I was very hesitant to stay here because it was very heavily advertised by influencers and you know you can’t really trust them. But I read reviews and decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews I saw. I am pleased to say that i was very pleasantly surprised. We were concerned driving up to the property but once we parked and took a closer look, all our worries washed away. The staff was exceptionally attentive. They were able to get me a room a little earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The entire hotel is beautiful! They have a trolley to universal that runs every hour, right on time! It was incredibly convenient and charming. We only stayed for one night but i really wished I would have stayed longer. I have to really nitpick to think of something that I didn’t like about the hotel. I will say that they had some strange wording in their restaurant menu about a 15% charge on your order. It was unclear if it was a gratuity or a fee. It read something like a liveable wage fee idk. Either way it kind of discouraged us from eating there, we ended up eating at universal. But overall I lt was an excellent hotel. I highly recommend for a clean, safe, wonderful experience

Fantastic location! Right next to a freeway, but it was not a problem for us. Property had such great ambience and such friendly staff. Shuttle to universal studios leaves every hour and picks up every quarter hour EXCEPT a couple hours gap in the early afternoon, be aware of this as we missed it and had to make the LONG, steep walk back on foot mid day. Rideshares are easily available if you want to spend the cash. Poolside movie Friday night was super fun and relaxing. We did not try any of the food on site although it seemed popular with other guests. We spent an extra $10 per night for a microwave to be loaned to our room and made a lot of in-room meals to help balance the cost of theme park food. Beds were super comfy, ac worked well, we were surprised to have a cute little balcony, elevators are plentiful and are fast to arrive. Housekeeping rocked at their jobs and kept us supplied with clean spaces and toilet paper all week. Fellow guests on our floor were courteous and quiet even though people come and go at all hours for early park entry, HHN and exploring LA area...metro station is about a 20 mins walk from hotel, a quick rideshare away, or if you can wing the timing right, use the hotel shuttle to drop you there.
