Pretty basic, clean motel. There was only one towel in the room, though.

Best quality: the room was spacious, apartment size fridge worked. Cons: Run down building and rooms No elevator Not a desirable location/neighborhood Thin towels - only 1 towel/1 hand towel No hairdryer Microwave didn’t work Water to kitchenette sink doesn’t get hot No mattress pad on mattress No blanket on bed only sheets (not fitted) Keys don’t work regularly to get in Parking lot has regulars outside smoking leaving butts all over the place Caution tape over balcony railing 2nd floor overlooking pool. Not near any restaurants, next to an RV parking place. Lots of construction right next to the building!!

Front desk staff just couldn't be bothered with questions. I had reserved a smoking room (habit, I'm quitting, but just in case) and the outside of the room declared it as non smoking. I have a broken foot, so I attempted to call the front desk 4 times to no answer. I ended up not having a smoke, but that's for the best. Construction on the highway next to the hotel is very very loud. And goes all night Long. (August/September 2026 with no signs of slowing down. )
