At Quality Suites Houston NW Cy-Fair, reviews highlight a convenient location and generally friendly staff, but also recurring issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including reports of bugs, odors, and worn fixtures, plus disappointment with the limited, often misrepresented breakfast.

Several guests note advertised amenities not matching reality, citing no working hot tub, occasionally closed or dirty pool, malfunctioning ice machines, and spotty Wi‑Fi or TVs. Beds are often described as comfortable and some rooms are quiet or spacious, though decor feels dated and minor repairs are needed in places. The hotel was very clean but it was listed as having a hot tub which was the whole reason we chose it. It does NOT have a hot tub.

Lobby was clean. Our room smelled damp when we walked in. There was a friendly little almost-dead water bug (big roach) in the floor. AC worked well. Room was mostly quiet. The continental breakfast was a joke. There were three pieces of fruit that should have been in the trash. Everything else was very limited, but I didn’t trust any of it after looking at the fruit. The second morning wasn’t any better. We ended up walking to Starbucks for breakfast, coffee and tea. We checked out a day early and went home.

My stay was fine, nothing special but nothing too bad. My only complaint is that there was a mildew a stale odor in the room. There are some updates or repairs that should be addressed, the sink in the bathroom was loose and wobbly. Also some cracks in the walls in the bathroom where the shower curtain holder is attached to the wall. Overall the room was clean and the place was quiet besides the odor it was a good stay.

My room was clean, but the carpet was wet, I think there was a small flooding issue in the hallway outside my room. The continental breakfast was very simple with just the basics, no fruit and only regular bread to toast.

Property was immaculately clean. Downside the hot breakfast is a total lie, unless you count you could make a waffle and that is it, as for pastries they sit out about 3 pieces of bread and 3 small donuts which those donuts were the same ones all week. Gross, they advertised a hot breakfast all over and it was not true. Also we needed more towels and they made me bring them out dirty towels before getting new ones, sorry if you want them you come get them. Needless to say we that area boasts many choices to stay at and we will not stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights, most of the reviews are true. Staff is amazing but the place is run down, my line in the sand for leaving was roaches but i didn't see any and i definitely left food out to test. Saving grace for this place is location, on/off highway and plenty of food places to walk to, Starbucks is literally next door. If you're just looking for a place to sleep after you're done exploring this is the place, you want a place with a awesome pool and amenities keep looking.
