Hotel and room itself were nice. On the website it shows a hot tub in the pictures, there is no hot tub. When we asked anout it, they said it was broke and waiting on a part. When we were at the pool, where the hot tub was, was filled in with cement. So they completely lied to us. The reason we were staying there was for the hot tub and pool

We've stayed at this property several times over the past 5 years, under 3 different ownerships. The new renovations are really nice. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The big walk-in shower was great. There were two things I didn't like...one of the big draws of this hotel was the basement level indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Now the hot tub and sauna are gone! Now it's not as big of a must-stay for us. Also - I don't mind that we have to park in the garage across the street, but come on - install a ramp or SOMETHING to get our luggage into the hotel without having to walk outside the garage, up the street, around the corner and down the next street with a heavy luggage rack - in order to get the thing into the hotel. That's ridiculous! On a positive note, the breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant was amazing.

After dinner, I headed down to the pool. When I got there, I saw a chain and lock around the door. Person at front desk then advised the maintenance had closed the pool. I asked why this was not advertised. She did not have an answer. I asked for a concession, and she advised since I booked with Expedia, there was nothing she could do. What can Expedia do for Me? At 8:30 am, on the morning of check out, housekeeping knocked and was using their key to enter. I did not have the DO Not Disturb sign on the door, but why was she ASSUMING I had checked out. I was not impressed at all.

I was very surprised that for a hotel that caters to conventions / large groups that there was only 1 slow elevator. And then 1 other at the way far other side of the building. On the positive side. Parking in a city ramp is a must but they have found a way to validate the tickets to only be charged a set fee per day . I chose this hotel for the proximity to the Performing arts center so I could walk there and back without having to deal with the traffic

We were surprised when we headed to the pool area to find out there was no hot tub. So disappointing! Luckily we had booked a junior king suit and had a jetted bath tub…it was small, but luckily there were only two of us. Also, when I asked if there was free continental breakfast, I was told yes. We headed down there the next day and were told it was $20 for the breakfast buffet. The staff was nice and the fitness room is very nice. But keep in mind when you book this hotel, that you’re paying mainly for the location. You’re paying to be in the center of downtown. Also if you want to have a few drinks by the hot tub, go somewhere else.

We had tickets for Fox theater so the location was 100% perfect. Neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Easy walking to many bars and restaurants. Our room was very neat and spacious. The cons: Front desk staff both checking in and out, were quite cold ( bordering on rude ). Housekeeping never serviced our room ( so no fresh bottles of water or coffee pods - very disappointing for the cost of the stay. ) The bed and pillows are Very firm - not super comfortable if that isn't your preference. The side entrance across from the parking ramp in incredibly dirty. Chewed up sunflower seeds strewn across the carpet were there Friday afternoon and still there on Sunday. ( Most other areas of the hotel appeared neat and clean. )

Relatively nice property. Shower was in need of a serious deep cleaning. The sand colored grout was a mixture of orange mildew and black mold. The shampoo & body wash bottles were also empty. The rest of the room and property was clean and nice

Unfortunately, I compared this hotel to years ago when it was the Radisson. Times have changed, and so has the hotel. For the price, I didnt expect to have "hair" in the tub and sink. The bed pillowcases were covered in what seemed to be dog hair or a very hair individual. There were waterspots on the ceiling and the wall itself have water damage. No breakfast included which is also a bummer. I usually prefer Hiltons but this was living up to the name.

The lobby was gorgeous! The staff were all exceptional and very accommodating! I will say my comforter had peculiar stains on it, it appeared to be a bodily fluid. The light switch covers were not clean and the table in my room was in bad shape as far as parts of tabletop were peeled off. I expected more from a Hilton and for the cost everything should have been perfect. I was in room 2244

Great location, very nice property. The only thing that was odd: the entryway on the side by the garage. The carpeting was really old, dirty, frayed, and it smelled bad. Not a great first impression! Luckily the rest of the hotel was immaculate. You should fix up that entryway to align with the rest of the property and the Hilton brand.

The heating/cooling system in my room did not work. It was 57 degrees in the room Saturday late morning. They did bring a space heater in for me after unsuccessfully trying to fix it. Shower pressure was not great; but overall, it was a clean and beautiful place to stay.

The heat in our room didn’t work at all, we booked the room to go to my girl’s first packers game and we turned the heat up before we went to the game and we came back and it was still freezing in our room. Updates rooms are nice. The room we had experienced very little water pressure. So low it was not an effective shower. The larger shower head had no more than a trickle with all of the water switched to come out of that one head. Shoveling and snow clearing was poor around the properly making it unsafe goi f to and from the parking ramp.

The hotel was alright but clearly needs some updates. Our hotel room door did not close easily. We really needed to slam the door to make sure it closed/locked. We came back to our room after housekeeping was there to find that the door had not latched and anyone could have entered. There was no closet or hooks or anything to hang winter coats, suits, and dresses. We had a lightbulb that kept flickering in a lamp. Instead of housekeeping replacing it, they just switched it off. They give only 3 pillows for a kingsized bed. There was a parking low that was close. We paid $10 a night to be able to have unlimited enters/exits. Bed was comfortable.

Although the front desk staff regularly communicated with us during our stay, there seemed to be little they could do about the rowdy crowd that was yelling and screaming in the hallway on the third floor outside our room from 10:30 to 11:00 p.m. on the night of Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, along with the one person who kept pounding on the room door next to ours and calling for someone to open the door at 4:00 a.m.

Food and service at the bar was mediocre at best. Bartender was more concerned with her side work than tending to patrons. Asked for a replacement for the coffee maker, never came. Shuttle service was great. Room was decent, very comfortable.

Very nice hotel! It took about 1/2 hour to check in. I think they’re a receptionist was new and had to get help quite a few times. Also it was a busy time when a lot of people were checking. The steps from the parking ramp into the hotel where in need of refurbishing the carpet was not torn. The service exit wasn’t working properly so I had to use the steps again.

Very poor signage and/or front desk directions to find our fourth floor room when entering from the parking garage. Body gel in shower was empty on arrival and never filled. Four guests registered, only two glasses and one coffee cup in room. Bar staff was excellent!

Requested an interior room but had trouble getting the right room 3 times since first 2 times the desk staff had us placed in rooms facing outside with no view. Third time we were sent to an interior room facing the atrium which we wanted but the heating system seemed broken and the room was very cold and not able to maintain a good warm temperature. After maintenance came and couldnt fix problem the desk staff got us into a room that was fine. It was clean and comfortable but it did take 4 tries to finally get a decent room. Staff was helpful and kind.

I worked at the hotel in high school, back when Lombardi’s was Christie’s, and I greatly enjoyed my stay for the most part - the service at Lombardi’s was exquisite. But I have to say, the younger members of the front desk staff left me bewildered several times by their rudeness and complete lack of Hilton-level service. I hope they eventually learn the basics of customer service from their elder colleagues.

We had a decent room. The noise level in the hall at night was disturbing. The resturant for breakfast was horrible. We chose the buffet. The plates were cold as if they were in a refrigerator then went to choose our food and most of the trays were empty. They only have 1person serving am]nd one person cooking. Once we chose our Luke warm food and put it on the cold plate the food was cold and not desirable. We would have gotten a hot meal for less money elsewhere The experience was not goo. And when we paid $688 for the room and $40 for a cold breakfast we were dissapointed that we were not offered a refund for the meal

Hotel in good area . Lots of walkable places to dine and drink at. Front desk staff was wonder and very helpful. The Club, bar/pub was sub par. They have a cocktail menu but couldn't make any of them. Bartender said they didn't have the ingredients. Their Whiskey bar is only open Monday thru Thursday. We were there on Thursday. The signs in the elevator said they were open til 10. We walk in at 8:30 bartender said sorry she closing. So on site stuff not so good. But their is a Starbucks!!
