Breakfast was OK, hot choices, what you’d expect. Beds were ok, room clean, all we needed. Internet worked, lots of parking. Cleaning people forgot to give us towels, front clerk brought them in very reasonable time given she was very busy with check ins. Good service. Only issue was baggage carrier was not useable due to odd layout of the lobby.

The property had overflowing trash cans in the front and back….. and trash all over the parking lot. We were charged 40 a day for our 2 dogs although there were no extra accommodations or extra cleaning done because we stayed in the same room for 5 days. Then when we changed rooms we accidentally threw our keys away in the garbage so we talked to the front desk and they wouldnt let us look in the garbage for our keys…. We needed our keys so we grabbed some of the garbage bags from the housekeeper…. They called the cops and had us trespassed! We had just paid over $1000 for the past week, paid their pet fee of 40 a day and we now have to have new keys made because they wouldn’t let us look for our keys- and they had to be in the garbage because we still havent found them. The pool was green when we got there, by the time we left it was blue and overflowing into the parking lot. The breakfast was decent but the one day they had ran out of food and so we didn’t get breakfast and there was no compensation for that either. The pet area had goatheads and our dog ended up with goatheads in their paws several times. There was no poop bags the entire time we stayed there so there was dog poop everywhere. The roses were overgrown and there was goatheads all over. The fans in the bathroom didnt work and the rooms had a funny smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

Never stayed at a “Quality” Inn before. We won’t again. Staff were great. Hotel was old. Door handles removed off the exterior of building on sides and back. We could use keycard to unlock but no handle to get in so we would have to walk all the way around building to get in. Thermostats in room was either hot or cold. No fan mode. TV had a max volume at 50% so we couldn’t hear it. We used captions and we are young with good hearing. “Free” breakfast room was so small and packed with very limited food.

Pool was green when i arrived, by the time i checked out it was blue and overflowing into the parking lot. Lost our house/truck keys in the garbage and was not allowed to look for our keys. Garbage cans in parking lot full, goat heads in dog area. No breakfast the one morning because they ran out of food? The next day breakfast lasted until noon. Staff unfriendly

There was a nasty smell upon arrival to the 3rd floor , leftovers from previous guests in fridge , carpet was dirty , hadn’t been vacumed , walls were dirty and had a drip of blood or something red on them , flossed found on floor , downstairs bathroom not accessible , area behind furniture filthy , clump of hair in bathtub, and the hairdryer was broken. Also we did not feel safe in that part of town . We had to step over people hanging out in the back parking lot and entrances to the building . Only one accessible door to get in building in the back . The other door had no handle .

Elevator access is a pain, if you are unable to use stairs there is only one door you can use, and it’s not the lobby. Our biggest issue was the 95 degree weather and the pool was still closed. The staff was very friendly, but due to the layout and lack of pool, we won’t be staying here again.

Would not stay here again. Property was run down. Toilet didn't flush. Sink barely turns on. Dingy place. Pool and Hot tub were not open, even though the property listing only specifies that the pool is seasonal. Breakfast wasn't great but doable for a day. Fire alarm started chirping and instead of changing the battery they wanted our whole family to pack up and change rooms for the next day. Very disappointing stay.

The multiple blood stains and splatters on the carpet & bedding was unsafe in rm 210. The mold surrounding the bathroom ceiling in rm 204 was unsafe and toxic. The refrigerator in rm 204 did not work. There was dirt virtually everywhere (on the counters, in the bathroom corners above the tub and shower,There was gobs of hair in the bathtub in room 210. The sheets in room 210 on both beds were dirty. I took my daughter and granddaughter to the store to buy blankets so they could sleep in the beds. One of the pillow cases had cigarette burns. I was told that we would be moved to different rooms for our day two stay. That did not happen. We stayed in the same rooms both days. There was no hot or warm water in either room in the showers/bath tubs. The sinks did provide some warmth. But, I suppose the thing that disturbed me was what happened when we checked in, During our welcome to our rooms the lady at the desk took a phone call. During that call she explained that the cost of the rooms (two queens - just like ours) was $ 110 a night. I paid Expedia $ 545.80 for two rooms for two nights. That is $ 140 more than I paid Expedia. I thought the idea behind going through Expedia was to save money. I did not. I paid more. There is so much more (including the fact that the pool and hot tubs were closed to the public). I am totally upset with the blatant disregard for our safety and cleanliness, "up-charges" in cost and the inability to find clean rooms.

This place is filthy! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Bathroom was dirty. The bed had a duvet with no duvet cover on it and just a sheet. No cover either. The fridge had leftover food from the previous guests and when I opened the microwave to use it, there was what appeared to be breadsticks that smelled of old garlic in it. Needless to say I didn’t end up using it. If it hadn’t been so late I would’ve asked for my money back and left, but I had somewhere to be at early in the morning, so I endured a skin crawling night. Later that day after I had a chance to read the reviews, a lot of people were saying the same thing about how disgusting and dirty it was. I’m not kidding… the elevator, floors etc. were the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Very disappointed and alarmed by how this place hasn’t been shut down. Do your research and read the reviews. I’m not alone in my opinion and experience staying here.

Terrible experience. The hallways were full of garbage, the carpets were stained, and the rooms were not ready when we arrived. There was no housekeeping service over the weekend. We found trash under the beds and cabinets, and the bathrooms had hair everywhere. There was also a weird smell in the room. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to clean everything myself—for the safety of my kids and my mother, who is over 65. It was a truly crazy and disappointing experience.

I loaded up the family and drove them to Leavenworth spent the whole day walking around shopping, drove to the hotel, hoping to lay down and relax to find out it was never cleaned rolled over found. I was laying on blood, flipped the pillow over. Found more blood not one towel in the room, and I used dirty bar soap in the shower not to mention crumbs and black hairs in between the sheets and comforters. The room was never cleaned.

Dilapidated is the first word that comes to mind. Stains all over the walls. Dried dark stain on one of the pillows. Paper thin walls. Alarm clock was so broken, I had to unplug it to get it to stop flashing. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Thankfully it was a quick single night stay.

I checked in at 5, they assured me that my room would be ready in 45 minutes and that they would call me when ready. They never called! When I went back at 11, my room was still not ready! I need to be refunded, and I feel like the quality inn should pay for my accommodation elsewhere!

I booked 2 rooms and I paid for it. When come in to checking just told me it was overbooked. No rooms for me, my options are refund me or stay waiting for one room available since had 3 more guest before me waiting. I needed drive 3 more hours to find one bed to sleep. Bad experience and I not recommend this hotel for irresponsibility with his clients.

My experience on Christmas Eve was quite disappointing. We had booked the hotel for an overnight stay, but when we arrived at the hotel lobby around 7:15 PM, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for about 15 to 30 minutes, a staff member finally arrived. However, our troubles didn't end there. We had to wait for an additional hour because our room was not ready. We eventually checked in around 9:00 PM.

Location is Ok. Breakfast is not that great since it starts at 6:00am to 9:00am we were there like 7:30am and no more milk, waffles mix, breads, eggs, oatmeal etc. We have to ask the front desk to refill the waffles mix. I hope they continue serving breakfast until 9:00am not on a first come first serve basis.

There was no hot water! We checked in around 9 pm. There was no hot water. At 10 pm I asked the desk if there was a problem. I was told the water would be hot in about 30 minutes. I checked it throughout the night, still ice cold. At 7 am still cold. Called desk and was told maintenance was on it and should be hot "in a few minutes." We checked out at 9:30 am, STILL COLD! Breakfast runs from 6-9 am. At 7:30 it was wiped out except for a couple containers of yogurt. There was no cutlery. I saw a staff member in the hall and told her. She said "I\'ll get it." No apology, just whatever. Nothing new I suppose. There was weird stains in the bathtub and black marks on the wall. I guess I\'m lucky that we didn\'t get a shower! I won\'t stay there again!

The people upstairs were running a marathon in their room and the staff somehow could not stop them from running. We asked twice at 2 am and again 4 am and just resolved to the fact we weren’t getting sleep. There was a blood spot on our sheet. We found a pair of slippers, a dog toy, and a sleep mask. The breakfast was insanity…like 50 people shoving for scraps and NO COFFEE….2 jugs of creamer though. Also there was a muddy footprint in the shower….like a bare footprint not like a boot print. Staff did a good job though for check in and out

Weren't even in this hotel for 12 hours, it was a quick stop on our road trip but it left an impression. Pool was green, room smelled off (as if previously smoked in), our bed linens were stained, the breakfast room was a bit of a disaster (tables all dirty, floor unclean, garbages overflowing). You could tell staff were doing their best, they were likely short-staffed, so they were as responsive as they could be. Overall just not a comfortable stay. I can handle outdated but I am uncomfortable when things aren't properly clean.
