Stayed 4 nights

The staff were nice and helpful but this was not enough to cover up for the decline of the hotel. This was my 4th visit in two years and it will be my last. The WIFI was terrible and I could barely maintain Zoom calls. The breakfast buffet was half closed with little variety. Most surprising was that on my last night my room was not even cleaned.

Sheets smelled of grease and body odour . Noisy corridors throughout the night on a weekend . Left the hotel after 7 hours and checked in somewhere else . No attempt at recompense and a flimsy standard apology from the General Manager . Staff very much overwhelmed when it comes to processing a complaint and more reactive than pro active . Still waiting for someone to contact me in relation to a refund !!! Poor service all round .. try somewhere else

Stayed 2 nights

Stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and check-out was equally seamless — the team even accommodated a late checkout until 3pm without any fuss, which made a real difference. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-maintained — exactly what you want after a long day. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve come across: spacious, well-equipped, and with a great atmosphere. Breakfast deserves a special mention — excellent variety, high quality, and consistently well-presented throughout the stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That kind of consistent hospitality across an entire team is rare and speaks to the culture of the property. Highly recommend for both business and leisure. Will definitely be back.
