What guests think

Vīb Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo draws consistent praise for friendly staff, clean modern rooms, and a lively rooftop bar, while repeated critiques focus on off-site parking, paid extras like breakfast or early/late check-in, and occasional noise.

Location suits concerts at Mission Ballroom and exploring RiNo, but the surrounding area is still developing with construction and can feel less lively or comfortable after dark. Rooms are contemporary and comfortable, though some note odd layouts, thin walls, and limited in-room appliances like microwaves or standard fridges. Expect a stylish base with friendly service and vibrant on-site dining, plus trade-offs around parking and neighborhood feel.

There is construction going on but since I came in the weekend it did not bother me. Overall this place is really modern, clean and close to the downtown area and close to the Denver Coliseum and highway. The Mexican restaurant on the rooftop is awesome has a nice view and the service is great. The only con is that there is no parking lot at the property, you had to walk around the corner to the end of the block for parking. I was lucky and was able to park outside without paying.

This is a nice property with modern aesthetics and amenities that's near the downtown Denver area. I liked the hotel's design and decor. The customer service was good. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. One thing I didn't care about their room was that the room hallway light switch is also the main switch for other lights in the room except for the table lamp. The bathroom was clean and had all the needed amenities. Their was a mini fridge with some (non complimentary) beverages. There was complimentary water and coffee/ tea in the room. There was no microwave in the room but it was there in the main lobby for everyone's use. There's a 24 hours gym which is great. It had water fountain/ filling station which was helpful. The hotel's (paid) parking is off-site at a garage which is nearby. The guest drop-off area is on the alleyway side of the hotel. Overall, our stay was good and we had a good experience.

Room was a bit like an up market motel 6 with a hard floor. Surprised to find a bar and snacks available for purchase in the room. Complete with a kettle instead of the usual coffee maker. Different room layout but suited a business traveller. No on site parking but free street parking was easily found near the hotel, don't be concerned. Superb top floor outdoor bar with great tacos, thoroughly recommend visiting, great vibe. No breakfast available. All fixtures and fitting were brand new, very well appointed rooms. Great staff.

Property was beautiful. The hotel has a restaurant on the rooftop. Margaritas weren’t great but the tacos were. The property has on street parking that’s first come first serve and it’s free but it’s hard to get one. They do offer a parking garage around the corner and it costs $15/day. Customer service was great. The hotel is a place I would book again.

Stayed one night after a show at Mission Ballroom. It was perfect for what we needed, but it was quite loud as in you could hear everything going on in the hallway (likely due to the lack of carpeting in the rooms) but the location to Mission was top notch and the pillows were VERY comfortable. You did have to park on the street or the parking garage that was about a block away but it wasnt a bad walk and the area is safe

Pros: Room was very large. Clean Location was perfect for our outings. RINO was nice and getting to downtown Denver was easy. Staff at check-in/out were friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar had friendly bartenders. Cons: Found lighting in room kind of odd. One corner, where I stored my bag required a flashlight to see anything in my bag unless it was mid-day with blinds up. Biggest flaw to me was the room was advertised as having a refrigerator. In reality it has a fully stocked “mini-bar”. I was able to empty the top shelf and make do, but the booking websites should update that amenity. I have a medical need for refrigeration and that is a key deciding factor in choosing my bookings. Not a huge issue for me, but we never received housekeeping on our 4 night stay. Twice left clean room please sign on door. Probably could have called front desk if really needed. Neither a pro or con for me, but the parking they validate with in/out privileges is about a block and half away. We had no issues parking there as some reviews suggest. Didn’t feel unsafe getting to/from car.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a long while! Location is great and just a short walk from the 38th & Blake train station. The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower was AMAZING. Nice detachable shower head with multiple speeds, and shampoo/body wash dispensers that can't be tampered with. Best shower I've had in ages honestly, that alone will have me coming back. We arrived early and were able to check in without any issues. The hotel is new and in great shape. Our room felt very clean and the bed/pillows were fabulous. There is not any parking attached to the hotel so you have the option to park on the street or in the parking garage about a block away. We opted for the parking garage that was clean and spacious. On our first night we hit up the rooftop bar for happy hour and had some nachos. The service was very attentive and there was great views. We spent our second day visiting breweries in the area and just exploring. There is a ton of construction going on and I’d love to come back in a few years to see how it turns out. RiNo has a lot of artwork on buildings and some areas that look a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. You can easily walk to the Mission Ballroom for a show and coming back to the room at 11:30pm be surrounded by other concert goers. I did not have the chance to try the coffee shop in the lobby but it seemed very popular. Would stay here again!

Most of the staff were great and the servers at the coffee shop and taco bar were too, this was the biggest highlight. Beyond that we just had too many disappointments such as....told "$20 to check in early". No thanks! "come back at 3 and your room should be ready." At 3 the the room was not ready yet we watched 2 others check-in ahead of us. Most places text you when your room is ready. We asked for a late check-out, ok no problem. Upon check out we learned there would be a $50 charge for that! What?? Never been charged for early check in or late check out, ever! Asked for an extra bottle of water at the front desk, was told no despite watching a man earlier in the day be given one. Just 2 many things like this to return or recommend the hotel

Everything advertised from the website perfectly matched, all expectations met. The rooms matched the pictures perfectly (not just staged photos), were clean, and were spacious. Maid service was excellent. The hotel was conveniently near public transportation. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking nearby. The only reason for 4 stars to service was with the morning front desk. There was only one attendant which made interaction in with the front desk require waiting every time. I strongly think this is due to the fact that they were not only checking everyone in and out but we're responsible in answering all calls as well. There appeared to be additional staff nearby, but they didn't provide support. I do want to shout out to an all-star, Dairely, who was extremely bubbly, friendly, and helpful in answering any questions at night.

I did not like that the parking is a block and a half away that you have to walk to. We checked it at 9:30 PM myself and two kids and had to walk in the dark to the hotel. Also the lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. Could have explained you need to use the key card to run the elevator. It was late and we were tired and could have used a little better explanation parking and elevator. Also needed a tooth brush was told sorry but one we only have tooth paste. Also kids were running in the hall late in the night and knocking on doors.

We where debating on staying at this hotel, however we saw it had a 9 star rating. What a mistake. It’s my honeymoon and as we check in it was the worse experience. The check in lady was horrible to my husband and I. She was so mean to us, I would have never booked to this company if I knew I was going to be treated in that manner. She had me crying at the end of our check in. So uncomfortable. She yelled at us telling us we had 15 min to check in 15 min to have our car unloaded. We had 15 min with the luggage carrier.. just horrible.. we sat in our room after that and I cried.. this was supposed to be joyous stay…. We had left a few times after that and she would just stare at us waiting to tell us something bad with her arms crossed.. I would never stay here again and our family’s back home couldn’t believe it…

I really like this newer hotel for the layout of the room, and it's very comfortable. However, the area around it is very much under construction. There is very limited dining options and it is unsafe to walk at night. We did not have a car and the walk from the train station at night is very uneasy. There were a lot of homeless people around the station - some even sleeping in the elevators so you needed to use the stairs. Our flight was delayed, we arrived at 10, and the restaurant was closed at 10. There were some frozen food options in the lobby to cook in a microwave there. It would have been nice to buy a beer or wine which was on display in the lobby next to the reception desk, but they wouldn't sell us one as they said it belonged to the coffee shop which was closed. The room itself was very nice, with daily housekeeping. However, simply based on the location and amenities I won't return to this hotel.
