Home2 Suites Lake Havasu City, Az

Overall an excellent choice for a stay in the area. Close to most amenities and good walkable access to the lake shore. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped for short or longer stays. Fitness room and pool are great. We had 1 issue with the central air system for the whole property that seemed to be above or very close to our room (339) it runs continuously and is noisy, if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs.

I loved staying at this hotel. It was located close to where I wanted to go, fishing at lake or the London bridge. Close to food and shopping places. Hospitality was on point, thanks to Kimberly she is amazing. I liked gym I wish I had more days to spend here this hotel was pretty cool. The pool and jacuzzi were nice just needed to be cleaned up a bit from daily usage but in my opinion not a big deal.

The boat parking lot had passenger cars parked in the boat parking. We had no place to park. We stayed with you because you had boat parking, will need to consider staying with you next time

Discovered that the swimming pool was not heated.

I had a great time at the hotel and had my room updated. I think the only concern I had would be if there was a lot of boats there they would only have limited spaces. Luckily I got there early and had a spot to park

Was a nice clean room pool and hot tub we chose to use were closed sadly so didn’t get to use those

I absolutely loved this hotel. Mum and I were only staying here for one night, as part of a wider road trip, and couldn't be more impressed... In fact, it was likely our favourite hotel in our month-long trip to the USA. Free parking, with plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and out. Well maintained and clean premises. Great breakfast service, including breakfast muffins, waffles, pastries, toast, eggs, sausages, cereals etc. On site guest laundry room, which was really convenient for us given the length of our travels. You pay for and control the washer and dryer via an app, which worked perfectly for us. The app also tells you when the cycles are finished, so you can wait in your rooms (detergents available at the small shop in the main Lobby). We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. The rooms: a fantastic size, with plenty of storage, a kitchenette, small seating area and a gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower. All very clean and nicely decorated in modern style. The welcome note on the TV screen was a lovely touch. This hotel is definitely suited for extended stays and I am very keen to use this franchise again in other locations. We used this night as a pit stop and hit the road early after check out, so didn't see much of the nearby area but we could tell it was well positioned for nearby sights.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could use more parking. We were able to park at the hotel because someone was just leaving but it was FULL. There is a parking lot directly behind the hotel (not part of it) that you can park at but is a little dark and sketchy if you needed to put your boat back there.

They asked me for a deposit when in the past they did not ,I also want to memtion this place made me park across the street . They need more parking

My daughter had her tonsils out and we had to stay in a hotel near by. I will 100/10 will book here again! We needed early check in - NOT A PROBLEM AT 10 AM! They gave us a larger room and extra pillows to keep her comfortable after she had surgery. Pool area sooo relaxing! Hot tub was soo nice. And tv set up! Not to mention breakfast variety was top notch!👌 If you’re not sure where to stay in Lake Havasu, stay here! You won’t regret it!

New, clean rooms. I love the laminate or was it vinyl? floor. More hygienic than those carpets.

The front desk lady was welcoming and the lobby was clean and tidy. The parking is lacking, as I was told I could park in the dirt lot across the street if there was no parking available in the hotel lot. The room was nice, but there was dirt on the floor like it hadn't been swept from the previous guest, and the counter didn't appear to be clean as there were coffee spill stains on it. The matresses were comfortable, but the comforters were thin and rough to the touch making them useless as blankets.

Blood stains in bathroom and sink. Hair left in shower.

Very cose to parks and walkable areas. However, the cleaning staff never made our bed or took out the trash for the whole visit...(4 nights, 3 days) We got fresh towels from a cleaning person when we'd see them in the hall but no one ever came to our room. Average stay, at best.

The fridge was not clean. it smelled and had a small tomato e in drawer of fridge. something think garbage disposal smelled too. we could see marks on our door dont know what that was. thw room made us feel like it was just not clean because of this.

Place is great but they do not have cleaning service on a daily basis you need to request it. Which I find that tasteless

My room had a trash can full of trash left by the previous guest. Housekeeping is only provided if requested. I wasn’t told and they couldn’t get my room cleaned. Other than that. Great hotel, perfect location.

Very clean with wonderful staff and very nice rooms!

Hotel was super nice. My only problem that I have it was not clean at all I went to the store to get cleaning supply because on the bathroom, I found a lot of hair and it smells really bad. I really think they should check the room before they give it to a customer other than that I have no complain. The food was really delicious and the front desk She was really nice.

Clean

I have never stayed in a home2suites before. I loved the amount of storage available in the room with ample counterspace, shelving and 2 full dressers. A double coffee maker making 2 cups at once and the full dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, lotion ,etc. Very well thought out and functional rooms! Will seek out home2suites in the future!

New property. Stayed next to elevator and lobby was loud. Pillows flat. Towels stiff and hard.

Overall, it was great - the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was great, the room was clean, parking wasn't difficult, and it was very nice to be able to walk to the park. On the downside, the room was a bit noisy - you could hear the baby crying and conversations in the next room almost unfiltered, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Everything was good. Just one small issue, not much to derail this spot but bring your own pillows. Pillows there are a little flat. Full of air but as soon as your head lays on it, air escaped and pillow is flat. Anyway, I’ll be back

did not eat breakfast. got a water view room but automatic blinds were broken and would not go up. rolled it up and window was to dirty to see thru. bed was very uncomfortable hard!

Great property, room was huge and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The rooms were outstanding, high ceilings, roomy, and kitchenette

Needs better soundproofing between rooms.

The room was fine, but I paid extra for a 'water view'...don't bother! If you stood at the far right side of the window and looked far left, you could see the water. There are other hotels in town with better settings and view. The hot tub was not hot and not tolerable. The USB outlets on the lamp did not work. Add to this the guest disturbance in the hallway at 5 am. There was credit because the reservation was made through Hotels instead of directly with the hotel. I would not stay there again.

The property is barely 6 months , new , clean and has good smell. It has microwave Kitchen utensils ,plates , etc . The room is roamy with a couch.

Kimberly went well above and beyond from the moment we walked in. She is such a gem of a soul! We were allowed to check in a little early and were given a room with a stunning view. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't hear a thing going on outside which was great. Very close by everything. The complimentary breakfast had so many quality & healthy options.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was amazing, and a special “THANK YOU” to Cheyne, (the front desk manager). We will b back again very soon.

Very friendly staff let us check in early parking spot for our Jet Ski very clean and spacious Kylie recommend hotel !!

Upon checkin, requested a lake view, told they could not due a 3rd party reservation. Breakfast was not replenished, when approached staff, tgey were quite rude. Not recommended.

Everything started with a very long and early drive. Not sure about our check in was going to be? The I had the great pleasure to meet you front desk staff member Justin!! What a job he preformed. Pleasant, helpful and courteous!! You have a gem of an employee and you should consider a rapid promotion path for this outstanding customer service agent!!

I stayed here for one night, for a work meeting. The property was well lit outside, for safety, and had ample parking. Inside the staff was delightful, it was cheerful, new, and clean with everything you need. I will stay here again.

Staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful!

Check in was great and rooms were great, but they were very strict and strange about late check out despite me being Hilton Gold and they wouldn’t give us a receipt, saying it was “confidential,” which I literally have never heard before. Rooms were nice but front desk person at checkout was just odd.

Staff was very courteous and professional, manager / Cheyanne went out of her way, very good leadership A 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. Great location, excellent breakfast, loved the oversized room and gym. Our only complaint/comment would be that we noticed the front desk was often not attended to and guests often had to wait for someone to wait on them. It would also have been nice to have a bike rack. We will stay again.

Location superb next to the Rotary Park and a 15 minute walk to the London Bridge.

Excellent location close to walking trails and lake

New so everything was in great shape. Excellent location

Convenient location, walking distance to lake (beach), so clean and staffs are always friendly courteous and helpful, would definitely come back for next family vacation.

Its really close to the lake! Love it !

The location was great. Really great if you get a river view room. The adjacent park on the beach is a beautiful bonus. New enough hotel that doesn’t show much wear at all. After exploring the area, this would be among the first to check.

Beautiful place! The best part is it’s close to a lot of places

We have been coming here for a few years now It’s close but off the beaten path yet close to most of the dining spots and the movie theater The grounds have boat parking which is a plus But now you have to reserve the spots! It was cool to not have to haggle

Close to beach

Great location. Good room

The breakfast needs to be better like scrambled eggs, hasbrowns. We were on the 1st floor and the person above us was walking really loudly where i couldnt fall asleep by 10pm

Highly Recommend Great Room Great Breakfast Great Staff

Very clean and updated and the breakfast was fantastic!

The room was very clean and spacious. There were three of us and we did not have the share a bed. The pull-out couch was even comfy. It was easy to set up and put away. The breakfast was sufficient, and the staff was extremely welcoming.

Upon checkin, requested a lake view, told they could not due a 3rd party reservation. Breakfast was not replenished, when approached staff, tgey were quite rude. Not recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical horrible hotel food.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks.

Breakfast sausage was good. Egg bakes okay.
