Although I was told there was security that walked the property I never saw anyone and the rooms in the backside are a little sketchy. The phones in the room do not work nor did the ice maker. I will say that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However the grounds were littered with overflowing trash cans and the pool was gross and lacked the proper chemicals to swim in.

This was an AMAZING STAY for the price!!!!! The staff were SUPER accommodating and friendly. The ONLY thing that we were really disappointed in was that the pool was shut down for 3 of the 4 days we were there due to over chlorinating it!!! This was the second time the pool was shut down staying here. Other than this issue the room was super clean and the king bed was as so comfy!

I found a live bedbug on the door frame of the bathroom, and two smaller ones that were dead on the bathroom floor. Very disturbing. I notified the hotel management, who suggested the bug was a beetle. I then asked “what kind of beetle has human, red blood inside of it?”

Room floor was dirty and left our feet visibly dirty. Tub didn’t have drain stopper. Bathroom light looked like it was on its last legs (but it worked). Overall condition wasn’t super great. Staff was helpful and nice. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again, but wasn’t so bad of an experience for me to say I’ll “never” stay again.

Saw this had an 8.0 so booked it. Not sure how it received an 8.0. Older hotel that needs refurbishing. Sheets had stains, towel had stains. Another person I know who was supposed to stay there same weekend looked at the room and canceled.

I have pictures of bugs that were all over the floor tried to kills as many as we could and found more in the bathroom. There was black mold in the bathroom. The floor must not have been swept as there was someones nail clippings on the floor. We checked in then ran to participate in the waterfront activities so were out all day and came in after a long trip to the ER. We notified front desk and they referred us to Expedia saying that we did our booking through them and they could not do anything.

We got there about 8:30pm and it was 108 outside and after being told no ground floor rooms we climbed 2 sets of stairs and had to go down and around to the backside. Opened the door and the air conditioner was off. The room was very hot! I called down but she told me it would be in same area so I walked down and all the units on that hall were off. Took several hours to get it cool enough to sleep but when I got up to use the restroom in middle of night the bathroom area was still warm. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. I talked to the manager and he gave me a story about being booked quickly but as I told him when you are in an area that hot you have to leave the air running at least on low. Was supposed to give a discount but did not. The furniture in that room was also dated and I wouldn’t recommend sitting in the chair. Also heard a lot of road noice.

When I got there night one, the AC was out, after about an hour and calling the front desk they did move me to another room but my service animal was panting and hyperventilating because of how hot it was. I just got home and I now have bug bites on my legs and under my arms. My dog who specifically has flea and tick medication is also scratching for the first time in a long time. I honestly would not stay here again unless I had to.

There is no person onsite for check-in. It is done remotely through a kiosk. Only half of the lights and outlets in our room worked. The toilet cycles and runs every 5-10 minutes making it hard to sleep. Next time I’ll spend the extra money to stay somewhere where I can rest and get some sleep.

The staff was amazing, our first room had plumping issues (toilet wouldnt flush proper) and air conditioning was not cooling (room 148) they informed us the plumber was coming the next day and offered to change rooms for us. The second room was great. Other than some stains it was clean and comfortable with no bad smell. The pool was fun if a little hot. Over all a good experience

We were very happy with our stay and how they took care of us. We had just walked out of another hotel with no refund because it was nothing like pictured (discusting). When we checked in with the front desk, she gave us our room keys and when we went to our room someone else was already in there sleeping. I think the shift before checked someone in not verifying the name. Both of us had Expedia reservations. Very alarming to my child who opened the door. Scared him and me. Was not the night clerks fault. Since we checked in after midnight, but had checked in early through Expedia.

I found this place to be a dive. The host was a computer kiosk with an Asian woman who’s English I could barely understand. The woman may have been AI, but if so, she was very real like. The building was old and drab. It had seen many better days including its small plain rooms with worn out furnishings. The kiosk woman put me in a room that was still being cleaned at about 4 PM in the afternoon. While waiting for the maids, an ancient couple, at the swimming pool, I noticed there were tenants hanging around who made me feel unsafe. I loaded my car back up and left for better lodging before sundown, and in doing so I gave up my fee. You see, there was no one in the office with which to request a refund except the computer woman who spoke poor english.

A one night stop over between San Diego and The Grand Canyon. Very convenient, comfy beds and friendly staff. Pool needs a bit of tlc, it was lovely but its just around the pool looked a bit neglected. Good location and a short walk down to London Bridge. The Colorado river, stunning!

I liked that the floors were laminate and not carpet. The bed and bedding were comfy. The bathtub was very dirty as well as the floorboards and edges of. the bathroom floors. They provided adequate number of towels. Sample size amenities (soap and shampoo). Apartment size refrigerator and small freezer, but freezer was covered with ice, so was ineffective. The breakfast was from 6:00-9:00 am. The typical waffle machine, cold cereal, yogurt, etc., no eggs, bacon or potatoes. The worst thing that happened was the fact that someone used our toilet (assumed the housekeeper) and left a “full load” in the toilet, without flushing it. I doubt we will stay there again. A plus for this place is that there is plenty of parking for motorhomes and trucks pulling boats. Also, each room unit has a chair and small table sitting outside to enjoy.

Breakfast was very meager. cereal, toast, coffee, juice, some fruit, waffles, No pastries - no bagels - no eggs - no bacon - no fresh melon - no hash browns - only one flavor of yogurt. Attendant was intrusive and hung over your shoulder as you were preparing your food.

The front desk employee very professional and friendly. Room was clean and surprisingly modern. Massive car parking with electric charging. Dennys two minutes away & London Bridge approx eight minutes walk. Now the downside Breakfast was very poor. I went at 6am as was travelling early to find messages of no eggs and some other items, yet only 8 sausages had been cooked ready. There were cereal, juice and waffle machine, but what are you going to with just sausages? I took an apple, which looked ok, but was hard and dry inside. For these reason, I’ve marked down the overall score, if breakfast would have been up to scratch it would have been a 5* all around.

Everything was good from the room. The only thing that we didn’t like and what other customers were complaining was that they didn’t have any eggs for breakfast. They only had few options for breakfast. We also told the receptionist about it and he said “ but was there bacon?” Every customer kept asking about the eggs and the staff at the breakfast area told us that she didn’t get her items delivered for the breakfast and to go tell the her boss.
