The room was great with two restrooms because of the accessibility. Grab bars in the tubs made it easy to get in and out. The hot tub did not work properly and the pool had a film without being heated it was unpleasant even for the kids. With my back problems the bed was surprisingly nice compared to other hotels and the tubs in the room made it possible to soak even though the amenities were not working. The layout makes it a bit of a pain for the upper floors because you either have to wheel you cart all the way to the other side of the hotel or cut through the restaurant on the ground floor with your belongings. It's a good hotel for the value and with some maintenance could be fixed well.

Stayed 1 night

Our room smelled like wet dog. We bought an air cleaner and put it in the room so we weren’t coughing and sneezing all night. The bathroom had dirty corners, but the shower and bathtub were both clean. The staff was friendly and pleasant on our arrival. The location was right where we needed it to be as we had a family member having surgery at a nearby hospital. The heater/ac worked fine. The ice machine worked well. We were able to stay on the first floor, for which we were very thankful.
