Stayed 5 nights

Was supposed to have an $18 F&B credit for each nights stay, but it wasn’t applied to my bill. Had to wait 4 hours to check in and was told they were applying an additional $50 F&B credit for the wait, that also wasn’t applied. Need to take 2 elevators each way to get to and from your room. Not a huge deal, but it gets old after 5 nights. Otherwise it was clean and a good location for my business trip.

I’m glad I booked a room here because I enjoyed the experience. The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable with a great view.

Stayed 1 night

Staff was horrible showed up an hour early. The guy up from said room wasn’t ready to come back in 45 minutes. Came back another girl helped me was clueless and didn’t know how to operator their new system. She was trying to charge me the room that I had previously paid for in advance months ago. She started arguing with me until I showed her my confirmation. She had to email her manager this took over 30 minutes to check in.
