Staff was great, room very clean, breakfast was convenient with yogurt as a healthy option. Guest parking was great. Instructions for the microwave would have been helpful. We reported it not working. We just didn’t know how to use it.

The hotel itself is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. We loved the pool and fitness center, and while we didn't eat at the restaurant, the menu looked fantastic. The breakfast options were healthy and fresh, and the yogurt bar was excellent. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. We arrived 35+ minutes after the published check-in time and were told our room was still not ready. We had planned our day around the stated check-in time and had a limited window to get ready before another commitment. Rather than offering any solution, we were simply told we would receive a text when the room became available. We ended up sitting in our car for about 40 more minutes before being notified that our room was ready. At check-in, I asked whether a late checkout might be possible given the delay and was told to call the day before checkout. When I did, I was told no late checkout was available—not even an extra 30 minutes. It was frustrating that the hotel expected flexibility from guests when rooms weren't ready on time but couldn't extend the same courtesy in return. The staff was polite, but interactions felt more scripted than sincere. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great amenities, but for a higher-end property, I expected a much higher level of customer service and accountability when things didn't go as planned.

If you’re traveling to the Bozeman area the Element is an awesome choice. Great staff, clean rooms, complementary breakfast, and just an overall great experience! I’d highly recommend a fifth floor room with a view of the beautiful mountains surrounding Bozeman. It really starts the day off right by seeing nature’s beauty at its finest. The proximity to downtown is perfect and there’s so many restaurants or shops to fall in love with.

Nice that breakfast included espresso if wanted. Also, better breakfast effort than most American hotels. Super convenient location.
