Really clean and new feeling. Great easy location. Check in gal was distracted and didn't give all the info until asked, and forgot to activate my room keys. Breakfast started a half hour late. Pool was immaculate and hot tub was super clean too! Room was great except hot, and air conditioning was incredibly loud. Parking cost 12.00 which is silly since it is a big lot and not a garage. Overall I'd give it a solid B!

The gym was very dirty, I know there were a lot of kids at the hotel this weekend but the machines were oily and hadn’t been cleaned or stopped down on a while. It was also like 71° in the gym which is very hard to workout in. Maybe put a fan in there so it’s not like working out in a sauna. Also, $12 additional dollars for “parking security” actually made me upset the more I thought about that? That is a lot of money you are making if every room is giving $12. I also never saw any security at all while I was there? Also the way they asked if we were parked in the parking lot made it seem like if I didn’t pay the $12 I would have to move my car far away.

The sofa bed was so bumpy and literally could feel every spring in the mattress. We turned the AC on ans it sounded like an airplane starting up, so loud we couldnt sleep and without it, it was so hot. The hot tub was luke warm and charge $12 for parking. The front desk never mentioned a fee for that. Never been to a hotel that chraged for parking. This isnt a resort.

Nice hotel. Pool and spa area ventilation fans so loud you could only just barely hear the music that was piped in which made using the hot tub not such a great experience, otherwise all good.

Really nice clean rooms. Very nice shower. Lots of hookups to plug in your electronic devices. The remote for the tv was not user friendly though. Also, didn't like the parking fee $12. Why? Is that a new thing to do for hotels in Bozeman now?

This is a great hotel! The breakfast is delicious! The room with 2 beds and pullout couch is great for families. They had a nice happy hour pizza special in the lobby. It is close to the airport. Great family stay!

This was the perfect location to end our trip to Yellowstone and the grand Tetons to fly out of the Bozeman airport. The hotel is in a great location, the room is very large, beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was great! We had a great time hanging out in the bar during happy hour and met some really amazing Staff.

This was a beautiful hotel and we looked forward to staying here at the tail end of our two week trip and a couple of questionable hotel stays; however it wasn't without issue. This hotel was/is far too new to have multiple large carpet stains in the room in which we stayed. I had to clean previous guest(s) hair off of the bathroom floor and shower and the calking seal at the base of the toil was stained and saturated with urine. This was completely unacceptable for any hotel stay, but even more frustrating at $300+ per night. Something should have been offered in the form of a refund to make up for the conditions of the room.

Housekeeping was non-existent. We had to request that they come and exchange our towels and empty our garbage cans. And that was all they did. Coffee pods were not replenished food crumbs we're not wiped off the desk, the bathroom was not cleaned. Otherwise a very nice hotel front desk staff was friendly and helpful and very quiet.

The room was well laid out. There were four of us requiring three sleeping spaces but we didnt feel too close. It has everything you would need for a family or group of friends for the weekend. The only downside is we had to pay to park on the hotel property

Clean room. Friendly staff. We did have to ask 3 times to have toilet paper sent up to our room, and sadly the mattress was hard as a rock! BUT we enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

The young lady from Missoula who checked us in was very nice. The female working at the bar area was very rude. Apparently it is too much to expect someone to help you with ordering food. She ruined our stay for us.

We had prepaid for our stay months earlier and upon checkin the hotel charged us a second time for our room. They placed two credit holds on our bank account one for incidentals and another one for nearly $1500 for the room we had already paid for months earlier. We told the hotel on Sunday when we checked in that this happened and they apologized and said it would be taken care of. The hotel never released this hold until Thursday when we checked out and left our family without access to those funds for the duration of our stay. We traveled from another state to get our son set up for school and these funds were needed to pay for his supplies etc. We asked the hotel daily to release the hold and they told us repeatedly it would be taken care of but that never happened. Now we have to travel back to get done what we needed to do while we were there. We had set money aside to pay for this but the hotel placed a hold on our funds for our room that had already been paid months earlier. The money spent on airline tickets and hotel costs was a complete waste since we were not able to do what we came there to do, and now we have to pay to do it again. It’s is completely unacceptable for a hotel to place a hold for that amount of money and then not release the hold until checkout. We will never stay at another Marriott property again. Absolutely the worst hotel and trip we have ever experienced.

I enjoyed my stay here overall. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. It is exactly what you would expect for any SpringHill Suites. My one big complaint is that they charge you daily to park in their parking lot. I was blown away. $15 a day for the parking lot around the hotel. I’m not sure why. There are plenty of options in Bozeman so I think they should rethink this policy.

I was totally surprised at how nice this SpringHill Suite is. The place looks almost brand new, the front desk staff was most helpful with excellent dining suggestions around the Boseman area. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, even with a full size desk that kind of separate the bedroom area from the sitting area. The breakfast selection was adequate but the food can run out pretty fast, forming a line waiting for the staff to replenish the food. The sitting was somewhat limited and seemed like the lack of an area where customers can put away their dishes when done. The dependency of staff to bus and clean the tables can make it hard to find a table at times.

Good stay. Housekeeping every other day. For the price I paid I think everyday would be in order. Staff was nice. Breakfast could have been better. No pancake or french toast option. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and very dry.
