The water in the tub came out black, then I saw a roach and there was stitch of odor left on my clothes when I got back home. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel front desk was nice but when it was time to check out she wasn’t as friendly. I won’t stay here anymore.

Slept with lights on . Security boy open carried a firearm. He needed a uniform and a security badge. Mentioned it was because of the prison was so close and people come here to visit prisoners.

BEWARE of this property, the rooms are not cleaned very well, a lot of rusting in the rooms. This company took my deposit and will not give it back. They told me I had 7 days to get my deposit and they did not honor it. I don't know why it just didn't go back onto my card. Manager would not come out and talk, only sent her staff member that was very RUDE! I would advise anyone to steer clear of this property you will be disappointed. This property should be torn down or completely remodeled starting with the staff! I will not EVER come back here and will advise others as well.

The check-in was wonderful. The front desk clerk was attentive and responsive. Check out was a disaster. The front desk clerks did not acknowledge me, nor greet me. They need customer service training or perhaps work in another area of the hotel.
