The Hotel is very nice and it is very close to everything in the town. With that said, everything in town closes at 5pm. Also, at the hotel they had a very late check in Time (3:00 O'Clock) and they were very much waiting until 3 to let you check in...So be mindful of checking in after three and still being able to visit the shops and such which closed very quickly after check in. For the most part the restaurants were open till 8 or 9, but still closed early compared to what us city slickers are used to.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. It is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no elevator and no one available to help with luggage and it was extremely difficult for me an older woman to drag my luggage up to the third floor.

I just loved it! The room was adorable. I saw a deer with her fawn! I will always stay here when I have to go to Alamogordo.
