Perfect combination of hotel service but more like a small apartment. Washer/dryer in the unit is key for us because we are very active outside. Everything about this place is upscale. This is now my favorite place to stay in Waco.

The unit was very comfortable and conveniently located as it’s right on the Baylor Campus. My son stayed with me over the long weekend and was able to park his car there and walk to class Friday and Monday. It was really nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was much nicer that we thought it would be and very well equipped. The place was very quiet and comfortable right next to Baylor University. We left something in the condo and the host was quick to offer to return it. We will return.

It’s especially cool for us: the unit we’re staying in was the long-time apartment of my mentor at Baylor - a beloved and distinguished professor of history for 40 years. The weather was hot, but the AC was amazing. Long days of walking around Magnolia and Baylor coming back to a comfortable couch and beds to sleep and rest and rejuvenate was awesome. Your accommodations were just what we needed.

Very close to the attractions (magnolia/silos) and downtown that we wanted to see :) Beds were comfortable and loved the 2 bedrooms :). Place seemed very clean. Only wish were that there were extra towels.
