The staff hase been amazing. The pool and hot tub great it's 3-5 foot deep so my grand son loved it and they even had tea and cookies for use in the afternoon. Will definitely be back. If you want a bathtub in your room you need to book the king one bedroom. It was perfect for us.

The breakfast was ok. They needed to have a protein option like bacon or sausage and more fruit options. Hopefully they’ll get the construction done soon, whatever they’re building near the pool.

We had a great stay at the Marriott Residence Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, etc.. The hotel was quiet and plenty of parking. The only mishap was an inoperable barbecue grill when we had already purchased steaks to grill. But thankful that we had a kitchen to take our food back to cook. Highly recommend this hotel.

10/10 customer service; check in/out was a smooth transaction. Buffet breakfast, great amenities such as the fitness center &. Basketball court. The room was clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite which is really convenient as most places charge for parking. Did not have time to use the pool, but it was well maintained and clean. Mall & outlet to shop was across the street, along with dining options that were all within a 4 minute drive. Will definitely be here again for any future trips that is near this hotel.

Very clean and property shows that is well taken care of to provide guests a great comfortable, clean and safe space for either short term stay or long term. Staying during a holiday doesn’t always guarantee a cheery staff, but every employee we came across from check-in to check-out was kind and welcoming. Breakfast really surprised me—various offerings from cold items to warm and tasty breakfast foods. They even switched an item or two out to offer variety. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A few ants in the kitchen and a seemingly broken bathroom fan/vent were really the only drawbacks, and neither hampered our stay much, so I would absolutely book again— maybe in warmer weather to take advantage of the pool and lounge areas outdoors that looked so inviting!

The surrounding areas of the city of Dublin and Pleasanton had excellent food choices. Everything was available from a quick drive through burger to a fine dining restaurant with white table cloths. We enjoyed it all. The beds in the hotel are very comfortable. Noticed that the pillows were getting a little worn down since my last visit about a year ago. Also the bathroom shower doors are tall…at the very tops of the doors there is a noticeable accumulation of mold ( probably not noticed by cleaning staff).

My room smelled like people had been smoking in it and obviously housekeeping did nothing to resolve it. Also room was not very clean and leaves on the floor. I usually stay here and would say it’s not up to it’s usual standard this stay. Also beverage selection at front store was dismal which means the front desk doesn’t care.

Bed was clean and comfy, room set up was great! Room was not clean. Looks like drink sprayed on wall and ceiling above the bed, even on the bathroom door frame. Bathroom door frame was separated from the wall. Baseboard area in bathroom was filthy. Disappointing for the price we paid for the suite. This is the second time here. I thought the first time maybe a fluke. It looked like someone had a party in the room and there was a lot of evidence left behind. Including something stuck to the ceiling and confetti in the track of the closet. Big stain on the carpet too. They are remodeling which is needed but the room cleanliness isn’t what it should be for any hotel. I did love the two room suit, comfortable bed and the breakfast was wonderful! Staff was great too. Just felt I paid for a dirty room twice. But we ate well.

I loved my stay here. The rooms are spacious and have been nicely remodeled. Huge vanity and nice kitchen space. The bed was nothing special, but I slept well. The reason I chose this hotel was for the complimentary breakfast and it did not disappoint! Lots of hot and cold options and you can make your own waffles! I would come back just for the brekkie. My only complaint was that the back of the building is literally right next to the freeway and it sounded like constant thunder with trucks rolling by. I got used to it so it wasn't a problem, but light sleepers will want to request a room at the front of the building. I recommend!

Room was excellent with very nice kitchen amenities like fridge, stove, microwave, countertop. Bathroom very well designed with nice fixtures. Room setup was clever with a dresser and rotating large screen tv to create privacy between sleeping and living areas. Ample desk space. Great amount of electrical outlets. Strong WiFi. A bit of freeway noise that even 2 sets of window panes cannot completely muffle. The room was on the side closest to freeway. Probably 10-15 minute drive to mall, grocery, dining. Good access to Pleasanton and San Ramon. Excellent value for cost.

Check-in staff was super nice and helpful. Booked a standard King bed room and was given an accessibility room, which was fine. Bed was lower than normal and shower had built-in seat and support bars. On the upside, the room and bathroom were spacious (more space than I needed). Only downside was the bed was a little soft.

Check in was good. It was a nice option to check in a little early. Bummed my preferance of a top floor corner wasn't met but tried to balance it out with checking in early. Pool was not lit so not spa or swimming after dark was a disappointment. Fold out sofa bed was incredibily uncomfortable and didn't know where extra bedding was stored in room. Check out was unclear if keys were ok to leave in room or required to be turned in.

I have stayed at this property several times before and was very happy with it, which is the reason I repeatedly book my stay there. On this trip I had more interaction with staff on sight than I usually do. Every one of them was exceeding polite and considerate. Whether I called the front desk or saw anyone inside or out doing their job, each took time to say good morning, afternoon or good evening. I felt important and well taken care of.❤️

They have poorly trained staff on duty in some evenings. Our checkin process was complete with an improper room assignment, wrong breakfast hours being given out, and more. The room had a very noisy refrigerator whoch they could not manage to repair or replace while I was there (and staff wxpected me to troubleshoot it for them(. We were directed to used an elevator which was posted out of service. The themostat was impossible to figure out amd no instructions were provided. The breakfast was substandard although the coffee was good.

We requested a first floor room to help a guest avoid stairs. We were put on second floor in a building where the elevator is broken. We asked to be given a room in a building where the elevator was working. None were available. No elevator repair people were in evidence on site as it is the evening. Staff were regretted the problem and were apologetic, but were unable to help beyond offering two bottles of water. Room was clean/fresh/new, and carpet looks brand new. Staff is nice, but not empowered to help the guest.

The hotel staff were super friendly and attentive. Not having arrived with a car the local shuttle service was a real bonus! The breakfast buffet varied each day and was delicious. I appreciate real dishes - mug for coffee, etc during a hotel stay. Overall I was very pleased and will stay again!

Great location and safe area to park your car. The units are clean and comfortable. The space is well organized and roomy. Not excellent but definitely well worth the money. Even though it is close to the freeway the noise level was Ok. The person on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All around a very nice place if you are looking for a decent room to stay for a short time.

The Residence Inn is close to freeway access, and still very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay, staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. We did not use the kitchen supplies, but refrigerator is convenient to store some food and drinks. Will definitely come back.

Overall, a decent stay. Unfortunately this hotel seems to have a fly issue. The amount of flies we saw in our room alone was kind of a turn off. The breakfast was subpar, some days the eggs were dry and crusty. Some of the stuff was in containers that steamed, making items soggy and gross. The pool was nice and hardly used, however when it was there was kids in throwing rocks, one hitting my sun chair with parents completely disregarding them. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Residence Inns have always been good places to stay for me. This one was not up to par for this stay. I was on the ground floor in a 1 bedroom room. From 12am on there was a party above us with pounding music and loud talking. I got up to go call, and then it stopped, so I figured someone else must have complained. Then it started up again. In the morning I went to the front desk and told them what happened, and the desk clerk's reply was he would make a note of it. Also the morning breakfast was not as good as usual for this chain. The eggs were terribly dry because of overcooking, same with the meat. Overall, if you are used to normal Residence Inn experiences, I don't recommend this hotel
