The layout was odd requiring the use of two different elevators and a walk through the building to get to the guest rooms. There was a pool, but it was only open 2-10 so I couldn't get a morning swim. There was no plug/stopper in the tub. The rooms and furniture were fine, but sound and foot steps from the room above was almost constant.

All in all a solid experience. They had no cot/rollaway beds which I needed for my 4 year old. Breakfast was sparse. Pool was great. Larger and deeper (8 ft) than most at this level. Downside was fact that only open 2pm until 10pm. Lifeguard on duty was and added level of comfort! We took advantage of ice skating rink only .5 miles from hotel.

Stayed here with my family. The location was close to the highway which was convenient. The room itself was average. The beds were quite comfortable. The furniture in the room was very worn. The upholstery was thin and worn out. One of the chairs had ketchup and there was a ketchup stain on the floor. The pool was ok. The opening hours are limited which is not great for kids. The pool was open from 2-10pm.

The pool is only open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The lifeguard was watching his iPhone, littering wrappers on the pool deck, and eating junk food. The water temperature was close to 90 degrees. The second floor reeked of the smell of marijuana. The fitness room is well-equipped . The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, and sausage. The bed was firm. Rooms are clean and updated.

We enjoyed our stay. We got our room cards right away. Parking was available right near our rooms as we were first floor. The king bed was nice and we slept well. The sofa was good. The lights and black out curtains were good. The heat worked well. The bathroom was nice. The shower products were great. The shower curtain was NOT as effective as I would like which meant the floor got wet so ask for extra towels. There were only a few draws. Bring hangers with you. The pool was warm enough but in the night it is gloomier than I would prefer. These draw backs lead me to dock 1 star. The breakfast was good (make your own waffle station, serve yourself stations of bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, juices, fruits, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, tea, and coffee). I would recommend it and would stay again.

We could smell cannabis and cigarette smoke in the room at times, probably coming from outside. Perhaps hotel should implement and/or enforce a no smoking policy near the building. Rooms are also due for an update on my opinion.

Room was dated but clean. A few broken items in the room. Housekeeping checked on us everyday but before 9 am even on checkout day. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside besides the few broken items was our hallway (and only ours) reeked of weed the entire 3 days.

Our room wasn’t as good as I would’ve liked. The bathroom door was beat up the carpet was filthy. Our bed was very uncomfortable and smell in our room was a bit musty. However, the staff were pleasant and very polite and it nearby where we needed to go.

The hotel was ok. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door that I thought should have been addressed. But overall the room was clean and welcoming. We were only there 1 night and had an early morning flight the next day at 6 a.m.The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Probably the biggest complaint would be the small bed pillows. We slept in a king size bed with pillows the size of throw pillows for a cheap couch. Not sure why there were not king size pillows on a king size bed. Pillows were not comfy and caused us to wake up a few times that night. I would have even been ok with regular size pillows. It's expensive to stay overnight in a hotel-it should at least be comfortable. Guests expect better; Do better!

Much better check-in this time! Food was a little cold in the morning at 6:55 am but improved overall. The bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to shut which is not good in the middle of the night (room 321). Otherwise, all was fine.

The reasons we continue to stay here when we're in the area is cleanliness, price and location. The 'cons': there is a smell of cigarette and weed in the hallways everyday despite the fact this is a 'no smoking' hotel. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier and lastly, the parking lot always has large trucks parked there for some reason.

The check-in person had no idea how to handle a pre-paid hotels.com reservation & it took calls and at least 1/2 hour to correct! It was easily the worst EVER. Free breakfast was terrible. Beds were fine! The room was about 85 degrees and had an odor when we arrived. Light in the bathroom didn’t work and room phone would not call out anywhere, expecting the front desk! I reported it and they did nothing about it. I’ve stayed here in the past 6 months more than a few times and it was better than this!

This was a super nice place to stay! Clean, modern, excellent service and a great breakfast. Perfect location for visiting our granddaughter at Pace University. There is also a train station in Pleasantville to NYC. (45 min ride) I can’t think of an amenity that this hotel does not have. It is 100% smoke free which is outstanding.

I didn’t like the fact that I had booked a reservation online through Expedia, and when I got there, the guy at the front desk said that the card that I paid with was declined. He then told me that I had to call Expedia myself because he couldn’t do it. I reached out to Expedia and they gave the front desk a call. The front desk guy came over to me and gave me another number to call, and he said he got the number from Expedia. We called that number and it was a supervisor at Expedia, and after we called the supervisor at Expedia, the supervisor called the front desk again. The front desk guy was on the phone with his friends during this whole interaction and when the front desk phone was ringing, he said “who keeps calling here, I’m not answering the phone”. He didn’t want to pick up the phone or do his job and he had us waiting for 3 hours. Finally one of his coworkers came and showed him how to get us checked in. None of this was handled professionally on the hotels side. We missed a whole day of staying at the hotel because by the time he checked us in, it was near midnight.

This property is close to HPN and the other area airports. The Mario Cuomo bridge is probably a 5 minute drive. There are plenty of dining options in the area as well. My room had a slight smell but outside of that, the stay was uneventful. For the convenience and proximity to vital roadways, I would stay here again.

The breakfasts were quite good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The television worked nicely. My only complaint was the bathtub. It would be helpful to have some sort of non-slip bits in the bottom of the tub. I found it very slippery. I was there for four days as my brother is in the hospital.

The hotel is pleasant on both exterior and interior. Our room was cleaned and all the amenities such as air condition, iron all worked great. We stayed for 2 nights without any issues. However the breakfast is nothing to write home about, it's fairly basic with few varieties.
