Ashley Brooke Beach Resort

What guests think

Rooms are often described as comfortable, updated, and spacious, many with full kitchens and useful touches. Some mentioned older or lumpy mattresses, an audible AC hum, or frustrations with visitor policies and communication, and a couple found the surrounding area less quiet or not to their taste. Very nice little place. Rooms were very nicely remodeled and comfortable. 1 block to the beach and towels and chairs to borrow were great. It reminded me of the places I went as a kid where people were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

I admire that this is a locally owned property and the owner is on property 24/7. The pool is heated and the beds are comfortable. The owner works hard and I will be back as it’s very laid back and close to my family. :)

Needed a place to shower and sleep for an event in the area, hoped to throw in a beach day. Ashley Brook served up well, good staff, easy check in, clean. Bed was comfortable, but couldn't get used to humm of the AC all night. Immediate area beach, not my cup of tea. Pool was good, minus the three noisy kids and their dads playing volleyball. Good for families, I guess.

Place was nice and clean. Gabrielle was VERY nice and helpful if I needed anything. We got an early check in. The pool was clean and warm. The public entrance to the beach is only a block to the beach. Close to restaurants, grocery shopping and red reef park. I would definitely stay here again.

We checked in to this property in early April and had two rooms. The host was friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy, and rates were exactly what we saw online, no surprises. Rooms are spacious and kitchens include stove, oven, full fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We were able to cook a holiday meal and bake a dessert here too! Our host Emre also offered plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, even a beach cart to carry everything to the beach a short walk away. He also supplies pool toys and plenty of seating around the pool. My family particularly enjoyed the cats that live nearby! Overall this was a great place to stay and we will be back again when we are in the area.

The room we had was perfect for 2 people for the price you had everything you needed to stay at the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, extra sun lotion if you need some. The pool was small but nice and chairs around pool were comfortable. The rooms had a fridge and plates and utensils for eating reheats or eating in. Gabby was the cleaning girl, she was very accommodating and got us towels or anything we needed while there. Bed was clean and we slept good at night. Thanks for the great stay

Don't judge a book by its cover. Outside the hotel appeared as I expected for a very moderately priced hotel. But once I got into room I was very happily surprised. The room was clean, remodeled nicely (other than ceiling) and had everything and more in it -comfortable bed and pillows, tv, stove, refrigerator, microwave and even a recliner to watch tv. The towels were surprisingly plush and wonderful. All in all my 4 night stay was a wonderful surprise. Emre, the proprietor was most welcoming and ready to respond to any issues, but there were none. Highly recommend .

This was the worst place I’ve ever visited. I came here for my son’s birthday, planning to stay with family and friends. However, we were not allowed to have any visitors—family or friends—without prior notice, and this policy was never communicated to us in advance. To make matters worse, there was a cat on top of the table, which is extremely unhygienic. I called several times and left messages, but no one responded for a long time. In conclusion, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Deerfield Beach. I do not recommend it at all. I even left the place one night earlier than planned, despite having already paid for the full stay.

This property was impeccable clean and tasteful organized. We loved spacious open kitchen with the dinning room and all the other amenities. However we used to less traffic around the area and perhaps more quiet environment around the area. We booked this hotel without knowing the area well. And the managers seems to be nice, but they seems to be not too happy because I had a service dog. I understand, the hotel is superclean and kept very nice and I understand why, It's my fault, I didn't ask before hand if the hotel is pet friendly... Overall great experience. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The hotel had beach towels and beach chairs to use at your leisure. When we needed a beach break, we layed and swam at the pool. An easy 12 minute walk along the beach to amazing restaurants, id recommend JBs. There were many great reviews for this place and they were all well deserved. It's perfect for a beach holiday - Super clean, well appointed and modern room #3, a nice, clean pool and only 1 block from a beautiful beach. But what made it an excellent choice was Emory (Emery?) and the friendliness of several of the long term residents. I felt like I was home, but without the gloomy weather!
