Everything about this stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was elevated, they had a soy milk option, they had a bar where you could put toppings on oatmeal, yogurt, or cereal. These toppings included dried fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, and granola. The apples and bananas were fresh and ripe, the staff did an amazing job keeping up with restocking and cleanliness, the waffle makers had the option of making 4 waffles at once, so there was never a line. I'm vegetarian but we traveled with a meat eater who enjoyed the sausage, scrambled eggs, and hard boiled eggs. The front desk staff was polite and helpful and when we asked for things they were happy to help. The checkout time is 12pm which is amazing since that means no rush, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. Also, the cleaning staff didn't knock on our door once, which often happens when they are trying to get through cleaning all the rooms in the morning. The heated pool and sauna were open from 6am-10pm which was convenient for our family since we came in later in the day and wanted to swim before we left as well. The room was immaculate, so clean, fresh, and modern with a high ceiling and large flat screen tv. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Love staying at this hotel every time we are on our way to nyc. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff is so heartwarming. The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast room always so cozy especially on a cold winter morning. I like the fact that they don’t close down breakfast immediately at 10:00 am. You are always welcome to stay a few extra minutes. They always grant us a later checkout which makes it so much easier to reach our destination.

The hotel was good overall. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Our bathtub was dirty and the drain was very slow. We also had a dirty hand towel hanging that appeared to have lipstick on it. It was probably from a previous guest that wiped their mouth but didn’t take the towel off the hanging bar to do so and it looked like the towel wasn’t touched so they didn’t change them.

Room was tiny. I stay at Fairfield’s often. Sometimes in suites. Sometimes not. This room was so small, it offered a king bed, dresser, chair and night table and nothing else. It was clean and fairly recently renovated, but it was so small, it was claustrophobic. There were several other options in the area. We chose this, the most expensive, as we expected a superior room. We did not get it.

The mattress on the pull out sofa was horrible! Way to think could feel every bar from the bed frame. We had to place the mattress on the floor for it to be usable. Not enough hot water. Our morning showers were ICE COLD.

Well-maintained, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. I accidentally left my hat there and they recovered it and got it back to me. Breakfast room was a little bit crowded and hectic, but we were there on a Saturday morning so that makes sense. Food was good.

Our quick, one-night stay was terrific. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful (and even funny), the room was clean and quiet, the area felt safe, and the breakfast was good (and the coffee was definitely better than average!). The hotel is right off of I-81 and there is a good restaurant basically right in the parking lot if you’re like me and don’t want to drive anywhere for dinner after a long day on the road. We drive this way often and definitely won’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel. I just didnt like the homeless man that was walking around in the day and yelling at night. Besides that havign a starbucks and a Damon close by was pretty good. The hotel is clean and breakfast was decent. I would stay here again but please keep it safe.

Nice hotel, easy access to the highway and to a local restaurant, but for the price, the room was only fair and the breakfast was truly horrid. For what the chain considers its elite "Bonvoy" experience, simple things like a fan in the bathroom and an ice machine on every floor should be included. Breakfast items were missing and the eggs looked like they had been made the day before and were truly inedible. Might try it again because of its convenience but...

This was a stop for our family on the way to VA. The room was good, the beds where comfy and the heated pool was great! The breakfast was ok the sausage was over cooked, the eggs where spongy. We did enjoy the oatmeal and all the toppings offered for it and yogurt. The coffee was also good. Bummer to not have a microwave in the room but we made due.
