When we arrived the breakfast buffet was closed for renovation They alternatively had a cafe or room service for breakfast Each morning whether we had the room service or cafe The food was hard, tasteless and not very nice. Almost didn’t finish it every time. It was so upsetting because we saw on social media the breakfast here was to die for and feel like we wasted those extra few hundreds when it could’ve been spent eating out for breakfast
