Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda Washington DC

Nice hotel and location. Amenities were very nice and the hot tub was awesome and functional. Rooms were clean and staff was very accommodating. Would definitely book at this hotel when we visit again.

Everything was wonderful except the parking. The parking garage has high curbs on curvy ramps too narrow for large cars to maneuver without scraping up wheel rims.

Best value deal to include discount parking and omelet / full breakfast. The challenge was getting our happy hour two free drinks due to the line being too long...never got our four free drinks.

Great check in experience, we were made to feel very welcome . Hotel itself is well maintained and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Plenty of parking in the deck behind the hotel but I saw lots of cars parked on the street and couldn't tell why. Then I went into the parking deck. The cement stairs had MAJOR cracks in the concrete and in many areas the concrete was breaking off in small and large chunks from the walls and ceilings, VERY scary looking.

I have to go to Washington DC once a year. For 3 years now, I've been staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Bethesda. Its an excellent hotel. Clean, good variety for breakfast, 2 complimentary drinks each night, close to a metro bus stop. The staff is especially nice and friendly. For example Blanca J. took the time to chat with us. She noticed that I was a repeat guest. She made me feel more than just a guest but part of their hotel family. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this motel. However I would be remiss if I didn't mention they close the indoor swimming pool to guests during a good chunk of the day time for swimming lessons for the community. While this is good for the community, it might be disappointing to you if you planned on using the pool during the day. I would suggest you call the motel to inquire about the pool availability if it is important to you. Even with this, I still would highly recommend the hotel.

The room had bugs and the mattress was hard and comfortable

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and complimentary cocktail hour. I loved the size of the suite. Each suite has two rooms, and each room has an entry way to the bathroom, meaning the bathroom had 2 entries/exits. Some bathrooms have walk in showers, some have tubs (those are the accessible ones i believe). Each room in the suite had doors as well for a semblance of privacy. The bed I had was king sized, though the mattress couldve been comfier honestly. My mattress at home is better quality. The kitchenette was useful. My only complaint was cleanliness.... I had requested housekeeping the first night despite them being on my floor when i left. But also, I had seen a roach. A roach at the Hilton is pretty unprecedented. I wanted to take a picture but was unable to due to shock and fear.

Our room had ants and hair all over our bedding was very upset about it.

Cigarette box found on balcony. Room was clean besides that, very comfortable. The brochure says you can call and order food to the room, the girl I spoke to was slightly rude on the phone when I asked about it. Other than that, it was okay. Not sure I’d stay again.

Tub was not that clean but overall, stay was nice.

I didn’t get a chance to go to the bar, but that is always a great incentive in staying at the Embassy suites along with the fact that they have the full breakfast option. The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is that the bed was very uncomfortable and it looks like the bed needs to be retired. I did let them know that as soon as I got there, but nothing was done to accommodate the very uncomfortable bed. If you sat in the middle of the bed, the head and foot of the bed almost rises simultaneously.

Liked the balcony but it was small. Not comfortable for two people.

Well, when we arrived it was raining, so we get to the room and it’s hot. We called right away, they came up, said check in 5 mins. We went down for dinner, came back room still hot, asked for a fan. The hotel doesn’t have true AC. So it stayed hot the entire trip, on a chiller. @fter many days, they became impolite with the constant request of nothing they can do except move rooms, we could pack everything back up, sure and go to another room with the same experience. Breakfast crew was amazing! Hotel desk staff tried to cancel my stay after saying I'm leaving for a few so you can check the AC more thoroughly, came back from Zoo, room still hot. Called Hotel.com and they tried to intervene, they untrustating I refused to move rooms. Not true, I said I would, but want to go to the room to see temp of room 1st before packing up two kids and moving rooms.They were then immediately unavailable to speak to from Hotel.com. So the. My dinner was suppose to be delivered the 2nd night all this went down,dinner was late an hr, not big deal but then they tried calling after I stated please don’t disturb until after 30 so we could have dinner. Then today trying to leave, they block us at the gate from the parking garage, had to call to be let out. impolite folls at this location,don’t be tricked by the Wonderful reviews, if you ask Grok 3 AI,it will tell you this location with impolite staff is a norm and also not very helpful.This is not a 9/10 hotel. 10sechold on flushes/barking dog

Living room TV didn’t work

Everything was good except for the mattress. I understand lots of people stay there but how old is it? You can literally feel the indent left from previous guests repeated use. I've never had this experience at any hotel before and it was unsettling.

The room and microwave/fridge facilities were great and spacious and lovely to get free water daily and loved the breakfast The parking charge was a shocker as there was no communication on this through hotels.com. It was also uncomfortable not having a door to the sink area and such a light door to the toilet. The balcony was also tiny and not like the pics

The room was nice. We switched rooms due the ac not working. We did have an issue with the key phob dying in the second room. Tubs don’t drain properly when showering. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff was very helpful.

This was one of the noisiest hotels I have stayed in lately. Yelling and loud groups until 1:30 in the morning. The front desk staff was not well trained, and I had issues with my internet throughout the stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I was not offered water or welcomed in any way. However, the breakfast staff from the greeter to the ladies making the omelets, and those cleaning off the tables, were superb. Super pleasant and really made you feel welcome.

Everything waa great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I felt at home right away. The only reason for 4 stars is that the wifi didnt work. I fot the message that I enteres invalid credentials when I tried to connect. Otherwise everything was good.

I love Embassy suites, but at this location the customer service was not welcoming. The gentleman at the front was very sarcastic…needs customer service training especially in empathy.

All the staff were amazing & very helpful. Facilities were all kept clean & well maintained. Breakfast was very good quality with standard options & with two separate main buffet stations with seating to keep up with large crowds. The made to order omelette stattiooon is grear option.

Everyone was courteous and efficient

The hotel is dated but nice. Breakfast in the morning is really good, the ladies there do a great job of keeping up with fresh omelettes, etc. all that was excellent. The front desk staff was very, very nice and accommodating. There was one bartender at the bar unfortunately that was extremely rude and the three times we encountered him was not kind or helpful at all. It was unfortunate. He seemed very unhappy and like he really didn’t like his job at all.

The property must have a great GM because every staff member we came across was friendly professional and resolved the issue at hand. It was a great value for this area and we will definitely stay here again

They never told us about a change of room due to carpet cleaning. The room they transferred us to had broken AC in 90 degree weather. The manager on site (this was Saturday) was a horrible person, zero humanity. Then we moved to another room. I had to take our luggage 2 times to different rooms. Hotel is fine but this one manager ruined the stay.

I hate it must stay at this hotel. I ended up leaving early and not completing my stay staff, member is coming in my room without me or my permission to clean my room. Things went missing of items were stolen and I did not appreciate to the point that the police was called. Will never stay again.

It's a terrific value. The rooms are good, the breakfasts are great, the staff are friendly.

W asked for rollaway. It was denied. We had one last time we stayed her. We asked couch be made up and have linens and bedding. Not in room. We had to awkwardly make it up to Bally some help from an inexperienced desk person. We asked for more towels. Never arrived.

It’s a nice hotel located in a great and quiet place. I could walk to the shopping mall and do some shoppings.

Breakfast was wonderful. Getting on the internet was more complicated than expected or necessary, but worked fine once logged in. There is a big shopping mall close by, but this is not really what I'd call a "walkable" neighborhood.

You need a car; there is nothing to walk to, but the rooms are very nice, and the food in the restaurant is good. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Hands down they win a 10 out of 10 for their morning "included" breakfast. It includes an amazing assortment of fresh fruit, a buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted red bliss potatoes, oatmeal etc. But most importantly they also provide made to order omelettes! The coffee was also exceptional. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. It is also a great location for easy access to DC., the Beltway and the 270 corridor.

Check in was super fast. The room was great. I enjoyed my free glass of wine at the evening reception. I got a great night sleep. I enjoyed the room coffee maker in the morning. And I enjoyed my hot breakfast!
