At Adhara Express, travellers highlight a convenient downtown location near the ADO bus station, generally clean rooms, and friendly service, making it a practical base for brief stays, airport transfers, and exploring nearby markets and restaurants.

Breakfast is frequently praised for variety and value, and the pool is appreciated though not heated; some mention a small gated parking area and a modest gym. Common drawbacks include firm mattresses, hallway or street noise, inconsistent in-room Wi‑Fi, and missing conveniences like a fridge; a few bathrooms feel small or have odors. Multiple reviews also report temporary closures or renovations leading to last‑minute transfers to a sister property with limited advance notice. What a wonderful 3 stars hotel!. It was spotless clean, good smell, most of the personnel were very efficient and kind. The breakfast included I would say was like a complete self serve buffet brunch. The only cons were: the gated parking was quite small and open air, they didn't clean the leafs from the swimming pool very often (no biggie), and the worst con was the Internet, because it was very spotty in our room, out in the common areas it was way better. But overall, super recommended, we are totally satisfied. Thank you guys.

The hotel is super c clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. There’s also plenty of hot water. My only reservations would be this :. They have a pool but it’s not heated so no one is going into it. Also, it is in a strange location so if you want a cup of coffee, you’ll have to go search for it. I think they have benefit from having like a coffee bar or coffee machine so you didn’t have to go searching in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is kind of OK. It’s industrial so that’s said, I would recommend it. PS it is very near the ADO bus station.

This is a nice property especially for the price. The complimentary breakfast is good. I love their coffee. The room was clean, and the hotel generally quiet. I'm a light sleeper, so I did wear ear plugs at night because you could hear some road noise. The bed was firmer than average but comfortable. Although the room had its own air conditioning unit, it was quiet unlike those in the US, for example at a typical Holiday Inn where it turns on and off all night long waking you up. Parking was easy and gated, so it felt safe. We were on the fourth floor on the street side. We had a nice view from the balcony. Two details that I did not like were that you had to wear a wristband, and they surprisingly had no washcloths or hand towels, only bath towels. I would stay here again.

Positives: - well located in downtown area for easy access to ADO bus station on foot - free breakfast with some fruit and cereal variety Negatives: - AC unit was directly in front of the bed, which made sleeping feel very uncomfortable. - hard and uncomfortable mattress which didn't make for a good night's sleep - water was lukewarm and shower pressure was poor Overall rating, 2 out of 5 This place is ok to stay for one night if you're departing Cancun and need to be nearer the bus station, but the bed wasn't good to rest or sleep on. If you arrive early for check in do make sure to check how comfortable the bed is, otherwise request a change of room or find another hotel

Pros: The hotel is very close to the ADO station, which is very convenient. The breakfast is really decent and there is a nice clean pool. The room was pretty nice too, although we booked a king and they didn't have any available, but that is more hotels.com's fault for not clearly advertising that the selection is a request not an actual room. We had a room facing the small street so it was relatively quiet. Cons: the door to the hall way has a lot of gaps so any noise in the hallway is like the door is open. Over night it's relatively quiet unless people get in late but starting very early morning it's very noisy, with doors slamming, kids screaming, people talking, but even when someone shakes out a plastic bag you can hear it clearly. The tv is a bit old and non responsive, but not too bad. The AC works well but there's no way to point the fan up to either it's blowing on you the whole time or it's off. It also doesn't have remote to you have to get up each time, which isn't the most convenient for sleeping. Also wish there was a fridge in the room

Very nice, extremely clean hotel. Only fridge was missing from the room. Nice breakfast and garden. Assessment is based on the experience of the second room that we had during our 4 night stay. The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. We asked for the change of the room after having a look at the room. The bold, young guy at the reception did not want to make the change. Luckyly the young lady receptionist was willing to make the change next day after the sleepless night. Thanks for her.

This hotel is closed and should not be available to book. I was taken to a different hotel which was awful customer service. In this connected age, it is not acceptable. Before my arrival I had contacted the hotel via expedia to arrange a twin bed as my friend had changed plans and was going to arrive early. I received no reply. When my friend arrived I was charged 600 pesos, a situation that would have been avoided if they had the courtesy to reply to my email. The room rate is exactly the same when booking for 1, 2 or 3 people so this felt intimidating when a woman was present at 1am. The staff blamed expedia for everything and take no responsibility. The new hotel (Hacienda) is musty with a poor breakfast. I left after one night of a 2 day booking which was a great decision. Avoid this place.

Breakfast was good, but it opens at 7pm and wouldn't let you start earlier or give you packed breakfast if you have to leave earlier for the tour. Big bummer b/c most of the tour buses pick you up earlier than 7 pm. Very close local restaurants like: La Parrilla, el Cejas, etc and walking distances to Mercardo 28 and 23; two Oxxos are near there. There's really cheap taco stand in front of one of the Oxxos near the park.
