Hotel Plaza Huatulco Bungalows

What guests think

At Hotel Plaza Huatulco Bungalows, guests consistently praise the friendly staff, tranquil atmosphere, and spacious bungalows with kitchenettes, while also noting that the property feels dated, needs maintenance in places, and the elevator is frequently out of service.

Rooms and the pool are often described as clean and comfortable, though some guests report inconsistent housekeeping and issues like slow drains, leaks, humidity odors, or insects. The location is quiet and better with a car or taxis, as nearby dining is limited and many restaurants are in town. Expect a budget-friendly, quiet stay with roomy units, balanced by aging facilities and variable upkeep.

Pool was outdated and falling apart. Bathrooms and televisions need updating. When trying to book they were not accommodating for a family with small children.
