The hotel itself was pretty nice. The room and lobby was clean, friendly staff. However, at night , there was a lot of noise from the highway that’s right by the hotel which can make it hard to sleep. The pool was clean , but small and the hot tub was closed off.

This place was really clean. The breakfast was awesome, and the rooms were all updated and clean. The only negative thing I can think of was that the indoor pool was way way too cold. Being indoors, it should be heated. The sun warms up the water in an outdoor pool. This one being inside, doesn't get warmed up naturally. It felt like we were swimming in 35 degree water. Hypothermia was kicking in fast. Other than that, we loved the inn. It was in a convenient location with lots of good restaurants near by. There was even a mall nearby. It is right between OKC and Edmond. We will absolutely stay there again.

This property is quite deceiving online. In person it looks very dated inside. The indoor pool had murky cloudy water and the outdoor seating area hasnt been cleaned and updated in several years. The room was muggy...which in turn made the sheets on the bed damp feeling. I stay in area ALOT and my Hotel ofnchoice was booked so i tried LaQuinta....I will NOT return to this location.

While the property is in a good area and from the lobby looks really nice once you get to the elevator it starts to go down. Elevator stunk and has seen better days. The door to get in the room was impossible to open and close. The rooms itself from afar doesnt look too bad but cheap pillows and then the shower/bath was chipping, rusted just disgusting. If you just need a quick place to stay for a night itd be fine but for a couple days with a family I would not recommend. I also went to use the fitness area, the weights are not suited for women, the lightest set they have is 15lbs and then the floor was flooded underneath the mat, everywhere I stepped water rose.

Stayed several times visiting my mother at Mercy hospital. Great value compared to others I've stayed at. Pool closed day after check in but arrangements were made so we could swim at neighboring hotel. Awesome staff, very accommodating.

Black mold or mildew around the tub. Paint chipped off the grab bars. A hole in one door. Tub finish was peeling off where it had been painted. Floor popped like it needed to be glued down. Smelled like a bottle of Pine Sol had been poured at the entrance.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk agent was friendly. As a hotelier, I am shocked by how dirty the room was. Housekeeping supervisor and housekeeping need to do better. I stayed at this hotel because it had great reviews, so I was disappointed to see that it did not live up to those reviews. Our bed sheets and pillows were dirty, visible strands of hair over them. Bathroom was also not clean. The bed cover had holes and a brown stain, pillow had some sort of red stain as well.

I needed a place to stay on my drive from IL to AZ that allowed dogs. This La Quinta came up as an option, so I made a reservation. It was easy to find right off the highway and check-in was easy. The lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is dated and doesn't "feel" clean overall. The elevator was slow and dark. The room was also very dark, despite turning on all the available lights. The air conditioning unit worked, but was not in good condition. There was about a 1" gap at the bottom of the door to the room. Looks like the room across the hall stuffed a towel in the gap to help with noise and add privacy. The bathroom tub had rust stains and the toilet required a few additional flushes upon arrival to clear out previous remnants. The friendly staff and location aside, this isn't a comfortable place to stay. Do yourself a favor and find something else in the same price range.

My room was just a few doors down from the pool. You could here kids screaming and people talking at the pool. It was very loud. There was a lot of stomping and banging noises coming from the floor above me all night. The beds were not the most comfortable I've slept in but not terrible either. The bathtub was kind of old and had stains on it. I probably wouldn't pick this hotel again if I went back.

Everything was great. The only complaint i do have it I was on the 3rd floor room 332 and the window lock was at the bottom where my 5 and 2 year old were able to unlock it and the problem is that the windows are only suppose to be able to open 4 inches and mine opened all the way. Which kept me on edge.

I did not like that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. Also in the restroom the bathtub was a bit rusted. As it looked like the hotel was less than half full I wish I would have had a more decent bathroom. I did like that a shower cap was provided. The bed was super comfortable for myself.

Medicore "welcome" upon arrival as reveptionist was very busy on her cell phone. Service staff during breakfast was unfriendly. Bathroom was in terrible condition and not cleaned well. App will not allow me to upload the photos I took of the bathroom conditions.

Hotel was great for a short stay! There were some questionable people but thats everywhere you go. Great location and near all the best places to explore. We were on the first floor was nice near all the amenities but the gym door slams when someone comes and go was something I wasnt expecting. Breakfast was simple and staff was super helpful. Check in was confusing since I did the pre check in just to do the same process all over again. Also, the clerk was trying to charge me again for a different rate even though I have already paid through this app. Got charged twice for late check in so hopefully that gets fixed so just a little out dated on the system functions.

The staff was great! There was a lady keeping up on breakfast and she really did, she was constantly checking everything and replenishing right away. I did check in online so when I arrived I was given my key. It was a really nice experience. The pool area was clean and relaxing. It has an elevator so with my husband having health issues it made it easier for him to get up and down the stairs.

I loved the room. Very clean. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the front desk. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only thing I didn't like was all the clocks were wrong. Beside and microwave.

There was some kind of co outer issue that led to them double booking our room. My husband, dog and I were sleeping when someone carded into the room and walked in. My dog alerted us (and them) and it was resolved but this should never happen as it is a huge safety issue!

The hotel was clean and our room was very big and comfortable. Would like to see more items added to the breakfast like potatoes and/or biscuits and gravy. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. The outside noise was a little loud with lots of cars racing down the highway
