I was disappointed this time. The thermostat in our room malfunctioned repeatedly, leaving our room sweltering at 80 degrees often and then freezing other times. The pool only has 3 lounge chairs and would not open their doors to use the deck before 9 am or after 9 pm. It was way too hot to use it during those timeframes, so earlier in the am or later in evening was essential. We didn't even want to swim--just be outside. Have stayed many times but likely won't again.

$20 for parking? It is the hotels' parking garage - not an outside vendor parking lot. As a hotel guest, you do not expect to be charged for parking as if you were a day visitor. The reservation notated a total including "taxes & fees" with no mention of a parking charge.

Good breakfast, close to downtown and lite rail. Having 1 (of the two) elevators out of service in the 6 story building let us walking up and down stairs much more than we wanted to do. A real shame……

It was very nice. The pool was seriously lacking though. It’s was more like an oversized cold spa. Only 3 feet deep. But very clean and the buffet was fantastic! There were 2 workers making sure the food area was always clean. Very welcoming and nice.

Overall our stay here was good. It was extremely busy and felt very congested. Breakfast was beyond busy and there were a lot of kids and teenagers there. Parking was easy, close, and inexpensive for the weekend. The elevator system is interesting and a little frustrating. It took a while to catch one and a majority of times they were full. They had a great lobby area and very comfortable.

The hotel was pristine. We loved that it was a quick walk to the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall from the hotel. The hot breakfast was excellent. We have two complaints: we had to pay $20 for parking if we didn’t want to park on the street. Also, we were looking forward to spending some time out on the third floor terrace—pool and lounge furniture but the area is closed after 9pm which was the time we arrived back from the event at the music hall so we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel amenities. It seems like 9pm is too early to be closing that area.

Convenient location for shows at the Fox or Rialto. Easy walk to some great restaurants and bars. Front desk staff were not very engaging and the common areas could use a good cleaning. Overall a decent value for the price.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was amazing, but communication with housekeeping was a bit problematic. I asked for a blood stain (not mine) on the back of my bathroom door to be cleaned and it wasn't.

Room was not clean. There was still hair in the bathtub from previous guest. They did not restock toiletries and shampoo. Normally we get complementary water from any hotel. The receptionist at check in was more worried about her puppy than attending us last night. She had a whole dog set up in the front lobby. Which seemed very unprofessional. For $170 a night I do not recommend this hotel Should have just stayed in a motel 7 for the service and quality. Would have saved $100 bucks plus parking.

I would have given a higher rating but our bathroom had a sewage type smell the whole time we were there. I told the front desk staff and they just said they would tell the cleaning staff. We were there to drop off our son at college and will need to return in the future, but not sure worth the price b/c of the smell, but the location was good and liked the secure parking even though you have to pay for it.

This place was great! The room was comfortable, pretty spacious and had a huge bathroom as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the tv had streaming options, which is always a plus. Free breakfast had great options, probably the best I've seen. The pool area was great as well. Did find an earbud on the floor that did not belong to either of us, so they maybe don't deep clean often, but I felt everythjng else was clean. Parking was easy, but did cost an extra $20 per day. Overall thought it was a great stay, and would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. No rubber eggs, fresh croissants and excellent coffee. Room was spacious and decorated tastefully. Bed was king sized and very comfortable. Bathroom had a handicapped shower, and its easy access was appreciated by my 80 year old body.

Good pool nice location to down town. Didn't like the air conditioner or lack of fan . There is no fan options that let the fan run. And the ac only gets down to 66f so it turns on and off all night and was very disappointed with my sleep 💤😴😭

Well run hotel. Staff was very friendly. It opened the usual 6:00 am breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate all of the cyclists (Tour de Tucson) staying there. Much apprecaited.

This is a hotel we like, and with this visit I neglected to change my check-in date when my client requested we meet a day earlier. So we arrived a day early. The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. They didn’t want to provide 2 bottles of water, and said that we can purchase them. Then, I saw that another person got the bottles. Later in the evening I saw the bottles on the desk there and asked if I could have one or two, the person there hace them to me with a really unpleasant look. I told her that she could be much nicer to customers…not nice!

I loved this property, The gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, I later contacted the front desk because I needed more closet hangers, but none were ever delivered. On another date I asked for housekeeping and young lady at the front desk seemed a bit annoyed, asking me, "didn\'t you receive Housekeeping yesterday?" and telling her no, she then informed me that she would let housekeeping know. I never received housekeeping upon my request. I would stay at this property again; I understand that customer service is something that may need to be worked on with an inexperienced staff.

Good value for the money. Convenient downtown location. Clean and comfortable. What it lacks in charm it makes up for in convenience and organization. Breakfast was fine. I didn’t notice if there were non-dairy milk options but it was easy enough to make a plant-based meal. Easy walking to Fourth Street neighborhood, an excellent grocery store and a number of restaurants. Very little foot traffic on the surrounding streets, making the area feel kind of deserted, but I felt safe at all times.

Only a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Theatre, the Hampton Inn was beyond our expectations! At first we were worried there was not oversized parking available, but when we went to the check-in counter and asked, they reassured us they had one right around the corner. Parking is safe as can be as you need a room key to enter and exit the parking garage and there’s a garage door that prevents unwanted guests. When we got into our room, the view was amazing! The bathroom has a luxury feel and the SHEETS ARE BUTTERY SOFT! Breakfast is included and there is a wide variety. Definitely worth staying here and we will be again!

The Hotel is in a very good location right downtown Tucson steps away from the Streetcar with lots of Restaurants and unique shops within walking distance.. property is nice and room was spacious and clean.. Breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options and the 3rd floor Pool area was beautiful.. overall a great stay and would highly recommend

Second time staying there for a concert. The location is perfect for concerts in downtown. We actually extended our stay to 2 nights so we can enjoy the pool and it was very nice. The breakfast spread is great too. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!

The room was nice and clean and very updated with a nice large TV and shower. I was there for the gem show in Tucson and it was walking distance to the convention center. The breakfast was free, Which was very nice, but it would have been even better if the food was kept warm with one of those little burners under it. Except for the delicious waffles which you make yourself, the hot food was cold. There was enough street parking, so I didn't pay the $20 for parking each day. The gym was real nice and the pool area looked nice too but I didn't use it. Overall great stay. Would recommend it. There is even a great little pastry shop attached to the hotel that I would highly recommend too.

this hotel has room set up with gym equipment inside the room ...horrible if your next to one of these as you can hear weights being dropped ...sounds like wrecking ball coming thru ceiling and walls. the beds are not super comfortable as we also had stayed at MY PLACE HOTEL the night before and their beds are absolutely prefect. the free breakfast is free for a reason watery scrambled eggs see thru bacon and an empty "sandwich station " all three mornings ...Definitely will try a different hotel the next time we are visiting our daugther. also as a hitlon rewards member there are no perks that came with staying here ..no cookies at check in no free waters no free parking ...
