Rooms are basic and a bit dated, with several comments about firm or uncomfortable mattresses and occasional noise from other guests or common areas. The pool is repeatedly described as too cold and shaded to enjoy. A few guests mentioned missing room extras like hand towels or tissues, and some felt the price was high for what is offered. Overall, expect a simple, clean stay with warm service and modest amenities.
