Decent budget friendly motel with minimal frills. The included on site parking is a nice bonus. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. So not a bad place to stay for the budget traveler. Negatives would be noisy A/C unit, thin walls, no blackout curtains and faint smell of cigarettes.

The room and bathroom were clean, very bland though. Spacious. Bed was comfortable. We stayed just overnight for a concert at the Wiltern and it was a 10 minute walk to the venue so that was nice. Lots of food choices around. I liked that they had a designated parking garage for the hotel. Overall not a bad place. We would stay again.

Hotel was nice, it is an older building but well maintained. We didn’t do much exploring of the hotel. It had basic amenities that you would expect. Parking was free in underground garage with limited spaces but there was also street parking. Staff was friendly. I felt safe in the area and they have after hours security in the garage and at the front door.

The floor had not been swept well. The same bits of garbage were on the floor multiple days. The shade on the window was broken, letting in outside light in, so not dark enough for sleeping. Visitors upstairs, over my room were noisy. I went to the front desk between 2 and 3 in the morning. No change. One of hotels I've ever stayed at that did not have an in room coffee maker. One in lobby for self-serve $2 cup. Convenient location and good parking are the best features. A courtyard to enjoy your coffee or get some fresh air.
