NO handicapped access from surface parking lot, very bad. I was a solo traveler so I couldn't unload luggage at front door and also park my car around the back of the building. I had to park my car first and then load my luggage onto my ROLLATOR and roll myself up and around the building to the front entrance because the only door from the parking lot has steps to the door and then a long staircase to the lobby.

Everything about this facility is stellar. The brunch was absolutely top notch. This facility is primarily a business conference center. Do not let this deter you. I will definitely stay there again.

Great conference facility. Easy to get from room to the venue as well as on and off site dining. The coffee shop was closed during the conference and that would have bern helpful to go to before & in between sessions. The M lounge was not able to keep up with snack options which frustrated some conference participants. Very friendly & accommodating staff! Great property.

Excellent stay, very comfortable, clean rooms and convention facilities. The front desk staff especially Emmanuel, Precious, and Mary are wonderful and helped us to have an even more enjoyable experience. Many eating and shopping options available nearby (walkable, but may need rides to get to some of them).

Very clean very nice high-quality everything. The only thing is on the Expedia website and had a place for parking garage and it really wasn’t on the site. It was around the corner and it costs four more dollars to park there than it does to park here in the garage at the hotel it’s $30 and the hotel is 26. so they shouldn’t put it on the site. The property has parking.

We stayed here for a family wedding. The hotel was spacious and clean, as were the rooms. But I really got the sense of being nickeled and dimed. Had to pay $23/ night for parking- in the suburbs! Charge for internet, unless you’re a Marriott member. No toiletries in the room. I literally had to ask for a shower cap before taking a shower. Food quite expensive in the restaurant. It was ok, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. TIP: parking near the metro is free on weekends. It’s 2 blocks away. We saved $46!

Our room wasn't clean upon our arrival. Housekeeping arranged to have it cleaned almost immediately, inconveniencing us for a short while. When once I asked for change of a $20 bill for gratuities, the front desk couldn't accommodate me. When I tried the bar, a manager had to walk me back to the front office where he disappeard for a few minutes before returning with change. Pretty odd, I thought.

property was in great conditions associated with the Marriott. The room was clean and modern. Housekeeping could use some improvements. We found an old pillow case behind our chaise lounge and it was still there when we checked out. Housekeeping took too long to service the room sometimes 1pm and once at 3pm. If hotel had a pool I would give it a five

PROS: Front desk staff was friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. Precious D. was especially helpful, cheerful, friendly and professional. Since our aunt was with us, they were able to accommodate us for 2 queen size beds as we had reservations for a king size bed but the sofa there was not a pull out. Ease of checking in and checking out was smooth. We stayed 2 nights and had our service dog with us. The room was clean, beds and size of the room was comfortable. CONS: The hallway and rooms were dated and would benefit from a carpet change as it looks worn. Also, some aesthetic touches such as a new coat of paint to the hotel room /elevator doors would give a fresh look. The mini fridge in the room did not work. We reported it and was told they would address it the next day, so we were not able to use the fridge.

Temp was 79 degrees in our room. Called front desk. They sent maintainance who came quickly. Said after fixing a few knobs that T would be fine. Woke up after a very uncomfortable night and T was 73! We had it set for 65 degrees. Was not a good experience

I found the staff ot this hotel especially pleasant and helpful. On the day I checked in the gentleman on the front desk noticed I was having difficulty walking and came out to help me, carried my suitcase in and suggested I take a ground floor room rather than my usual choice of a high floor room. He also allowed me to park my car nearby so I wouldn't have to walk from the parking area. The hotel is well maintained and the food I ordered was very good.

No one to greet and take the luggage. No amenities or mini bar . I expected more of a welcome and hospitality. Impression was that you cut costs even for little things that would show you care. Charges were not cut rate .

Check-in was a breeze and we were allowed to check-in early which was appreciated after a red-eye flight. The lobby is nice, airy and plenty of seating available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was on a high floor which we appreciated. The room itself was clean, bed was comfortable to sleep in. Well maintained, well-managed hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would return again. Thank you.

Located steps from the Metro North Bethesda Red Line, it’s super convenient to get into DC and just a short drive to Bethesda. Plenty of restaurants and shopping including Pike & Rose. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.
