Conveniently located, very clean and quiet, lots of character and historic yet modernized, with multiple restaurants, a 24 hour gym, and lots of perks and amenities. It’s my favorite place to stay in Denver. There is some onsite construction at the time which they notified me of before my stay which detracts a little from the overall experience but otherwise it was perfect.

The Crawford Hotel is in a prime location. Just a few minutes walk from Coors Field (we were there to catch a game). Union Station is also the meeting point for a lot of tours and trips. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great including Lyft service to places within 2 miles- very convenient and the staff was so prompt and responsive when coordinating it. The room was very spacious and had great lighting. But there were no drawers or closet space. So that wasn't ideal. Valet is expensive ($64/night). Consider booking a parking garage close by (though some might not have in and out privileges). But the hotel itself was great and the staff was amazing. Great hospitality is getting rarer and rarer- but this hotel has it! I would definitely stay there again!

Train from Denver airport directy to hotel. Hotel overtop the 1891 (year built) remodeled Train Station. Feels like u are stepping back in time to the1930s! Hotel was pretty convenient, no hotel bar, but the bar on the hotel level was super terrible. Seriously couldn’t imagine a worse bar - they just didn’t want visitors. Hotel itself was pretty quaint, though the toilet blocked and initially our king room had a queen size bed (staff corrected this thankfully by changing our room). No evening housekeeping.

We had a great time at the Crawford. An easy train ride from Denver airport and the train drops you off right at the hotel. There are several restaurants in the building and surrounding area. They also have a Lyft program that will drop you off and pick you up within a two mile radius. Great amenity. The staff is very friendly and the bar tenders at the Terminal Bar are the best.

Fun boutique hotel - renovation in the Denver Union Station with unique retro/mod room designs. Our room had two full bathrooms! Lots of great dining and bar options in the building and within close walking distance. Riverfront trail close by for walk, run, bike. Highly recommend.

The customer service was amazing and our day was pretty incredible! I loved the views and the amenities and how close ball arena was! So many nice restaurants to choose from as well. The room was really nice except for a stain on the bed, and some weird piece of food left under the sink in the bathroom, and there was only one towel in the bathroom. Other than that, I would definitely return.

We loved this hotel. It was located within Union Station, so very convenient to the train from the airport. It was also quiet and very beautifully appointed. Everything was well taken care of. Staff were very helpful and each night they had free cocktails. I have a pretty high standard and loved the place.

The room I booked looked different than the room I got. Not a huge deal, room was still nice. Room wasn’t super clean. Items from last guest were present under middle table between beds. You get courtesy rides to and from within 2 miles. Rides out excellent and smooth. Only requested once a ride back but not easy to get ahold of someone to make that happen. Took about 30 mins to get someone. But once I did only 10 mins. Last night power went out for at-least 4 hours, not one call from desk even after reported on the app they want you to use. Room service is the Uber Eats using staff. I would have preferred “room service”. Nice stay, great location! Even though I couldn’t give 5 stars, I’d try it again. Expedia wine bottle gift in the room was a great touch. Enjoyed this luxury bonus.

Location is excellent for catching a train in the morning! Beautiful and we appointed room. We changed the thermostat to try and make the room cooler for sleeping, but it remained uncomfortably warm and extremely dry and made it impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Good central stay. Staff are lovely. Recommend asking for a room that doesn’t t overlook the station though - that was the only thing I didn’t like, thankfully the sound proofing worked perfectly and we didn’t hear a single train.

Location is phenomenal, but rooms are not. Pullman Rooms are smelly, dark, and creepy. Hearing trains all night long is not conducive to sleeping. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. No welcome bottle of wine given as promised.

The service was outstanding! When we arrived, we were offered complimentary beverages right away. Check in was fast & we were provided the opportunity to check in early. The valet car was wonderful & Elroy took fantastic care of us. We can’t wait to come back for another stay.

The hotel desk staff is exemplary. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The hotel is just finishing beautiful renovations. The rooms have at least 12’ ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Very convenient to restaurants and train with its location right in Union Station. First time staying at The Crawford but definitely won’t be the last.

The people at the front desk was untrained and not aware of the benefits that gold members at hotels.com have. When I explained to them that it’s a free upgrade of possible, then he said “oh yes , but unfortunately we are fully booked and it’s not possible” . And then I have to show him that that was a big lie. I could book many rooms online and it was for sure possible to upgrade me. After arguing about that , it was finally possible . But it’s not a great experience to start your stay at the hotel like that. I was very disappointed and the staff didn’t even say sorry for the mistake. The hotel is nice and fun layout. But the staff I met and the service from them is terrible. Not worth the money. Maybe it’s okay that the staff is not trained good enough , but it’s for sure not okay to lie to your guests! That is below every standard ! The room they gave me was a loft it’s a cool room , but very bad design and I see it as a safety issue, that when the bathroom door is closed, then you can’t exit the room. A closed bathroom door is blocking for the frontdoor to open! It’s very bad. I can’t believe that this can pass a fire inspection. I mean in case of an emergency , and the bathroom door is closed. Then the front door is blocked by the handle of the bathroom door.

Great hospitality is getting rarer and rarer- but this hotel has it! I would definitely stay there again!
The Crawford Hotel is in a prime location. Just a few minutes walk from Coors Field (we were there to catch a game). Union Station is also the meeting point for a lot of tours and trips. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great including Lyft service to places within 2 miles- very convenient and the staff was so prompt and responsive when coordinating it. The room was very spacious and had great lighting. But there were no drawers or closet space. So that wasn't ideal. Valet is expensive ($64/night). Consider booking a parking garage close by (though some might not have in and out privileges). But the hotel itself was great and the staff was amazing. Great hospitality is getting rarer and rarer- but this hotel has it! I would definitely stay there again!

I don’t even know where to start. What an incredible place to stay!!! The front desk service and staff were just amazing. In a service world that is looking to cut corners this place goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. I will alway stay here. Thanks again!!!!

From the start, we were treated to a top-notch experience. Cadey checked us in to the hotel in a friendly, professional, and thoughtful manner. Since the hotel is located within Union Station, there are a lot of folks coming and going. While this may have seemed intimidating at first, Cadey clearly explained all of the included perks of staying at the hotel (and there are many), answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. In fact, all of the reception staff were equally helpful (thank you Gracie, Grace, Auberry, and Alan!) at any time of the day or evening. As mentioned, the hotel is located in Union Station. With all of the businesses and restaurants, trains arriving and departing from the station, etc., we never heard one sound while inside of our very welll appointed room. Having enjoyed our one-night stay so much, we have already booked for Mother's Day weekend at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. It was really horrible. At this time of the morning, someone opened our room door without knocking. They disappeared without even saying sorry. Then at lunchtime, someone opened the door again without knocking. They disappeared without even saying a word. I don't understand how this can happen in a 5 star hotel. I've been traveling for a long time and this is the first time this has happened. I went to the front desk to tell them about this and they said it was a hotel employee. If it was a hotel employee's mistake, I think the employee who opened the door should have apologized. But they disappeared without even saying a word. It was a really horrible day.

We stayed for a long weekend and this location was fantastically convenient. Took the train from the airport to union station and ready for check in! Restaurants within union station were great. Front desk staff so helpful with recommendations for nearby things to do or places to eat. Plus free rides within 2 miles. Amazing hotel, we will definitely be back!!

First stay at the Crawford. It was outstanding, quiet (crazy since you are at Union Station but it is!), great rooms, quick walk to the ballpark. You really get the feel of what this classic upscale hotel was like back in the day. We will definitely be back!

I loved the hotel itself. The staff was wonderful. Issues include the sound between rooms. I could hear everything and including telephone conversations the person in the next room was having. Maybe sound-proof the door in between rooms. Also, once I was in the room I felt safe, but the hotel is a part of Union Station and the population going in and out of there is sometimes a little less than safe feeling. There was security however. It was convenient to get on the monorail back to the airport also.

Amazing stay! All of our shuttle and transportation services me us right in front of the hotel, and the a-line train to the airport was phenomenal. There is so much within walking distance of Union Station. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was pretty convenient, no hotel bar, but the bar on the hotel level was super terrible. Seriously couldn’t imagine a worse bar - they just didn’t want visitors. Hotel itself was pretty quaint, though the toilet blocked and initially our king room had a queen size bed (staff corrected this thankfully by changing our room). No evening housekeeping.

Fun boutique hotel - renovation in the Denver Union Station with unique retro/mod room designs. Our room had two full bathrooms! Lots of great dining and bar options in the building and within close walking distance. Riverfront trail close by for walk, run, bike. Highly recommend.

The location is GREAT! the restaurants and bars downstairs are tasty. The room itself was clean but slightly smelly of air freshener/cleaner. The toilet flush handle was basically falling off and had to be held in to work. The shower pressure was excellent. The biggest downfall was that there was no where for guests to have coffee except for the noisy and crowded train station, a lounge-like set-up that was for guest only would greatly enhance the experience; the k-cup machine in the bedroom made disappointing cups in both flavor and quantity.

I loved this hotel! In my search to stay in Denver, it came down to the Crawford and the Oxford Hotel. I chose the Crawford due to a late arrival where I would be getting off the train at Union Station anyway. The amenities were great, we received a free bottle of wine upon arrival and at check-in the front desk employee offered us water or bourbon and come to find out, water (flat or sparkling) was unlimited and complimentary the entire stay. Another fantastic amenity was that they offer free Lyft rides within a 2 mile radius. I have no doubt this saved us at LEAST $100. We used it multiple times per day and we could even call the front desk from our location to order it back to the hotel! The ambiance was also wonderful. I love how much character there was in the hotel lobby and rooms. Our room had a slight view and next stay I will upgrade to the better view. There were no drawers in the room which didn't bother me but may be a preference. The only negatives were that they do not offer a late checkout and when we called for an iron and extra toilet paper (we were out) it took over an hour to receive and I had to call the front desk back again. Union station is already a Denver landmark and it did not disappoint in its architecture, amenities and vibe. Pigtrain coffee kept us going in the morning and the Cooper Lounge helped us wind down. The ambience of Union Station and the Crawford give a throwback feel to the prohibition era which I love! Will stay again.

Good restaurants everywhere and Red Rocks shuttle picks up right outside. The Crawford felt cool and quiet and cozy. VIP Access property on Hotels.com so I had a bottle of wine waiting for me in my room.

All the staff was friendly and professional. They were very attentive. I think they have some room cleaning staff that slack as far as showing up but the people In charge of check in stayed on top of them. Location is perfect for 10 min walks to a variety of restaurants. Obviously the train station is just outside the door. We will be back for sure!!
