There was a younger man doing the front desk when we checked in, and he was not welcoming at all, literally no personality. The next evening their parking lot was full and he gave us some impossible directions to a place the hotel owns where we could park. We never could find it, and went back and fortunately a different person told us what to do, and since she spoke English totally easy to understand. After a full day of walking at GC , and we are 74 years old, it was very exhausting to have to do all of that just because he barely spoke English. Other then that it was fine

This was our first time to this property. The room seemed to be showing its age as the bathroom tub had cracks and the drain backed up when taking a shower. Housekeeping left dirty sheets plied up in the room for us to discover, which we had to call to get removed. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was great and convenient in the morning. We were able to take advantage of a 20% discount for dinner at the steakhouse across the street, which was great. The location is easy access to the Grand Canyon park for site seeing. The experience was good for what it was since we saved money instead of staying across the street, which is definitely more upscale.

Check in was easy. We stayed in adults only portion. The room was very spacious and a little dated. Breakfast was so tasty. Location very convenient to Grand Canyon and nearby restaurants.

We were greeted by staff with sticker on the shirt “ I’m ok it’s just my face”… terrible start and to be honest front desk was terrible not friendly at all, didn’t help and not even directed us to room or even lift. Rooms need maintaining, dirty walls and carpets, not comfy bed and noisy radiator/ AC. Breakfast very basic and served on plastic plates using plastic forks. After stay I find out I was charged 37£ deposit, ther refunds and charged another 2,79£. I question them and was told it’s additional tax I wasn’t informed about. I feel scammed they use my card whenever they want and had to block my card and replace it just to make sure no further payments. Not recommended even though it is very close to Grand Canyon entrance
