The room was fine but the place definitely felt like a motel. The signage about how the shower can trigger the smoke alarm was surprising, particularly since the signs indicate a $250 fee if the alarm is triggered. To me, that speaks to a property that isn’t being properly set up with appropriate safety technology. That said, the check in was easy and the room was clean when we arrived.

The room was fine, but the fire alarm in the building went off at 2 am for about 15 minutes. I understand these things happen, but there was no communication about it. Also, there was supposedly a free breakfast, but I had no idea where that was. They just needed some information in the room.

The room was clean. Mattress a little lumpy. The 3 pillows not very comfortable. No front desk to ask for changes. Worst was the 430am fire alarm on our first night. Fireman was not happy stating they were frequently called to the hotel for false alarms. There are signs in the room advising the alarms (close to our bathroom door) are sensitive. Signs indicate either vaping or hot shower can trigger alarms. Fireman stated they respond to frequent false alarm calls but “the property owners don’t care about the guests and don’t do the maintenance to fix the issue. Note, there was no exhaust fan in our bathroom. Maybe management should fix issues rather than ignore them and charge the false fire alarm fee to the room, ie they don’t get back security deposit. Barcelona wine bar in same building a huge plus! Parking not a problem. Rooms quiet despite being on a well traveled road & near highway.

Stayed 4 nights

I spent an hour and a half outside in the heat calling a number to get access to out rooms. Was kept on hold then hung up on repeatedly. Once we were in rooms there was a problem with the water, and the only number to call was the same number, that no one answered. I payed a lot for these rooms! Will never stay there again.
