We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with children ages 5 and 8. Keith was extremely welcoming and helpful. He assisted in launching the kayaks, put up a Happy Birthday banner to surprise our daughter which we thought was beyond thoughtful and shared stories with some of the properties unique history with us. I highly recommend!

We had the absolute best time at Sebastian Island View Cottages and only wish we could have stayed longer! Our large extended family booked two of the cottages, which was the perfect setup—it kept us close enough to hang out easily, while still giving everyone their own private space to unwind. The wildlife here is spectacular. We took the kayaks out on the river and saw so much: manatees, porpoises, a baby stingray, tons of jumping fish, and even a pod of dolphins! One of our favorite daily rituals was just sitting peacefully at the dock with a cup of the complimentary hot cocoa, watching the river. We even woke up early to catch a breathtaking sunrise, and some friendly manatees swam right up to join us at the dock. It was pure magic. A massive thank you to Kathy! She is truly the best—so incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating with all of our requests. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We are already planning our return trip. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay!
