Very disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally booked a king room instead of a room with separate beds and called the hotel immediately to request a change. I was told the hotel was full and could not accommodate the request. I asked again at check-in and received the same answer. However, when I checked online, rooms were still available at the hotel and were actually about $150 cheaper for my two-night stay. It was frustrating to be told no options existed when availability clearly appeared to be there. The hotel itself was fine, but the lack of flexibility and customer service from both the hotel and the IHG brand left a poor impression. I expected better.

I would like to thank the workers at the desk they were very helpful and courteous and the accommodations were so welcoming relax. Thanks Kenrick and Ms Marirara sorry for getting the wrong spelling but wouldn't but love my wife and I had a great time in Baltimore and because of you all made our stay pleasant Thank you again

The carpet in the hallways were not only dirty but badly stained, refrigerator door in the first room wouldn’t stay closed and didn’t have a light inside. After switching rooms, the safe wasn't working at all. Overall, the property needs an upgrade. The location was good as far as walking to the convention center, they also provided us with a list of parking options which was easy accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly! Hotels don’t have to be high end to be inviting, it’s the small things that count.
