We booked a 3 day/ 2 night stay. The pool was closed for our entire stay, wifi was nonexistent, and the first morning we went to breakfast there wasn’t any hot options as they were shortstaffed. So pretty much all the amenities offered were not available to us during our stay. When asked how our stay was at checkout I let them know how dissatisfied I was with the lack of amenities. He offered to comp one night stay. The receipt he gave me showed were they took a night off, but once I got home and checked my bank account no discount was ever given. The positive side to our stay was that the staff, when available, we’re very nice. The rooms were clean and the area was nice. The beds were average.

Good choice for seeing an event at the casino. The casino has a shuttle that goes between this hotel and others in the area to the casino. We didn't use the pool or fitness equipment, but they looked pretty good. Breakfast was decent. Staff were especially helpful and cheerful.

The service was great. The pool is tiny and wasn't available but that was not a big deal for us. We also didn't have power when we woke up in the morning but the staff did their best. The property was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast. Seriously impressed with the breakfast! There were sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal ,and make your own Belgian waffles. And pastries and other goodies too!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and the room itself had plenty of space for our family of 5. My kids loved the freshly baked complimentary cookies and also enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The free breakfast was delicious and well stocked with a wonderful variety. Would highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The amenities were we upkept. My only request would be for staff to clean the rooms more thoroughly if a pet was in the room. The was animal hair on the couch that got on clothing and on my slippers. I decided to throw the slippers away before leaving the room.

I'm not sure what number value will be assigned by the ratings above, but my opinion is 7/10. I had two material complaints. First, a musty/moldy smell emanated from the bathroom the whole time. Second, hot breakfast wasn't available until after 9 -- the stated end time for breakfast -- on our last day. Everything else was fine.

A very nice modern hotel close to an IHOP and Applebees bar and restaurant. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was very spacious, comfy and well-equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

The hotel was terrific and the customer service couldn't have been better. My room was fine except for the noisy heater unit which woke me up several times. Hopefully that will get looked at and you'll get 5 stars next time.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. When asked for extra towel, the staff straightened up the room when delivered. The breakfast was opened early for guests that were leaving early due to snowstorm. Our new hotel of choice for Charles Town. Thanks for a great stay.

Cleanliness as well as aesthetics is at the top of my list and I was pleased with both. The customer service from the entire staff was excellent. I have to mention Sharon because she was friendly and engaging. Sharon made us feel like we were at our second home. We will stay there every time we visit.

Gavin at the front desk upon check in was friendly and very knowledgeable. He help with locql eateries and on the traffic pattern do to construction. The hotel was close to Harper's Ferry historical area which was convenient as wellnas the Charles Town Racetrack and Casino. The breakfast selectione was great as well.
