Extremely close to everything. Tanger outlets right next door, you can walk there, Hershey park attractions are 5-10 minute drive. Great location! Clean & spacious room perfect for our family of 5. Didn't use the kitchen much but it is stocked with plates & silverware, full fridge, stove & dishwasher. Only saw one pot in there so not much you can cook but they may have others if you ask. We just didn't need that we were only there 2 nights. Kids enjoyed indoor pool both nights after long days at Hershey. Outdoor pool looked nice but too cold in the spring so not open yet. Would definitely recommend for larger families that don't want to get 2 separate rooms at other hotels.

The hotel was great and the pool, room, game room, outside area all fantasy, however the train that goes by every hour all day even in the night with the horn honking made me not like this hotel location , therefore we will be picking another location next time we are down there. Rooms need to be soundproof and needs food on site, they where no food options except a vending machine. Which was well stocked. Finally don't believe me check out the google aerial map view and see that train going by when you search this hotel .

This property was great and the room was very large, perfect for our family of 5. Only complaint I have is that we stayed in building 1 which is closest to the freight train tracks, and you hear the trains running all hours of the night. I recommend staying in building 2 as it's a smidge farther from the tracks and has the indoor pool in it. Along with the ice machine and snack vending machines.

This was a great place to stay with the kids on vacation. My kids would rather hang out here in the pools then see the area attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was very prompt answering any questions or handling any requests. Worth the money and would stay here again.

We had a spacious suite for my husband and I and our two teenage children. The area was lovely, parking was simple, and we were close to popular attractions. My son enjoyed the game room. The lamp shades and walls in the master bedroom were super dusty. My husband dropped something and had to move the lamp and I could see the dust flying off of it. The shower also had many areas of mold on the door and tiles. The hallways in building 1 smelled of stale cigarettes.

Rooms

Spacious condo-style suites with full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, and in-unit laundry suit families well; overall comfort is good though some decor feels dated and pull-out sofas are less comfortable. Recurring noise from nearby train horns, and occasionally HVAC or road noise, can disturb light sleepers.

Front desk tried to charge me $987 when I paid in full back in October when I booked my trip. There’s no dining options at property. Central air is extremely loud. I asked for more garbage bags and front desk told me to come down and get them, they had no one to bring them to my room. I came down for the bags and there were two people working behind the desk. I would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had the two bedroom suite. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit. Properly was very close to all the Hershey attractions. A gem. Great hospitality from front desk. Terrific pool in good condition and walkable to outlet shopping. We were exhausted from days spent at Hershey park and slept soundly.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! We wish it could have been longer. We felt like we were in a fancy 2 bedroom, 2 bath house rather than a hotel suite. Our hotel card was needed to access the stairs or elevator into the building so we had no security concerns, and the communication from the staff was excellent. We were able to do laundry in our own suite! We were right next to the shopping outlets and just down the street from Hershey park. This place was perfect!

Popoerty was a convenient 2 minute drive to Hershey Park. There was a grocery store nearby as well. The property itself could use some updating. Felt like a hotel from the late 90's. Clean, but old if that makes sense. The drains were very slow to run and the toilet paper/kleenex were sandpaper (very glad I brought my own from home). The property staff were helpful and attentive. Outdoor pool was nice enough for the kids.
