If your goal is to party this hotel is for you. If your goal is to go to a major tournament and need a good nights sleep get ready for parties until 3 am on Friday and Saturday night with music so loud it goes through your noise canceling headphones. Also locals rec and pop their engines all hours of the day night making for a nonrestful morning experience.

our stay here was terrible. The elevators either smelled like vomit or actively had vomit on the floors and walls, and when it was time to check out, the vallet lost our car keys and effectively lost our car. it took over an hour to track down, 10/10 will never stay here again.

Room was small, but CLEAN. Charging outlets didn't work. I also didn't like that there wasn't a room service option. After traveling, I didn't feel like walking next door to utilize my food credit. There is a club/DJ. The music was so loud that I could not hear the TV in my room, let alone rest. This certainly isn't a place for older travelers wanting to relax in peace. But I should've done more research. Overall, a nice hotel and great location for someone who enjoys the nightlife.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was being charged twice for dining at the hotel restaurant. I had already paid for my meal in cash, yet the same amount was also charged to my room. When I brought this billing error to the hotel’s attention, I expected the duplicate charge to be refunded. However, the issue was not properly resolved, and I was not given the refund I requested. I also expected the hotel to speak with the waitress and investigate the situation, but that did not happen. The room itself was also not in acceptable condition. The door would not completely close properly, which was a major concern and made me uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. I had to ask one of the maids to close the door. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken which further added to the poor condition of the room and made the overall experience even more disappointing. Between the double charge at the hotel restaurant, the lack of a proper resolution to the billing issue, the door that would not close completely, and the broken toilet seat, this stay was far below what I expected from a hotel. What was most disappointing was not only that these problems occurred, but also how they were handled when I brought them to the hotel’s attention. I expected the hotel to take responsibility for the billing error, address the room maintenance issues. I left feeling very dissatisfied with the overall service and condition of the room.
