Absolutely terrible. Dirty room, no comforter on the bed, no bath towels, no housekeeping on duty for 2 days. anyone Could access the hotel anytime by getting into the doors without a key card. Broken door handle to exterior door to get in. No breakfast. Random person sleeping in the lobby with all the lights off in the middle of the night. Fitness center wasn’t open at 6am like it was supposed to be. Wholes in the drywall with hot wires exposed. The worst experience I’ve ever had. A simple clean room with basic necessities is all we wanted and paid for. We will never use Quality Inn ever again.

When we checked in our room was not made up from previous guests. We were going to leave and request a refund. The hotel was booked and the area hotels seemed to be full as well. It soon became apparent that Cynthia was the only staff in the hotel. So we waited while she cleaned the room. In the meantime other guests came to ask for towels because they hadn't gotten any. Two guests reported that when they checked in someone else was in their room. I don't know who would have been responsible for that mix up. And the phone was ringing a lot. Cynthia kept her cool, she was patient and courteous while having a terrible lot to deal with. Management needs to step up. The hotel is old , carpeting old, place needs attentions. And there is no elevator.

My room was clean. Did hear another guest complain about their room being dirty. It was hot. The air conditioner was plugged into a surge suppressor that was being used as an extension cord. The air conditioner was small for the room and outside temps. It ran the whole day and night to keep up. The next day, temps were lower and it did ok keeping up. The carpet in the hallway and stairs was older. There was no elevator.

Ice machine out of order. Morning breakfast: black bananas, moldy oranges, hard bagels, no creamer. Chose not to eat there. Would not choose Quality Inn in the future.

Overall, just no.. The description photos do not match the rooms, and our rooms were clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival.. Our first room had a very strong unpleasant smell of warm feet and cigarettes. Despite that, the beds were not changed and there were fresh, crusty stains on all of the sheets and pillows. I have never asked for another room before, but the man running the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to my groups needs, and gave us a new room. Unfortunately, our “new” room wasn’t much better than the first.

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed! You cannot control the temperature in your room, the cable and internet did not work, towels thin and with holes, dirty walls, dirty headboards, not vacuumed, mold in the shower, no hair dryer or iron and I have picture. No help or resolution from front desk and you have to wait until your stay is complete to complain to Choice customer relations. No moving to another room or even offered to have it cleaned again. Rated good 7/10 on hotels site. They need to rethink this place being on their site. Covid cleaning listed on the site, not even minimal cleaning. The only thing clean was the linens! The towels, most people would use as rags at hone.

When we checked in, we were given a room key. When we went to that room, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Returned to the main desk and let them know the room was not clean. The front desk staff questioned me, and I said it was not cleaned. He contacted another person who went and checked on the room and came back and said it wasn’t cleaned. He then gave us another room, but did not apologize for the mixup. I had to say, “we don’t even get an Oops, sorry about that?”. He then said sorry. Once in the new room, the sink did not drain properly. When we finally decided to go to bed, there was a brown bug underneath the sheets. When I addressed it with the front desk, they said maybe someone left the window open they would check on it. They were very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills.

The first thing I noticed was the whole hallway smelled like cat pee. My room had an empty toilet paper roll. No washcloth or tissue was provided. And at 10:50 AM some guy knocked on the door and opened it without even asking if he could come in to tell me check out is at 11. I could have been getting dressed or something and I am a single female in the room by myself so that really upset me. also, the front desk was littered with garbage from food and drinks.
