Such a cute place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the coffee, water, and ice cream stations. They had many nice offerings for free throughout the day. The rooms were always so fresh and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is located right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to everything! Also, the ferry depot is right up the street!

We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. The morning coffee and continental breakfast is great - there are a lot of options from yogurts, to gf doughnuts, to eggs with a savory salt. Yum! The back patio is quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location. There is a bonus front porch with chairs for people watching or just resting your legs after a day of shopping at all the great shops nearby. Thank you 21 Briad for another great experience. We will return.

Great accommodations! Clean, comfortable, and classy. Very friendly and personable staff and excellent hang out areas on front porch and back deck area. Location in town a plus but can but a bit loud at night with passers by if you have a room on Broad Street.

21 Broad is in a great location for exploring the town and all its dining options, as well as other services that one might want while on Nantucket. Our King Suite was lovely. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice continental breakfast and afternoon snacks, and we were able to bring our own wine, relax on the front porch, and people watch. We will stay there again next time we go to Nantucket.

What an awesome stay! Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was Very small. It was too warm in the room but we couldn’t control the temperature. I prefer it to be a little cooler when I sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great. We weren’t spending much time in the room so it was fine. The host was always cooking something in the kitchen. Cookies, cinnamon buns, croissants. There was always a delicious spread of food and snacks to enjoy. At certain times of the day she puts out mixers so you can supply your alcohol and use her mixers to enjoy a drink. Such a cute idea! In the evening we sat on the comfortable sofas and relaxed and enjoyed a drink with our adult children. Breakfast was continental but excellent. Top notch. We enjoyed our coffee on the beautiful backyard sofa area. It was a beautiful day and the space was very peaceful and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend 21 Broad to anyone.

I stayed at 21 Broad for a quiet break during the off season. It was perfect. I had a lovely corner room filled with light. The hotel was elegant, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. It felt kind of like staying at a friend’s very nice house. I’m panning on coming back next fall.

What a lovely property with large beautiful rooms. My only complaint was that my room on the first floor opened directly onto the back patio where guests congregate to eat breakfast and to have drinks. I’ll definitely be back.

The picture of the room I paid for was not even close to what the picture showed! It was a 10x10 room. The bed took up the entire space. The room was slanted and the towels were so l old, rough and gray! The people there were very polite and nice. I immediately went to the desk and showed the woman the room I booked and paid for. She really had nothing to say! Sorry! I booked the room in January for over 1200.00 a night maybe more and she just said “no that’s the room you paid for, not the one in the picture!” I said how would I have known that? She blamed Expedia for falsifying the picture! Never to make eye contact again with me ! What a scam somewhere -the hotel, Expedia or both. The rooms are 60.00 a night like they used to be when it was the Nesbit inn! You got what you paid for! A real scam

The location is excellent. The room was just too small. I personally do not like a pocket door as my bathroom door (especially when it won't stay closed). Breakfast was sophisticated but cold/room temperature and would have liked an option for a warm breakfast (like the quiche or the croissant). Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice outdoor seating/eating area.

21 Broad is in a great location for exploring the town and all its dining options, as well as other services that one might want while on Nantucket. Our King Suite was lovely. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice continental breakfast and afternoon snacks, and we were able to bring our own wine, relax on the front porch, and people watch. We will stay there again next time we go to Nantucket.

Such a cute place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the coffee, water, and ice cream stations. They had many nice offerings for free throughout the day. The rooms were always so fresh and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is located right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to everything! Also, the ferry depot is right up the street!

We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. I stayed at 21 Broad during the Daffodil Festival. I'm so glad that I did my research and found this gem! It is a quick walk from the steamboat terminal, which was conveniently located to many restaurants, bike rentals, and shops. Upon arrival, I was in awe with all the beautiful flowers that adorned the entrance and on the patio! I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were so inviting and offered suggestions of things to do during my visit. As I walked through the foyer/ breakfast nook, every corner of the Inn was decorated with beautiful flowers. The Inn was impeccably clean. When I entered my room, it had beautiful sunlight and bright, cheery decor. A welcome note, a bouquet of flowers, decorated sugar cookies, and sparkling lavender water greeted me as I entered the room . On the second floor where I stayed, there is a water dispenser (that offers flat or sparkling water) and a Keurig available for all guests. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast that offers things like sous vide eggs, mini frittatas, baked items like mini muffins and croissants, fruit, juice, coffee and tea, and Oui yogurts. It was very satisfying! When I came back to the Inn after my excursions, I could smell something baking, and sure enough, later in the afternoon, warm chocolate chip cookies appeared in the foyer. The patio was a beautiful spot to unwind with a coffee or glass of wine (it's BYOB). Overall my stay was wonderful! I highly recommend!

The location is excellent. The room was just too small. I personally do not like a pocket door as my bathroom door (especially when it won't stay closed). Breakfast was sophisticated but cold/room temperature and would have liked an option for a warm breakfast (like the quiche or the croissant). Staff very friendly and helpful.
