Everything was clean and well kept. They have a great seating/lounge area with a bistro and Starbucks and an outdoor area with a putting green, ping pong table, fireplace and swimming pool. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We felt safe and city of Irvine in itself is a great place to stay, lots of great restaurants, shopping, 20 mins to Disney and about the same to Laguna Beach.

All good, but the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was a little warm at night. We slept with the window open but they didn’t open very far so it was still warm. Other than that it was nice and clean and we enjoyed the gym and pool and hot tub.

This was definitely one of best hotels that I ever stayed worldwide. Location, elegance, value and amenities were excellent. However the best was the service. Hotel employees were cheerful and very helpful. They were proactive and went out of their way to immediately solve any problems and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Modern, functional decor in spacious rooms, nice pool, excellent gym, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Chargers for electric vehicles. Also, walking distance to Irvine Spectrum mall with many shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to come back!!!!

Was here with my family while I had to work a couple of days in Irvine. The hotel is modern, clean and updated and had great amenities for my kids to enjoy while I was at work, including a nice pool, cabanas with TVs in them, putt-putt golf, ping pong and cornhole. Breakfast in the Bistro was delicious.

Our stay was perfect! Alex at the front desk was excellent! He treated us very special for our anniversary stay! This hotel was close to Irvine Spectrum. Room was clean and comfortable. Great outdoor area with activities such as cornhole, putting green, and ping pong. Pool was clean and large:)

Dislike: 1. not enough cabinet space/drawers in room to put away belongings. 2. sleeper sofa with thin spring coil uncomfortable mattress. Recommend to upgrade to foam mattress. 3. on-site gated parking with in-out privilege is great but not free ($ 20/day).

Super friendly staff, accommodating. The towels and bedding are fresh and lovely and everything is spotless. We enjoyed the very versatile gym and are generally thrilled with the cleanliness of this property. The bed and pillows were fabulous. Will definitely return. Must add; walking distance to the awesome spectrum mall.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds. The ottoman in my room needed to be stream cleaned as it was dirty from many people having rested their feet with shoes on after long travels. Maybe recover those pieces with leather since a fabric ottoman isn't practical in a hotel all things considered. The hotel's Bistro prices are high. An egg sandwich, cup of fresh fruit and 20 oz bottle of soda was $28! Walk a short distance for good, reasonably priced food at the shopping center, The Spectrum, or the apartment community 'The Village Market l' in the nearby apartment community for a lot less! Great stay overall, however.

Loved the shuttle that took me to nearby locations. Loved the friendly, helpful staff. Loved the large room and availability of microwave. Only negative - cleaning staff inexplicably removed all the unused washcloths from my room one day, so I had to go downstairs and request new ones.

The hotel is great, there is a shopping mall, the Irvine Spectrum, walking distance (aprox 8 min), from the main entrance take your left that way is closest to the mall. Lot of nice restaurants, stores and a Target. The only problem I had was the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable.

No access to the front of the property if you are on foot, only by car, or one would have to walk around. Room design is awful, the shower wall is right behind the bed, if you’re in bed and someone is taking a shower you can hear every drop of water. Not worth the money at all! Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Great getaway exceptional service from check in to check out. Breakfast food gets a 10 rating and the manager(Daniel) hope we have the correct name, he is awesome greeted us during breakfast and even poolside in our Cabana which was also amazing and even had TVs to watch the game. We didn’t have to bother with parking to do our shopping because Marriott has a shuttle service !!!! Truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for the next trip to Marriott Irvine Spectrum

staff was great. room was clean and quiet. the only thing that we didnt like was that we were given a key that was not working. then when they got it fixed the to our surprise the room was actually still occupied by other guests so we have to go back 3x to the lobby just to get us the right room and the right key. other than that we love the breakfast and there's starbucks inside.

Had a one night stay here. The staff were so kind to let my family validate parking when they came to pick me up for lunch. Kept my car parked with them til after checkout and they let me use my room key to get out of parking. The staff was easy to talk to and addressed all my questions. I actually wish I had a longer stay here. Will definitely come back next time. Special thanks to Derrick from the front desk for all his assistance.

Excellent hotel for family with young kids. The courtyard was fun for our kids. It had a ping pong table, foozeball, beanbag games (cornhole?) and mini golf. Pool looked great but we didn't use it. Close to the Wild Rivers Waterpark. Walking distance to the Irvine Spectrum for excellent dinner and place to wear down the kids.

The room is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of the Spectrum Center. However, the food could use some improvement. I dined at the bistro for both dinner and breakfast, and unfortunately, the meals were mediocre and fell short of my expectations. Aside from that, it’s an excellent hotel overall.
