The hotel was clean! Loved that the mini fridge is a standard!!! The outdoor seating with the fire pits and view of the pool is super cozy. The tapestry located inside is extremely convenient. Loved this hotel!

Very tasty food. New hotel very nice comfortable bed nice pool. Nice size property not too big. Good bar. Only negatives were jacuzzi needs to be warmer and they need to add more servers for their breakfast service.

The hotel is GREAT! Unfortunately for us, it was their grand opening and a lot of things were not working. Our TV only worked on our last night being March Madness, we would have loved to be able to be comfortable in our room watching games. Our phone to call the front desk never worked, and when trying to call on my cell phone a few times, the Eddy phone was busy, causing me to have to get dressed and walk to the front desk. The breakfast is only served until 10am on the weekends without knowledge, we missed a nice "free" meal and had to pay elsewhere. The Pool/Hot Tub was not in service during our stay. Not a huge deal but wouldve been GREAT to enjoy the hot tub a couple of nights. Overall The Eddy is GREAT and we will stay there again. We got a little less than great due to the brand new hotel opening and some kinks not fully ironed out.

The restaurant had some incredible food! Pool side drink service was incredibly slow but that’s really just a minor inconvenience for me. I ain’t even mad. It’s a new hotel so I have faith they’ll figure it out!

Really nice property in Tucson. I would give it five stars but they have a bit of problem with speed of service. For whatever reason I've stayed here twice and they keep putting me right by the ice machines right by the registration instead of Elsewhere on property. Jacuzzi is too cold and bartender had a little bit of attitude

Nice place. They're going through some startup pains. The rooms are very nice (and new) and had everything we needed. The location is great. The staff are still learning the ropes. Stuff takes a long time to happen. An hour and half to get through breakfast. Maid services never came even though we asked for it. Pool was closed due to some chemical issue. Regardless, will probably stay there again. There's a lot of potential.

This place is simple yet awesome. Super clean, great gym, modern rooms, outstanding food and bar and nice pool. Quite a good value as well.

Absolute great hotel find. Fantastic amenities, from an outstanding patio and pool area, to a shuffleboard lobby area and a clean gym with everything you need for a great workout.

Wonderful hotel -- felt new, clean, updated and a really nice vibe with interesting decor, lovely pool, outdoor firepits and indoor gathering places. Also in a great location near lots of restaurants and shops without being right in the middle of the city.

This was a great hotel. We thought the beds were great, the room was big and very clean. The only problem was the snarly gentlemen at the front desk, either they were busy on their phones or just not in the mood to answer a question. When the ladies were at the front desk, they were quite approachable and helped with a small, correctable problem. And now about the restaurant . . . We thought the dinner was so good we ate there numerous times. The chef really was a credit to the hotel as well as the bartenders! Outstanding staff.

No daily service and this wasn’t communicated upon check-in. I don’t know how but on day two my room (which was on the second floor) was riddled with ants. There were hundred of them on the floor and they were in my suitcase too. However, the outdoor indoor restaurant and the room decor was quite nice.

A beautiful property that is spotlessly clean! The staff is well trained, professional, and courteous. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail in the design of the rooms, from the ample storage and seating to the bathroom nightlights. We can’t wait to visit Tucson again soon so we can (hopefully!) stay at The Eddy again.

Check in was not particularly friendly - just matter of fact woman asked for credit card for incidentals. No welcome, no reminder when to check out, or intro to any ammenities. She told us where to park as there is no signage on the building. Room was clean and enjoyed bathroom design & tile choices. Went to put away perishables in fridge but it was barely cool- took till the next day around checkout to obtain true refridgeration- too late for us. They would have switched our room but we were too busy after check in. Keureg coffee machine didnt work though we tried several times. Went hunting to make our own coffee with cups provided in room but the microwave was so disgustingly dirty I didnt want to use it. I mentioned it the first day to the front desk but the next morning it was still dirty- see pic. Shower and sink water were just warm, which was slightly disppointing as I wanted a hot shower. Pool and whirlpool were pretty- pool temp nice and warm, but whirlpool not wonderfully warm. Comfortable bed and pillows, TG. That is a Hilton trademark! A curious lack of signage throughout the hotel & room made us wonder about alot of things, such as how to adjust room temperature, and what was considered recyclable vs. garbage in our room. When returning to our room around 11:30AM we found our key inoperable. We were locked out- so another walk to the front desk, no apology, recieved a working keycard. The noon checkout is wonderful but please abide by it. Other issues existed.

We actually live in Tucson, and had a plumbing emergency, so we had to stay at a hotel for about a week. The Eddy is a brand-new hotel, in a great location, priced very reasonably, compared to other hotels in the Catalina Foothills area, so we decided to give it a try. It's very nice - nothing too fancy, but the rooms are comfortable, and we appreciate the modern walk-in shower and lots of counter space in the bathroom! The restaurant was very good too - a great take on southwestern cuisine! Plus, for visitors, it's located in the north central area, so it's close to just about everything!

The property is fairly new so we expected the room to be in better shape. Our room upon arrival had a non-operating bathroom sink drain. They did move us to another room. That bathroom had a similar sink drain problem but was good enough for a couple of days. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor each shower. We decided to deal with it instead of getting moved again. The products in the room and bathroom are very limited. I asked for extra coffee Kerig cups and never received any. The hotel room cost is expensive for Tucson as well. We had just stayed in Tempe AZ before we arrived in Tucson. That hotel was less in cost and much higher quality. We do travel frequently for business and personal. I would advise travelers to try out another location in Tucson, I know we will on our next trip later this year.

It’s ok, just somewhat impersonal. A “lanai” normally describes a balcony more that 2 feet wide… a microwave and a bathtub would have been nice

The staff were great. The room was beautiful. Like all hotel rooms the lighting was lacking and the bed was a bit hard for me, but I slept for a long time.

Everything amazing except bed was way too firm. Horrible nights sleeps!!!

The room was lovely! The restaurant was excellent. Some hotels are noisy, but this one was quiet. It is located in a desert location with great views of the mountains.

This is the loudest hotel I have stayed, in a long time. My head board would shake when a door was closed in a room close to me. Rude front desk people.

our first room had a running water sound in the bathroom that was loud and annoying .The front desk person moved us to another room which was fine.

Check-in was fast and easy. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and welcoming!

There wasn’t much to grab and go, or I would've just done that. I don’t think they had enough help and the woman who was there seemed nice, but overwhelmed. The wait was too long on Sat, but Sunday I waited and the food was very good.

Left some clothing hanging in my room-immediately called hotel upon realizing and they said they didn’t have them. 1) You know who cleaned my room 2) You have surveillance. Find my clothes and return them or reimburse me. Room 128 Checked out on 8/21

Everyone was friendly since the moment I walked in. I was really frustrated because the airline had lost/delayed my luggage and I had to wait for it to be delivered and the front desk person was really nice and assured me that as soon as it got delivered they would call me. Had a wonderful dinner there and as promised they called me when my luggage arrived.

The Eddy Hotel was such a breath of fresh air after a rough start to our trip. Everything was noticeably cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming. The staff made the experience even better—they were genuinely fun and friendly, which set the tone for the whole stay. A special shoutout to Sam behind the bar—she’s an absolute gem! Her energy and personality really stood out and made us feel right at home. On top of that, the food was excellent, which made hanging out at the hotel even more enjoyable.

Overall a good stay for a fair price. Most staff was helpful except one front desk person I feel might be better off behind the scenes and not be the face of the hotel as the individual didn’t seem to me to be highly into the service aspect. Others were very good. There were problems with water coming out of the shower onto the floor. Restaurant at dinner is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable .

New hotel with nods to the family who ran historic Eddy’s bakery for many years (lot of photos everywhere and some memorabilia displays). Food was tasty, but they close the kitchen when they want to, not when the website says. Staff are hard to find if you try to check in late (9pm) or order food. Other than that, its what you expect from a new hotel - nice clean rooms, large walk-in shower. Pool area was better than you might expect from an avg small Hilton, with comfortable lounging areas, cabanas.

Bar staff didn’t know how to make simple drinks and made them wrong and we told them. And still got charged.
