Sleep Inn Douglasville - Atlanta Area

Not so good, elevator and common area very dirty. Room seemed clean enough but bathroom shower and toilet needed to be cleaned.

The gym room wasn’t working…I was driving a good distance and would prefer a short workout to start the day…also the elevator was super slow…5 minute wait. There also wasn’t a coffee machine in the room…which I thought was pretty standard these days.

The room was nice but had to hot water.

The 1st room we were given someone else was in there but the room it wasn't supposed to be. The 2nd room the door was faulty and darn near beat it to get it open. The next morning they ended breakfast at 8:30. Terrible just Terrible!!!!

Booked room for my wife and when she checked in the key card wouldn’t work. Tried again and wouldn’t work. Manager went to room opened the door but the handle would not lock. After several minutes of trying to get a different room he finally gave my wife a new room. That room was ok but the bathroom floor was wet and dirty. He would not note that the 1st room was defective and wanted to cancel the reservation and it would have appeared that she did not show up and we would have been out a nights stay because I had booked thru a third party. Avoid this hotel.

This place has 3 floors with all the vending machines on the third floor and none of them work

The location is convenient. The sink stopper is not working properly and the door handle is loose/malfunctioning.

When I rented this room I was not aware there is no pool because it says there is a pool. The facilities sold and no longer has a pool available because they shared with another hotel. The edge not say it has a pool when there's not one available. It's one thing when it says it's only open during certain seasons but there was no pool at all that is false advertising

The property was very nice, rooms were clean, but not every outlet was working. A/C could have been a little cooler & the pillows were super flat. Fitness room was out of order, but everything else was good. Staff was friendly. I stayed an additional week, and they matched the Expedia price.

Staff was very accomidating but for $160 room rate was more like a $60 motel rate. Key car issues* locks need to be updated and you have to turn the key the worng way to get it to read and try 5-10times.... so theoughout the day and night you hear bangikgnon doors and getting fustrated they cant get in thoer rooms...trying over and over to figure out what os wrong. Elevator* it has a mind of ots own... some times it hangs out on one floor with doors open waitimg for ghosts to coe other times it closess and forgets you asked to be taken to a gloor.... although im sure this issues coudl be fixed or adressed based off the elevator inspections is over 2mths OVERDUE..... also someone did a hack job on elevator floor and it looks horrible and not level. ROOM* after a drive for 12hrs to get to a room with no ac workikg then told we have to put temp down to 60 to get it to work.... we start to sweat while waiting for someome to check it out...its 11pm and we have to be up in few hrs.....(fan kicked on then off for 2mins only) guy shows and asks if we turned it down to 60... i tell him yes and fan kicks on and off for only few mins... acts like we just need to give it time to work its been over 20mins.... i tell him this unit is goin out and we need a working ac room ...we r tired and don't have time to wait and togive room to someone that likes heat not us please. He accommodates our request. BREAKFAST * JUST waffles/urt/honey buns... some juice but very waterytastes

The staff was very nice and always helpful, no matter what time of day or night I chose to go by the front desk. The room, however, was filthy! This was not a result of poor cleaning but instead the results of improper cleaning over time. I wish I could clone the staff and put them in a clean establishment! I will not be returning to that Sleep Inn anytime soon if I can help it...

Everything from shower to carpet was extremely dirty would not recommend anyone to stay in this place

Very smelly and dirty, bathroom lock broken, shower light not working, got bitten by bed bugs all over my body

Very uncomfortable. Bathroom was so small. Sink outside. Only shower, no tub. Found a roach in the shower! Gross! Wouldn’t stay here again. Old and noisy.

Nice and clean

The room I was in #114 smelt of smoke in the sheets, bathroom. I reported to front desk because I did not want someone trying charge me for a room that obviously was not deep cleaned after someone smoked in room. I decline moving to another room because I was on overnight.

When you 1st walk in the hotel smells delightful; but the room was not clean. The baseboards in the bathroom had not been clean, the blankets had not been changed (jelly stains), I kept feeling like i was being bit under the covers, and the pillows had been rearranged to hide the dirty pillow cases. Not pleased for a choice hotel.

It was a short family trip. So we made do with what we had. The only major issue that i had was most of the outlets in my room did not work. Only the ones for the tv and lamps worked. They offee wifi but it is limited and cuts out around 10pm. On the last night of our stay there were technical difficulties with the wifi.

I did not like having No internet all the time. Did not have it 24/7. Coffee pot in room did not work!

Friendly late night staff. Comfy bed. TV allowed me to play Netflix. Good shower pressure. Everything I needed for a quick stay. Convenient to many late night eats. Breakfast was minimal but had a yummy waffle and yogurt, so it was sufficient.

The purpose of a hotel is to sleep. For that purpose I could hear normal conversations in the next room. Therefore, it did not meet my needs. Oyher than that it was ok for the price.

The king room was entirely too small. The room was hot and stuffy and there was no place to put your belongings.

Desk clerk was great!

Super friendly staff

The staff was not on the same page. I requested a late check out the housekeeper rushed me to leave because she wasn’t informed of my late check out. My items were left in the room. I informed the front desk representative and he accused me of lying. Just rude.

First off this hotel is really disgusting I’m surprised it isn’t shut down. My room was smoked out i had to go buy candles to get rid of smell but that was the least of my concerns. Front desk man was really nice until i told him my toilet had a smell after it flushed he didn’t want to move me he came in the room and literally put his face inside the toilet to smell after flushing told me he couldn’t smell anything but the candles i had lit definitely took over somewhat of the smells in the room. My sheets had stains on them the fitted, flat and comforter! I had to go ask for new sheets and i didn’t even get a comforter he gave me a bed mattress pad!! I didn’t sleep at all my stay was very unpleasant this isn’t one of those second chance hotels I’ll never stay here again. It isn’t worth the money if you’re looking for a clean hotel.

We found the property convenient and affordable. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and helpful. In the morning, when I reported that the hair dryer was shooting out sparks and smelled like it was burning, the gentleman at the desks' only response was to ask if I had submerged it in water and they don't have appliances that spark. Really? He didn't even ask for my room number so they could check into it. When we went to breakfast (at 7:40) there was nothing left except cereal and yogurt. We asked about the continental breakfast and the gentleman (same guy that we reported the hair dryer issue to ) said that he thought everyone had already eaten. Then he added some bananas and breakfast sandwiches to the breakfast bar.

Hotel is in good location next to walmart shopping center. There is a laundromat in this location. Hotel is in quiet location and priced reasonably.

The room had a mildew smell, a stranger we sleeping in his truck on the property in the back. People outside smoking stuff other than cigarettes. I did not stay at the hotel, went somewhere else

The staff was pleasant. The room (306) was typical hotel room; average. However, one of the outlets didn’t work on the lamp. The light in the shower flickered as if there was a short in the wiring. The ironing board legs were broken so I had to lay the board on the bed n iron that way. The beds aren’t plush/ soft. But for quick trip into town that was close to the event I was attending and for the price, the stay was good enough. The breakfast was all packaged things full of sugar and crappy ingredients. The waffles you can always look forward to. Could definitely use some remodeling of rooms and deep cleaning.

Should have better breakfast options especially since you have truck drivers and business clients.

What i like about the is that it was clean customer service was great. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options unless you order foods frm uber eats or you can walk to cracker barrel. What i didn't like was that i reserve a none smoking room, it smell like someone had a smoking party in the room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again very nice restaurants near the property i mean in walking distance from the hotel.

We were going to North Carolina. I was happy with the stay. Bed was comfy, room was a nice size and everything was clean. Refrigerator cooled our drinks very quickly. Only problem was the breakfast did not have very much to offer. The app said “hot breakfast”. The only thing hot was waffles. We had hoped for eggs and sausage.
