At Boca Suites Deerfield Beach; SureStay Collection by BW, reviews describe a budget-friendly, older property with generally clean, partially renovated rooms and a convenient location near I‑95, balanced by maintenance issues and occasional cleanliness or noise complaints.

Staff interactions are a strong positive, with many guests praising quick, helpful check‑in and considerate assistance. Rooms vary: some are comfortable and recently updated, while others feel dated, have poor lighting or older TVs, and can suffer from highway or AC noise; Wi‑Fi speed and reach are inconsistent. Facilities draw mixed feedback too, with ample parking but sporadic elevator problems, renovation activity, and pool or hot tub issues; breakfast ranges from generous to minimal, and coffee quality divides opinion. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioning unit kept rattling and we switched rooms once. As far as the breakfast, there was a variety of breads, treats, yogurts, but the hot items didn't look to appetizing. The waffles were freshly made on site. It was easy access to I-95, and had plenty of parking space. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

We had a lovely poolside room. The hot tub was hot, although there didn't seem to be a way to run jets. The complimentary breakfast was decent, including some eggs and sausage and a wafflemaker on top of typical continental fare.

This hotel is too pricey in charge for everything and they are having construction done and remodeling all ends at the hotel noise everywhere dust it’s ridiculous. It should state this issue on the website 9 AM and the construction crew start to work can you imagine noise on the top side in the bottom of your hotel room that you’re paying over $200 for per night and the only thing that the supervisor can offer me was to waive the $29 parking fee per night in the reservation fee I packed up and left

I was not expecting much but a nice comfortable stay. Thats what we got. Wish they offered bigger pillows or two more. 4-5 couches in parking lot looking a bit trashy. Breakfast offered in morning was nice and staff friendly. Looks like they are in the middle of renovations on the property.

Check-In and breakfast staff were excellent. Nice pool and hot tub and gated area. Fixtures in bathroom were old and corroded. Two table lights in our bedroom were old. One didn’t work at all; the other needed a bulb replaced. Both bases to the lamps were corroded and they needed to be replaced with new ones. There was rust coming from the tub drain and it was readily apparent from the shower faucet to the drain. Lastly, my wife and I would recommend some landscaping around the entire property. Some small bushes, annuals and a thorough remodel of weeds we really spruce things up.

First I shall say the price was less than $100. So, I should not and did not expect it to be top quality. With that said our hotel room was in need of a renovation. My main concern was the bathroom. The shower head base was coming off the wall and the there was serious mold around and under the bathtub mat. At checkout I did tel the desk clerk about the bathroom concerns.

The property is certainly an older Best Western. The outside has not really been updated, but the rooms inside have. My only cleanliness complaint was the floors should have been mopped/wet-jetted - I only had my socks off for a short time and my feet were so dirty I put them back on. The stay was fine, for the price and overnight I needed.

The room was clean, and the furniture was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the view of the pool was great. However, if you stay in one of those rooms, be aware that before 7 a.m., you'll likely wake up to kids screaming by the pool. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and even offered us a cookie at check-in. Housekeeping was excellent and kept our room tidy throughout our stay. Areas for improvement: The TV is quite old, and it only had about 20 poor-quality channels, making it pretty much unwatchable. Additionally, our toilet had flushing issues, and maintenance had to come fix it. They really should just invest in a new toilet for the $200 it would cost. The current one has a mismatched lid that doesn’t fit properly, causing the back to stay open and slide around.

This place is a hidden gem! It's right off the interstate but kind of tucked away. It has everything you need for a great budget hotel if you want a clean, quiet place that won't break the bank. It is definitely an older hotel, but the rooms are nicely renovated. The room was clean, and the bed was decently comfortable. The AC was cold and the shower HOT which was great! The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options!! There was lots of parking. Our only complaint was the coffee. We definitely appreciate having complimentary coffee both in the room and downstaris at breakfast, but it was 100% lacking in the flavor department. Overall, for a budget hotel, this one shines. We took a chance on booking this one, and we would definitely stay here again.

It really sucks because online it looks like a nice quiet place. The customer service here is very poor. The vending machines are full of expired food. Only 1 functional elevator. No accommodation for early or late check out regardless if they are in the wrong. The staff creates unsafe walking conditions by spraying water all over the stairs and walkways during the day. Also with the ongoing renovations there are also trip hazards from pieces of concrete throughout the parking lot. The hotel will also charge your card for unexplainable reasons without notification. The manager takes no accountability cause he pushes any issues or conflicts off on the front desk attendants. I was here for 4 days/3 nights and it was a big mistake! Take your hard earned money else where people. Overall there was one nice attendant, but he can only attempt to do what is above his means. Kareem was great.

We stopped at the Boca Suites in Deerfield for 5 nights prior to our cruise since the friends that we had planned stay with had come down with a respiratory illness. It was a little our of the way from Port Everglades, but it was very quiet and reasonably priced considering it was Spring Break week!!! We took the TriRail Train and the Deerfield station was only about 2 miles from the Hotel. The only disappointing thing is that we did not have a shuttle to/from the hotel even to the train station 2 miles away and were delayed to get back in time for the earlier train that we planned to use to get to the port.
